I am only leaving this 5 star review because Bianca helped me in such a lovely, courteous, and efficient manner. She is splendid, her managers and corporate should give her a raise or a bonus for her exceptional guest experience skills and demeanor. There are order takers in life, and there are those shining few who have an exceptional and natural ability to create connections with people, and Bianca is one of them!
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!! If it wasnt a gift paid for by my mother to me and I had paid for it myself I would have returned the items and bought them elsewhere. The woman was rude as hell to me, they didnt have any disability options, and one if the most unpleasant experiences of my life with customer service. ***You replied to me but there was no way for me to reply to you back after your reply. There is really no way way of making it up after the experience I had, it was the WORST in customer service experience I have EVER had, and I will NEVER do future experience with you based on that experience . f it wasnt for my mother continuing to do service with you again, I would never use your service again. My suggestion is to enact a disability protocol for EVERYONE and your greeters not to be jaded and hateful. The greeter I had was nasty, hateful, and rude.

Hacked my Samsung Galaxy S21+ at the same time as the Kabul Afghanistan attack and did not help me. It is running Samsung and not Google now and settings are changed and this is in retaliation for reporting military police assaults and harrassment.
UPDATE: 9/25/21 Had phone issues again🙄 same rep from maybe Jan, Daniel, (phones are phones he said were low quality in our 1st visit) I reminded Daniel that our phones had been purchased on-line because at the time Verizon was closed, he said so it was our fault, Daniel do you own Verizon? The phones were purchased on-line because the physical stores were closed) he was so rude, major attitude and when I the customer of over 18yrs, gave back attitude he said he was getting another rep for us and walked away, told the person with the tablet that he needed to change customers and went on his merry way, to sit down. No problem Daniel 1st time you were polite and this time goodness you were so cross. A rep named Seth happily helped us out, hes so professional 👏 😄 👌 problem solved. When you work in customer service which Verizon reps do, it should be understood that your paycheck comes from all the $$ Verizon makes from the many customers they have, I being one of them. Seth will be our go to guy, hes been with the company many yrs, and hopefully stays for many more. Never will I allow Daniel to assist us in any way, he actually was extremely disrespectful and plainly gives Verizon a horrible reputation.. If youre looking for a professional rep while at Verizon Seth is greatly recommended1/2021Limited services, I understand, but check in rep wants to give everyone a paper w a # on it so you can call a tech. Which I had already done, I really needed someone to look at 3 of our 4 phones. Rep who helped me was very polite, helpful and professional, he did say that our phones were cheap and low quality well, Verizon with the pandemic and you closed on line purchase was the way to go. A little strange that Daniel would talk bad about a product that was purchased from Verizon (thats where his paycheck comes from?) Hope phone issues stop, 🙄

Purchased a set of beats headphones for my son and they had to ship them from the store. Charged my account and never shipped the headphones and now the sales person will not answer my calls or respond to my texts.
Got in the store and was helped as soon as I walked in. The young lady help me get the best deal and to this date am very happy.

I went to Verizon to start service with them. After a credit check, I was told I needed to provide my social security card to verify it was me and it could take a day or more to start service. I popped into T-mobile and I Got two phones for the price of one. I also got 3 phone lines for less than Verizon wanted to charge me for one phone line. Im so glad the credit verification didnt work out. Im really loving T-mobile.

