There is a CRAZY selection of fireworks here it’s almost overwhelming. But there was is very good amount of staff that was here ready to help me choose what to get. They also have sweet stations that show you a demo of the firework on a tv when you scan it. I’d definitely recommend coming here if you are wanting to shop variety.

This place was great. Employees were eager to help me and everyone was knowledgeable about the products and offers available. My sales person seemed to have a real passion for fireworks. He had a genuine enthusiasm for the products that he showed off on the video monitor, and was also able to articulate specifics about why he like some more than others, even before launching the product video.. I cant imagine theres a better fireworks experience in town.

The new store looks great! Nice job guys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they are genuinely enthusiastic about the products they sell, and they have a great selection. Prices are good up front, but I recommend buying up to the VIP club status. This will make prices great. Top it off with weekly specials and youve got a formula to put an awesome show together for a low price. I even got to meet the owner with my purchase, and he took a nice long bit to talk to me about all kinds of fireworks topics. Highly recommended.

The new Pro Fireworks store is amazing. Great setup, huge selection, an app to scan the product and see the video, the most knowledgeable staff I have ever met, and most importantly locally owned as in the Lansing area. I wouldnt go anywhere else for fireworks, they hand select each item I have never had a dud from Pro Fireworks and the pricing is unbeatable when you compare apples to apples at other stores. Plus they are not a tent and they gave great directions on safety, I have seen the owner speak many times on the importance of safety on the news. If you are looking for a store that welcomes all, has great customer service, and fair pricing go to Pro Fireworks! I know I got a goodie bag when I went last week for the kids. Strongly suggest the Neon Sparklers they are a hit with the kiddos and a game changer in sparklers and the first I have seen in 20 years.

The staff at the Lansing location was extremely helpful. The took me around the store and showed me videos of the actual fireworks going off. I bought some tube racks for shells and a some cakes. I also got a phone controlled igniter and fuses so I can set the fireworks off from my chair. This years fireworks are gonna be LIT!

Both times Ive went in I was greeted, and the staff was extremely pleasent & friendly. Joe who is the store manager helped me personally, and helped me by showing videos of some of the fireworks. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.
