Though the people that work here are really nice, I ended up having an incorrect prescription two separate times. Even after a re-check and complaining my sight was blurry, the corrected prescription was still wrong. I decided to go somewhere else and in total, my prescription from Meijer optical was 7 diopters off... three in one eye and four in the other. Really disappointed.

I went here for an eye exam recently. I had planned on also buying contacts. The doctor was nice enough, but after I was done, they charged me for the exam and gave me my receipt, went to the gate and opened it like they wanted me to leave. Never even gave me the opportunity to purchase contacts. I would have, but after that, I decided well, I guess Ill just buy them somewhere else. I was shocked. Ive never gone in for an eye exam and had them seem to want me to leave immediately afterward without even asking me if I wanted to purchase contacts. I had told them I wasnt buying glasses there, but I had intended to buy contacts. I guess another place will benefit from this, as I will buy elsewhere.

The stock the shelves with overdue and apparently store perishable items unsafe/not correct temperatures.Wonder when the last time the health department was notifed.
