Unfortunately I did not have an appointment as I should have, but Jessika Snider, the Store Manager, quickly came to the door and invited me in. She adeptly sorted through my multiple insurance program issues, and advised me on adapting the frames I chose to serve my individual needs. Her demeanor was professional and exceptionally pleasant. It may well have been one of the best appointments I have ever had in an eyewear store.
I had the pleasure of working with Jessika at the Lansing SEE location. She provided a wonderful experience from start to finish! She ensured that I was the only one in the store with my newborn at the time of my visits. This was huge for me with the current pandemic. My father is currently in remission from a rare and aggressive form of bone marrow cancer and suffers from an extremely compromised immune system. All precautionary measures to protect him and my daughter are always taken seriously so it was very exciting to see how thorough Jessika was creating a safe and sanitized environment for me to get new glasses. I am absolutely in love with my new glasses and give her and this location a 5 star rating! Top notch customer care and service! Way to go above and beyond Jessika! Thank you!
The staff is courteous! The Dr. wasn’t in a rush and actually took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed. First set of contacts didn’t work and they quickly ordered another trial to find what worked best for my eyes.
No. Never again. A bunch of shysters. Its been 5 days, they still have havent returned my message for them to call me to resolve and they have in their possession my paid for $700) glasses.
I had a few issues with my glasses and the manager Jessica tried very hard to make it right. She called around to a ton of stores to make sure my frame was found and went out of her way to get me a new frame - with no charge.I would highly recommend this SEE for a great selection and customer service. My father had just lost his job and my mother went in to get glasses before the insurance went out. She was visibly having a hard time. Their employee Jessica was the kindest and most helpful person Ive seen. She sat down with us and found discounts for us so we could afford the glasses for our family. She spent more time with us than most people would want and didnt bat an eye about it. I hope they let her know how crucial her kindness was to us. They made me a customer for life.
Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had.The first prescription I was given was ineffective in helping me see. I returned for 3 more exams with the same doctor to find the same result.Sadly the worst part was dealing with the staff. I was rushed. Pushed to pick frames then hurried through the rest of the experience just to go home after 2 months from the initial visit WITHOUT NEW GLASSES.Corporate was just as bad if not worse. I ended up loosing money and a great deal of time. Their “Hip without the rip” slogan is false. Take your patronage elsewhere.
I love this place! Optometrist was very attentive and careful, the staff was great and very helpful, the selection of styles is great from super unique frames to quality basics with just a hint of extra, and the prescription on the lenses has been spot on.
I will never come back to you, my insurance covers $200 hardware and in store i told the staff i cannot pay out of pocket and i love the frames, they were very unhelpful, finally they offered me the worst pairs i ever used in my life, the basic lenses that reflect light and not coated or protected, i wish i didnt say yes. I hate the way i was treated, if i just went to another place, i could have had the best lenses available for less. Anyway am GONE 4ever.

Walked into this place because I needed my glasses fixed. It was a bad experience from the minute I walked in. Not only was I not acknowledged upon arrival, but i was ignored for the 10 minutes I wasted waited there. The guy working there saw me arrive and didnt even give me a head nod. After 10 min of not being acknowledged I walked out. There was one guy working there. Even though he was with other clients good customer service would have been to say hi, someone will be with you shortly. Its safe to say I will never go back there for any reason.

Ive bought glasses here and had my eye exam done here before. The place is always clean the people are always welcoming and the glasses are super cute and they are so hard to choose from!
