Pretty easy to steal stuff from there, alarms won’t work, my freinds have gotten huge loads of alcohol without paying, it’s pretty much free! Great trippy dxm as well

Not sure what has happened in the last few months but there is a definite odor in the store. It’s most noticeable in the frozen food section. If I had to guess it’s a dead rodent under one of the coolers. It’s not a new smell, it’s been there sense July 4th weekend. Given the length of time it doesn’t appear to be a priority for store management.

During the worst of covid-- less than half of the employees were wearing masks correctly. I was trying to get out quickly when I mentioned to the lady at self-checkout I cant believe how many employees arent wearing masks. Ver batim.BIG MISTAKE. The self checkout lady proceeded to literally hold me hostage with my paid-for items while she called a manager so I could properly complain. I did not mean to complain- I wanted OUT OF THE STORE. She proceeded to get in our faces while we calmly asked her to step 6 feet back.The manager came over, sighed like this problem happens with the self-checkout lady all the time, and let us go.Dont go to this Dillons. Not just for the chance to get Covid- but because you could be held hostage like us because some lady doesnt like your response.

Have never been to this Dillons until it was my vaccine option when making appointments. The service during my trips whether its pharmacy, customer service, etc is always top notch. Since I have now found myself looking at the weekly deals for a trip to one of the four dillons in town.

Great store always clean. Has grown from a small store to a new super store over the last 30 years I have been going.

Did the click and pick online shopping. I expected it to be a busy service and they did a great job on getting the orders out as fast as they could. Super friendly staff. I felt bad for some people not being as laid back as others and were complaining about the wait times. These people are putting their health at risk for us the least we can do is be understanding. I truly appreciate what they are doing and how hard they are working right now. Thank you for everything that you all are doing.

Placed an order on Clicklist to pick up at 6pm. They were gracious enough and called to let me know they were running behind which I appreciated. I informed them I would just pick it up the next morning. Once I got home from picking up my order I noticed maybe 1/2 my order was filled. Looking more into my order items such as chicken breasts, cheese slices, lunchables, bottled water, and chicken broth was not filled. I went into the store myself and was able to fill it at 100%. Spoke to the manager to let them know and the manager said they must have ran out of all of that the night before and it was just stocked back! Really?? I believe they need to do more training on the Clicklist side. However, if this is true then I would recommend not going to Dillons after 6pm and wait until the morning.

The traffic control could be better and utilize the bigger pedestrian crossing signs versus the standard ones ! Great store though and be ing New to the neighborhood and all .

I dont see any employees wearing masks correctly here. they dont even care if shoppers dont have them either. how does lawrence have such a low case number when grocery stores dont enforce county and state laws?

Please be aware of Customer service desk. I am disabled and I pay my bills at that desk. Wednesday the 8th of March I paid in cash $200 dollars for my Evergy bill. My bill has now been posted and only $100 dollars is posted. I am now out of $100, just be cautious! Thank goodness for receipts and cameras. This has never happened in all of my transactions there before with female employees!

Nice supermarket, I mean its your average place--what makes it so spectacular is one employee in particular, in the deli department--by the name of Michael--Good Lord the moment I laid eyes on him I nearly dropped all of my groceries. He is SO handsome. My God I have never seen such a sexy man in all of my life. And not only does he have killer looks, but an amazingly kind personality. I was 2 seconds away from getting his number. Im being honest here.

The rating is for the dining or hanging out space. Great place. Very comfortable and beautiful. I like the pretty flowers on the tables and numerous TVs. I love seeing families and students hanging out there. I am a big proponent of the third space and I like that Dillons capitalized on this concept. I just hope that this turns into a profit stream for them.

Kennia in the bakery department was absolutely amazing. We needed a very last minute gender reveal cupcake and she didn’t hesitate to help us out! Other stores turned us down but she made it happen!

I really like Dillons they always have what Im looking for. I love there fried and baked chicken which I eat at least 3 to 4 times a week for lunch. Plus the clerks have always been so good and kind to me . Thanks Dillons your my store.

Waited from 447pm till 857pm for no one to bring our groceries. Someone in charge stated that they had employees walked out but even after talking to some lady in charge no one still brought our groceries out. My kids were starving we literally were planning on making supper tonight with our groceries. Ive been tight on money due to all this, never received my stimulus check and to come home to try and find something to eat was just the most depressed Ive ever been.