Went into the store today with my mother to buy a new phone. I was told they were at capacity and only one person was allowed in, so I sent in my mother.. a senor citizen. At the same time another rep let someone in who came after me..... 🤷. A customer came out and when I tried to enter the sales rep that let the person in after me wouldnt let me in. He stated only one person per rep even though I was there first helping my mom. Needless to say we left and went to El paso with our business. The sales rep that put himself and his commission before me and my mother as customers who were there first before his customer cost Seth a sale. I wont be going back to this store.
Update: Went into the store and it seems they are intentionally set up to have calls go straight to Verizon corporate customer service. In other words, you can not call this store even if you just want to know if they have something in stock. So the issue is with Verizon as a whole, not necessarily with the store.People inside are great. Phone system has everything you can possibly imagine you hate about a phone system.This store is impossible to call with a simple question. I have several times been in the store with the employees standing around chatting with each other and balking at incoming phone calls. So, surprise me when I try to call the store with a quick question and theres no one available to take the call. Bunch of lies and poor management.Looking through other reviews, this store lacks professionalism and the one replying to the reviews states highest quality of professionalism is their standard.This location needs to be audited by their district management team and that team needs to be audited by corporate. The lack of professionalism that trickles down to this location is a testament to Verizon as a whole and their inability to have their employees care about all aspects of their job.I understand being an employee can stink and it can be a rough job at times, but getting to the point their employees care so little is a sign management does not treat their employees well (whether that be proper discipline or that be properly incentivizing employees to better themselves through positive feedback), completely shows management is to blame for what is happening here.I cant offer enough advice how to fix the problems at this location. Itd require an overhaul of the management team to open their eyes and try something new and stop wallowing in the same pitiful cycle that causes this problem.I have been to several corporate Verizon stores that operate phenomenally. This location doesnt compare in the least. Take some classes, invigorate your employees, get it together.While youre at it. Get your menu system below 10-15 minutes to reach a destination. Listening to that computer do a 20 questions menu system to determine if youre thinking of a person place or thing is beyond infuriating. By the time I got through it, I was primed and ready to chew out whatever hapless chap showed up on the line even though they carry 0 of the blame for the abysmal pit that is Verizons phone menu system.At the end of the day, ranting for several paragraphs was very cathartic. Im much calmer now, and I hope my rant makes someone think a little along the lines may be, were doing something wrong. I understand, I am one of thousands and dont matter much in the grand scheme of things. May be the team actually does try to answer the phone and Ive been solely unlucky enough to make a connection. Who knows?
I have been a happy customer for 20 years! Recently, we switched from personal to a business. Never knew about a balance ($283) from the personal account until a collection agency contacted me and then it posted on my credit. No paper bill, phone call (ironic) or email (even though its a communications company)!! Right in the middle of building a new house and a pandemic! Having a hard time understanding why they stood firm on their end to not remove it from my credit report (even though I paid it) at the risk of losing our long time business relationship!??! Anyone? (I had to pick 1 star for this to post otherwise it would be 0 stars.)After 3 days and multiple phone calls I found the right number to call. The department I needed was found on a community forum where I read about several other customers who experienced the very same thing! This particular Verizon department did resolve the issue! The multiple other departments I spoke to should be given more information!
He was very considerate and respectful from lowering the blind to block the sun to finding an obscure fix for a problem with my phone. He couldn’t have been any more helpful. He is the epitome of everything Verizon customer service stands for! Well Done, Nick!

In a unique situation between online order and store was very helpful and honest and was very helpful in each item it needed help with.
These people are rude! I was going to purchase a phone from them and had to call there people to get my phone number transferred. After waiting my turn to get in the store(Covid), they told me I had to go outside to make the call and then wait in line to get back in the store... Needless to say, I bought my phone elsewhere.
Made an appointment and it made my visit easy and quick. My consultant was very nice, accomodating and helpful. One of my best visits...thank you.

I tried calling the store twice now and got hung up on twice. All I am trying to find out is the kind of services they are providing during this pandemic because I dont want to waste my time and gas only to find out they are not doing upgrades because they have to spend too much time with the customer or something. Im getting so sick of Verizon, this isnt the first struggle with this company.

Went in to get a new phone. Paid off my old phone(was making payments) and started making new payments on a new phone. It was a $3 dollar difference in the payment. The salesman told me they had a promotion for a $10 a month Apple Watch, so I agreed. My bill went up $60 a month. I called Verizon and the salesman told me “sorry that you were misinformed, but there is nothing we can do”. The original salesman in las cruces told me my bill would go from $145 to $165(added insurance for new phone) but it’s now $196. Nothing they can do though? How about educating your sale staff instead of letting them lie to make sales.
Unprofessional staff had me waiting for more than 30 minutes. They couldn’t even be courteous enough to call me and let me know that the waiting time would take longer than the 30 minutes they said. I saw a new customer being taken care of instead of me that I had been waiting there!
Im having major issues with the company, but wont let that affect my review. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. My only issue is wait time. As a customer of more than 10 years, I dont think I should have to wait 20+ minutes EVERY time.

