I got into a car accident about a month ago. Caliber fit my car into their busy schedule and gave me a two week timeline for my car to be finished. They contacted with weekly updates and also letting me know about shipping delays due to the pandemic, but they were able to get the parts in time. My car was finished ahead of schedule, I went to pick up my car and did a walk around and my car looked brand new.Thank you so much to Walter for great work on my car.

The drivers side back door had to be replaced after I was involved in an accident. Its a bit of a drive to the shop from where I live, but definitely worth the trip. The customer service is exceptional - they went out of their way to work with me, especially for my drop off, and pick up. We have used Caliber Collision, and before that Amador Auto body for over 10 years, and each time they have delivered a superb service. This last time (Aug 2021), they worked seamlessly with our insurance company to accurately assess and complete the repair of our vehicle, which meant we didnt have to be the go between them and USAA.

Came in with no appointment to get the grill insert replaced with an aftermarket one for my 2014 Dodge Charger. With as busy as it is on a Monday I was only expecting to be able to make an appointment for a later date. Was immediately greeted by Matt you my arrival. Was guoted 6,000 for a paint job.. Professional guy but Im sure I was over quoted. I think businesses take advantage of people and blame it on covid..

Staff were excellent and repair seems fine. I picked the car up yesterday. When I stopped for gas on the way home I noticed issues with the so called “detailing”. Since I was 70 miles away at that point I was not going to drive back. The running board on the passenger side was dirty in clumps with whatever is used when doing body work. The black trim looked horrible with parts shiny and other parts dull. The roof outside was filthy. I got home and spent two hours of my time fixing what they should have done prior to giving me my car back. Matt you should do a walk around with all customers when returning a car to a customer, or do one yourself prior to the customers arrival. The person doing your detailing must have had his eyes closed. Not acceptable for me having to spend my time fixing sloppy work!

They dropped the ball in handling my estimate on 2014 Silverado almost 3 month s ago, so you want to cash out the guy said! And it went no where from there to state farm insurance!

Calibur body shop offers the highest degree of quality, skill, craftsmanship, and customer service. Calibur on Amador repaired crash damage to my beautiful red Camry in less than 2 weeks as was promised initially by manager Kyle. I appreciated that Kyle stayed in touch with me via text, providing updates on the progress of the repair of my car. Upon pickup of the completed work on the car, I was met at the shop on a Sat., morning by Matt from Calibur who handed over my car to me despite the shop being closed on the weekend. Without a doubt, I’d highly recommend Calibur Body shop for a positive end result when dealing with an unfortunate crash experience.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision! The paint randomly started chipping on my Honda Civic and I felt pretty clueless. Matt was extremely honest from the beginning, explaining how paint failure occurs when there is a manufacture error. This team provided excellent and fast service! My car was ready in less than a week. Ill definitely return if I ever need body work done again. Definitely recommend!

Mad an appointment for a estimate for my car to be repaired and there secretary was friendly to me but the guy that did my estimate to my car was rude and he treated me just like a number to hes day. For that I decided to go somewhere else. That had good customer service form the secretary to the guy that did my estimated. Caliber collision as to work on there customer service a little bit more.😠

We took my wifes truck here after a minor rear end. Her truck didnt have a lot of damage but there were some deep scratches that needed repaired and a few parts to replace. They are fast, courteous, and do amazing work. When we picked up the truck it was better than new, it was CLEAN and I mean CLEAN! I contacted my insurance company and they recommended I take my truck to Caliber Collision in Las Cruces.I took my truck to the shop located on Amidor and it was the best decision I could have made. Best body work I have seen a number of years. These ppl made me feel welcomed and walked me through the entire process. They let me know what was going on with my truck the entire time they had it and when it came to getting my truck back it looked better then when I bought it. Very clean and well cared for. Great shop! I had minor damage to the undercarriage of my car, didnt require any parts or anything. They had me come by same day I called. They were able to fix it and have me out of there within 15 minutes! Very honest, friendly, and fast service!!

A bad storm caused my neighbors tree to fall on my truck, damaging the rear drivers side panel. I was initially going to go with another auto body shop, but the red flags were flying, so I went with Amador Auto Body in Las Cruces.From the first contact I was impressed. I sent them the insurance estimate and, as expected Eddie told me they would have to look at the truck but bring it down and they would get started. I was immediately impressed at the clean professional look of the shop and the office area. The estimate from the first auto body shop did not include other necessary items, so the price went up, reasonably. But Eddie contacted the insurance company and got all of that squared away, and I didnt have to hassle with it. Eddie kept me informed of progress during the insurance negotiation and the stages of repair on my truck.I picked up the truck today, and she looks BEAUTIFUL!! In addition to the repairs I was pleasantly surprised to find they even cleaned the inside of my truck, including the windshield.This is an amazing company to work with. I dont recall ever having the professional, no surprises, customer service that this company provided from beginning to end. I am even considering taking the truck back in to get the rest of it painted as beautifully as the rear panel.

They worked fast to get my car fixed and it was a very smooth job. I had a problem where my cars key would not unlock the door after my visit, but they worked so well to get the issue fixed and even buffered out my other light as a courtesy. These people are fantastic. I needed a rear bumper and some body work done on my Chevy Colorado. The OEM bumper would have cost over $2000 (just for the bumper parts)! They found an identical bumper for 1/3 that cost. I also asked them to repair 2 dings unrelated to the bumper crash and they said they would do that at no extra cost. They didnt write those dings down on the invoice and when I picked up the truck the dings were still there. They apologized and fixed them at no charge a few days later. They cleaned the inside of my truck cleaner than it has been in years. I had my truck back in less than 24 hours. And they were very friendly. Best car repair experience I had in quite some time.

Best auto repair shop in town. They take photos of the car and show you exactly what they are fixing and why. They where very professional working with my insurance company.

Worst repair ever. They broke stuff in my vehicle that were not broken and claimed it was from normal wear and tear. They were not responsible for it.I have to pay to get another shop to do diagnostic and send to insurance. If insurance finds diagnostic shows that shop did damage then shop has to fix and reimburse money that I had to pay for the diagnostic. If they see that its wear and tear, Im out the money I pay for diagnostic and still have a broken car.