Overall this Dillons is a clean and well stocked store. The crew in the meat dept. are cool, Sushi and Deli crew are ok on a good day. Overall service here is lacking, especially with the checkout/cashiers. You absolutely get the vibe of this store that NO ONE is really happy working here. Not sure if thats a corporate level issue or simply the management.If it werent for the fact this store has a few things I cant get at Sprouts (And its right down the street from me), Id just shop there altogether or Checkers on 23rd.

Good selection, better prices than Hy-Vee, and really good quality meat.

Clean, friendly and helpful. Excellent selection in every department. Fresh produce, bakery and delivery were beyond expectations. A grocery store thats more! Still had a hometown feel.

One of the cleanest and most complete supermarkets youll find anywhere in the country. Abundant selection in staples and specialty items. Plenty of organic and natural foods. Very complete selection of household items, pharmaceuticals, health/beauty aids. You CAN get everything you need here, you will pay a dear price If you do.

Important notes for shopping at dillons.- Yes they sell stamps- no they are not a post office, just a drop off for letters and pre weighed packages- refunds will be given within 30 days of purchase with receipt- they do give money orders- they can assist you in sending/receiving western union money orders- you can pay your bills there- they do sell propane- no dry ice or co2 refills

The click list is very handy. Place your order online and pick it up on the east side of the building in the parking area marked with blue. The order process could be a bit easier, but the pick up is great. They will load everything into your vehicle and give you a chance to review any replacement items they have chosen if necessary. They are super friendly as well.

I have recently moved to Lawrence and my sister and I were looking for snacks for a party, so we decided to stop in. I was already familiar with Sprouts and knew it wasnt everyones forte, so we stopped here. I was immediately impressed with how clean, open and bright the store was. Not being from Lawrence, I was not familiar with Kroger brands, other than when I visit Denver. We actually found fizzy water we had been looking for since the last trip to Colorado! I had always had the impression that Dillons was considered expensive, but I was amazed at all the sales. Upon checking out, we did self check-out and a girl helped us MANY times. We were having issues with the machine and she politely helped us, and because wed never been in, she scanned a discount card for us (one of which I took for myself since I wanted a store card) and she talked with us about how we had just moved here and where she came from. She also complimented my sister and I and it made our day. Because of Brigette, I will be going there FAR more often. I love how friendly everyone was and once again, the cost-effectiveness is brilliant! 10/10

Love the variety of this store. However...I was told cocoa was on aisle 8..but discovered that was hot chocolate. Cocoa was with flour and other baking items. Should you clarify that??

Good place to come and eat good workers in the deli especially a guy named Robert the man knows what he doing and if you every close by stop in get a bit to eat and say how you doing to Robert. Hes always smiling and always have a good attitude. Some customers like to complain about the food sometimes but they dont understand what all the deli department has to do I visit there alot and I always see them working. Yeah sometimes they get in a circle and have a huddle then back to work they go

Stopped in for lunch while awaiting my bus. They have a hugh salad bar and all you can eat for $7.99. Staff was super attentive and helped me with a tray as I was using a cane at the time. I like old Dillons better, but for ready to eat fare, this is a great place.

Very friendly staff in the meal section. They are helpful and demonstrate excellent customer service. Their food is flavorful and at a Great! I just love the markdowns they offer once in a while on food. Also, I like that my Stevia soda is sold for the lowest price in town here. Wide variety of salads and cheese but i am really writing this review because of two excellent food staff ( Robert, Michael and Austin). Thanks for service!

This is my preferred grocery store in my neighborhood. The other Dillons just west of this one is a bit bigger, but this one has employees that have worked there for years, and recognize you when you come in. They almost always have everything I need in stock, and have an excellent produce section. Lots of parking, too!

The Dillons on 6th I dont really like their location as much reason being... Ive had to return a roast it turned bad in less than 12hrs in the refrigerator also found a bone in my Kroger brand green beans the four pack and Ive bought some blueberry loaf bread and didnt notice til I was home they had already been open and one more thing ordered a cake atleast a week or two in advance for my daughters birthday and I went to pick it up and they hadnt even started it. This is the only location Ive experienced these complications at

5oday I left Dillons for the very first time,with an unpleasant feeling . Ive never had a bad experience, but when a clerk named Halee checked out,that changed. I always hand my dillons card to clerk and they scan it . As soon as I put my coupons down before I put my food up on counter, she said can u hold on to those ?then she wouldnt ddcan my dillons card . she said sh was nt going to do it til she was done . It was all bout her and her way !then when she called another clerk to check something she whispered something to him bout me !I am very disgusted and I am a hairstylist that loves to talk do this isnt good for anyone

Started going here almost 8 years ago. Great produce and prices. They now have the click to order where you just pull up outside and they put your groceries in the car. Even though 5 stars, Saturday mornings could use a few more checkers.

