I went in on my lunch break. I got assisted immediately. All of my questions were answered by a knowledgeable person. Got a new phone and line for my son with unlimited talk ant text for $34 a month. I got in and out within 10 minutes!! Thank you Ivan you’re awesome and deserve a raise!!
I had been using another service for quite awhile now. But, I switched because the phone I wanted was offered at a sweet deal. Staff was helpful, despite the relative restricted store floor space compounded by fracking Covid-19. I def am digging the new phone- a lot.

Brought a phone on the 14th of sept was told I had 7 days to exchange it. Here it is the 21st and they said their system is not allowing the exchange because it is day eight. Asked to speak with the supervisor not available and will not call them. What kind of business is this? employees rude including the one who sold the phone. It is not like we even wanted the money back just want a different phone.

I have been trying to return a phone purchased using their leasing progressive. I tried returning one phone out of two i leased within 4 days of purchase. They informed me i would have to return both my phones and apply for the leasing and pay 75 dollars to keep the one phone i wanted to keep. They told me to wait 8 days and do it through progressive and i would be able to do a partial return. I have talked to the manager of this cricket and a female employee plus 5 different people from progressive all telling me different things. A month has passed and now i cant return it to the store at all. Which is their fault it took me so long between talking to 7 different people and not having another 75 dollars to return a phone. They want me to pay for an 800 dollar phone that was only used for a day and that we do not want! I cant cancel my service with cricket because they will not unlock the phones for me to be able to move to another provider. Even though they say cricket and progressive are two different companies. Supposedly cricket was paid by progressive and so why does that even matter. I even asked to talk to someone above the manager at the store and i was told they dont have that contact information they only come in and do audits for the store. I asked to speak to the manager again today and was told he was off until Tuesday and i could not speak to him. I am so frustrated with this company!! I will not recommend cricket to anyone and as soon as i can i will cancel my services with them!
I bought a new cell phone and asked the seller to please connect my watch that I had also bought in cricket and he did not want to do it, he only answered that it is done through Bluetooth. Arent they trained for that?
