The poor girl was on duty by herself. We were the first customers, thank God. Got a new phone, was in and out in 25 minutes. There was at least 6 people waiting when I left. Drove 15 minutes home, realized I had a cord but no wall plug for my new $800 phone. Drove 15 minutes back to town. At least 8 people were waiting at that point. Still only one girl on duty. I waited 15 minutes, finally I interrupted another transaction and I told her all I needed was a plug. $20 for a plug to go with my $800 phone.

The guys here were absolutely phenomenal. Looks and personality. If I had a question about how big or small their equipment was, they could answer it down to the exact inch. If I needed to know how fast or slow their services were, they each told me and I was able to find the perfect match for me. I will definitely be coming into this store physically to pay my bill each month with the quality of service and quality of looks this store has.

Upgraded my phone online and they told me to bring the old one to the store, however this is not an official at&t store and they wouldn’t accept my old phone, said I had to go to a corporate store (an hour away) just to send my old phone back. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. The guy was also super unhelpful and seemed bewildered that I even asked him to take my old phone

Amazing experience, the staff was prompt and friendly and the manger himself took care of my rather lengthy issues. He was extremely efficient, respectful and friendly and was a pro at solving my phone issues and took extra time to answer all my questions .. he got me a better phone, and a better replan for my family .. all the while running the entire store making sure his staff were ok and all of the customers satisfied .The whole experience was very very impressive ... and I observed the other staff also following his lead .. taking care of customers and being very respectful and putting each customers experience as #1 on their focus ..i had a much better experience this time than ever before ( I’ve been a customer of ATT and long time ) under this new management and staff ..HIGHLY Recommend !!

Very clean store & very nice people.

We were doing three upgrades and 2 phone changes and drew at the store was very helpful with it all. He was patient while we were deciding whether or not to actually get them. The entire staff was helpful whether telling about deals they had or talking with our children while we were changing phones. Would recommend anyone to go to this store.

Will, the store manager is spectacular. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They helped me set up directv and transferred all of my information from my old phone to my new one in minutes. Most definitely recommend!

Me and my husband came in a while back on a Sunday and Austin was assisting me needless to say I left because in between “computer loading” he just kept his nose in the tv and not once did he make any kind of eye contact with me acknowledging my questions. Poor poor customer service.I came back Yesterday and Kaytlynn helped me And explained every charge on my bill. Helped me switch my plan and helped me get my daughter a new phone she went into every special they were running and gave us the chance to decide ourselves. She never forced any of it on me. She also had cartoon going for my little boy and not once did she loose contact of interest in helping us. SHE’S THE BOMB! We highly recommend going to see her!

Ive been an AT&T customer for years. I an almost always 100% satisfied with their products and service. Today was so exception. I switched from prepaid to contract so I can upgrade later to an iPhone. Thankfully AT&T is that flexible.

4 stars, not because of the service I received. I came in, and knew exactly what I wanted. I was helped, immediately. I never felt uncomfortable, or pressured to buy anything. In fact, they talked me OUT of buying something that I DIDNT need, and helped me save money... Im giving 4 stars for that reason... the inconsistency. Sometimes its a GREAT visit, sometimes, I wish I would have switched.

The associates were very nice, but everything they said was a total lie. Our service sucks, the bill is 3 times what they told us it would be. After calling customer service I dont know how many times and they were very rude and basically told us sorry for your luck we decided to go back to Verizon with in 2 weeks of having AT&T!! All the discounts promised was a farce! Our bill is crazy high and what are we paying for?? Spinning circles and lost connections!!

My Wife went in to purchase the iPhone SE out right and was told not to sound rude, but thats what Walmart is for........the phone store refused to sell her a phone ......... really???

Wait times are usually very long, but blame that on the customers theyre helping, not the clerks. Clerks are almost always nice and helpful... However they do not offer phone repair at this location, which is a pain in the a** since that means you have to pay at least $160.00 + tax and whatever out of pocket for a crack in the screen or something.

Family member Signed contract and bought a new phone as well and could not get any assistance by phone or in person when phone did not work once left the store.No help wanted to be provided when went back 3 times. Still phone doesn’t work with any app or internet access consistently. Never would recommend anybody to go to the local store. Walmart is much more helpful and will never suggest anyone again to use the store.

Visited the store today 04/25 /2019, employees very curtious and helpful. They we t out of their way to help me.I would recommend them to all mu friends.

This store is ridiculously understaffed. We waited over an hour for assistance. No one even acknowledged our presence, nor the ten people who came in behind us. Ended up driving to the Columbia location, and received excellent service, right away there. I wouldnt even bother going to Lawrenceburg next time.

Drew and Will were so very helpful and explained things in ways that were easy to understand.

I give AT&T store 4 stars the last several times I have been there I didnt have to wait a long time to be waited on and I appreciated that.

I went into the store on 5/14/19 and upgraded two phone lines. The store did not have the iPhone 8+ in stock so they would be shipped to my home. Immediately after I told the person receiving one of the phones that they were not in stock we tried to change to the iPhone X. We were told it was too late and would need to return with the phones once received from UPS. I tried several times on Thursday to reach the store by phone to make sure they were open but the phone was never answered. I drove 35 miles back to the store to return the phones within the 14 day policy. I was told by the customer service rep that they are not allowed to accept the phones, I would have to mail back to ATT. He then phoned his manager Will who had just walked out during our conversation and was told No, she’ll have to return to ATT. When I called ATT I was told they are to be returned to the store. So...3 days later I’m still trying to get help!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! I was told at the Savannah Tn location they would take the phones back if they came from their store. Same thing at Florence Al location. Representative at ATT DOES NOT RECOMMEND USING AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER STORE ONLY USE CORPORATE LOCATIONS.

The workers really dont know their ways around the phones. AT&T needs to spend a little more time teaching their workers how to answer questions about phones not just trying to get them to make customers get the most expensive things on the market

Poor POOR SERVICE. Wait time was 1 hour, 15 mins. Others in line were complaining of how it is VERY FREQUENTLY like this. The 2 employees kept socializing with the current customers, discussing their personal matters with them, instead of getting to the darn point & getting them on their way, so that those of us who had waited in line for over an hour could be assisted. 4 people eventually walked out before being attended to, 2 of which asked for a manager, only to be told: Theres no manager here today. Shes got the day off, will be back tomorrow. Sorry!WORST customer service EVER. Unprofessional & inefficient (to word it kindly!!).

Only had one problem there once and it was the customer service woman we had to call to get an insurance replacement. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Terrible customer service. went in with my mom and we had to wait over an hour. they didnt even acknowledge us once, not even when we first walked in. we ended up just leaving to go to a different location. we got the service we needed at the AT&T in Colombia