They focus their attention talking to each other and ignoring loyal customers. Verizon used to be a great example on customer service, now Verizon has HORRIBLE customer service. If you want to upgrade your phone or add services don’t waste your time. What a shame!!

Went in with intention of buying new phone for my wife. Her current phone is about 5 years old and beginning to show signs of fading away. Explained to the sales rep my requirements and discussed several options. After about 20 minutes I reached a decision on what to get for my wife. The phone was in stock at the store plus a screen protector. Purchased the phone then rep provided me with a cable to connect old and new phone together as well as letting me know what app was required. Activated the new phone then used the suggested app to transfer all of my wifes information from old to new phone. I was very pleased with the service.

0 Star If I could. We went in, they said max 20 min wait, so we waited. And waited. And waited. People that came in 30 min after us got helped immediately and left happy, but we were neglected. We waited for exactly 45 min, then we left very angry. We frequently get this kind of service but this atrocity is simply unacceptable. Will seek other Verizon dealers but never again this store. Hopefully others won’t get this, but from reviews apparently it occurs a lot, very disappointed.
Im so tired of you Verizon I will quit you soon I pay way too much money for two lines that are always slow on service or just giving me issues left and right I have doubt with it for a pretty good while and I have not talked bad about this company because i support it so much but after going in to see what could be done about my wifes craked phone i really am disappointed that this is what i pay so much money on insurance and top of the line service to just get told to put a claim and pay 250 or buy one get 1 free Im trying to move forward not backwards that left me the the only choice of thinking about switching to be honest if thats all I am worth to this company after all the years I been loyal and understanding of the faults I have faced through out my time with you but business is business I guess right?

Surprisingly quick & simple transaction, no pressure from staff - just assistance (my last visit to a Verizon store was in Vegas & I got duped into a real dog of a phone). One star off for being our immoral corporate masters, no matter how much I like my new Samsung.
I was provided wrong information Twice in one week by Two different employees related to the cost of a package and when the first bill would be due...this has caused me a very high bill within the first three weeks of service I wasnt expecting...they did nothing to apologize or compensate me.. they just tried to justify the misinformation by saying their employees are long term and very good...I think not.

I just switched to them today. One of the guys seemed to be a bit irritated with my situation. I had a phone with their service at first, but then I switched to T-Mobile for a couple of months. I decided to switch back because I hardly got service with T-Mobile. The service was a bit slow. I asked him a couple questions about the data plans, and it eventually got worse from there.
So so, they have to get better.
Staff is very helpful. Didnt have all the info I needed when I spoke to them. They waited very patiently while I called for info. Explained everything that transpired. The visit to the store was quick and pleasant. Thank you.

Walked in to the store on N Main, gave one star because its a nice clean store, other than that terrible customer service.. Not so much as a simple act of eye contact.. No greeting, no well be right with you, nothing.. Three people working with two customers for over thirty minutes.. I walked out.. They didnt even look up to see if someone had walked in or out... geees people pretend that your happy to have a job at least!!

Verizon is the typical big corporation, they are happy to take your money for a product, but make up excuses when it comes to product support. If the network wasnt so good I would get another carrier.

Like most Verizon stores there is a long wait to get help and it is first come first serve. The store is fairly new so it is clean and well maintained. Parking can be an issue if they are very busy.
Horrible service and management service! Went in to upgrade my phone, spent 2 hours there the girl “accidentally” ran my debit card for $506 was suppose to be for $72. When I asked for the manager they said there was nothing they can do it was going to take up the 72 hours to get my own money back!!Plus no upgrade could be done! No apologies from either one they just wanted us out the door!! Seriously cancelling my Verizon service and switching to another carrier! I’m only putting one star because you can put 0 stars!!! 2 hours there no upgrade and $500 out of my account!!!!It’s been 2 weeks now and still haven’t got my money back, they are giving me the run around. Now saying it will takes 2 weeks. Don’t go here this is ridiculous!!!!!!