Surprised the store wasnt packed and the shelves were bare since its Thanksgiving week. The clerks were helpful, polite and cheerful. Good experience today!

This is the best store in Lawrence and Topeka hands down. Consistently well run at pretty much every level.

Good selection, prices higher than Aldis or Checkers. Look at their bargain racks at the back of the store. Dillons stores always have a great floral department, bakery and deli. Salad bar usually very good, but expensive.

The cheapest and creamiest grind-your-own peanut butter in town! Plus they have self-scan and an uncrowded store flow.

Large store, great selection, some specialty items in bakery. Does not seem too busy; you can get in and out quickly if needed.

Very clean and nice friendly staff. The sales and coupons are the best. I wont buy meat any other store in town dillons definetly is the cleanest and freshest. Great gluten free options and prices.

Cant say I come here to shop but ONE thing I do appreciate is the dining area not being inundated with televisions. You can come here and choose whether or not you want to sit in front of a TV.

I love my Dillons! There is always someone to answer any question, theres a wide variety of types and brands of food, and I love the olive and cheese bar!

This Dillons location has the most room of any of the Lawrence stores, and they make good use of the space. Dont leave your cart unattended near the back of the store, though, because the floor isnt level.

If your looking for another reason to shop somewhere else, I will give you one more..they now charge a .50 fee for cash back.

I love how Dillons offers free healful snacks for kids. I also think that the traffic congestion in the isles never seems bad even when the parking lot is full. I rarely wait in line at Dillons. And the food is high quality and well priced. Fuel points are a bonus. This might be my favorite store in Lawrence even with the plethora of options available. I used to do clicklist, but the substitutions were sometimes a fail, and the $5 fee is too much, imo.

Good, general, modest sized town supermarket. A selection of natural and organic foods, especially produce.

It wasnt that clean, and had some old food. It is close to many businesses and is very convenient for many people, because you can zoom through it and get almost everything you need in one go.

This evening I was shopping with my 3 kids who was behaving decent considering the time we spent in there, but it was the worst. People was staring like they never seen a single black mom shopping with her kids. As I was deciding on what kind of lunch meat to get I saw one of the workers glancing at my baby stroller checking to see if we were stealing anything(I did not appreciate that at all,I have the money to pay for what I want!) and as I was checking out my 3 week old baby started to cry loudly our bag boy by the name of Nathan gave my son a rude facial expression and walked away like he was irritated. This is the WORSE dillions that I have ever shopped at and I wont be back.

I like the whole store but the bistro is especially great for studying, catching a snack and Starbucks. They have decent WiFi, though it can be unreliable sometimes. This is the hangout for students during finals and midterms. Their hot food is surprisingly good, especially on Sundays and the salad and soup is fresh. Easily my favorite grocery that isnt the Merch.

Great store with lots of choices, but, the area is also very large. As a disabled person I was exhausted just getting 11 items. I asked my bagger if he would help me out to my car because my back was really hurting. He put on a vest to do it then waited for me to push the cart. He put the items in my car then walked away with the cart. I just felt like his customer service was lacking and it left me with a negative feeling.

Biggest dillons in town and it has the largest selection of literally everything. Parking lot is really big so you can easily find a spot.

My favorite grocery store. Great selection, fresh produce, kid friendly snacks and balloons always.

Too much of a pain to download coupons or get the exact 5 correct items to get your discount. Too many hoops to jump through.

Todays visit was very good and professional working with a middle aged man in customer service, perhaps store manager! I made a mistake yesterday trying to figure out the buy 5 save 5 promo. They also have a promo with buy up to 5 times with ecoupon. Thus, when I returned home I noticed only 9 items were buy 5 save, wheras I have a vision problem, I went back and took a picture of the sign advertising item not credited. Enlarged print I discovered my error. The customer service employee took care of my screw up. Thank you very much for working with people who have a disability!
