I called first and The staff person wasnt very friendly. I visited the store and Tried to change my service only and keep my phone and my phone number. They told me I couldnt because my phone manufacturer (LG) was no longer in business and that my phone was locked by the current carrier. The information may be true but the attitude of the staff person was very abrasive. It felt like I was bothering her or keeping her from doing something else

Ill just say Im very pleased with my experience at the Lawrenceburg location. I was passing through so I stopped to get some help with my device . All ladies working made me feel at home and not a inconvenience . I highly recommend them some of the best customer service Ive had .

I will say I love the girls that work here they always go far and beyond for me .

I walked into this store ready to change my service from a carrier I have used for 20 years. I had some questions before changing but instead of answering them I was given a piece of paper and told to fill out this information and they would switch me. I was not ready to just switch, I have questions! I started filling it out then she said “you need to take that paper with you because it takes a while to get all that information” I again say, I have questions. She says “I can’t talk to you until you fill out that paper”. This paper has my account information from my current carrier as well as passwords and PIN numbers. I left and called back to speak with management, she was not only the manager but the OWNER! She said she has already sold 30 phones that morning and she had never had anyone act like me! She got very loud and rude with me. I have been in the customer service industry for over 30 years and this is not how it’s supposed to work!!!! Guess I’ll go to Columbia to get some help.

This place is very helpful. Easily got some phone plans changed. However, I do not reccomend ordering online?- if you want upgrade go in the store- they are quick to help. Switching from ATT to Cricket saved me over $200 month... Unlimited talk text and data! (They are a branch of ATT but its not advertised nor stated)..... Still love the savings and friendliest and willingness of staff in local office to help. Caution; do not order phone online. Best to do in store.

The part I dont like about Cricket is that I have to pay 4.00 more on my bill if I pay in person, that makes NO sense to me. Other then that they sell nice phone.

Great people that really go the extra mile to find the right phone & package to fit almost all needs. I have been with Cricket for a number of years after being aquired by AT&T & being able to use their towers. I get better coverage in the country than even my son (Who was on Verizon) and is now on Cricket. And even though you have to pay a little more upfront. They do their best to keep those prices down as well...But for example...I went from paying for 3 lines at Verizon at about $180-$250 monthly to Cricket with the same number of lines to $130 monthly. Thats with unlimited EVERYTHING on AT&T towers & getting BETTER BUY FAR, any reception I was ever able to get from Verizon!. I do wish Cricket would hurry along with 5g..Could help communicate even better in times like this. Again just an opinion from a Cricket member for about a decade & never really had any issues.

My husband and I decided to change cell phone carriers because our cell phone reception was so bad. We decided on Cricket and my husband went there to set up new phones for us. They only had one phone available. They told him they would order more and save one for him. He went into the Cricket office today expecting to pick up the phone. The person who waited on him said they just had 2 phones and had just sold the 2 phones with the customers walking out with them as he walked in. He told her you were supposed to save a phone for me. He said a couple of other things about their terrible service, but I will just say he drove from Lawrenceburg to Pulaski, TN where a phone was available. Really, what kind of customer service and focus is this?

Has had rude workers. Crazy how people who keep their service have to pay outrageous amount of money for new phones when new customers get discounts. And the reactivation fee for a new phone is ridiculous.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First they tell me I can not use a cricket prepaid card that I had to spend an additional 60 dollars for them to put the money on my account. When I’d already spent 40 dollars for the pre paid card. Today my grandmother goes in to pay 30 dollars towards her account which ended 2 days ago and they tell her she has to pay 60 dollars to keep using cricket. I highly recommend using a different phone service

Horrible customer service! Phone messed up on the 7th day of purchase....called them and they said bring it in the morning and we will take a look at it..said they fixed it but it keep going to a black screen. Now 7 day period is up and have to file it on insurance..which now has a 75 dollar deductible on top of rude customer service. Would not recommend this phone company. We have purchased several phones and none are worth the box they were in.In response to owners message: It would be nice if the Manager and or workers at our store would tell people that instead of saying oh well you will just have to report a claim which has a deductible on it.whats the point of having insurance if you have to pay more then what you payed for the phone in the first place.

Terrible customer service and products! I went in today to purchase a usb-c wall charger. While it was clearly an overpriced product that appeared of cheap quality, I was in need of one and this is where I have my plan so I chose to go ahead and buy it. I drove 10 mins home, plugged it up and it wouldnt work. Each time I plugged it up my phone would pop up a moisture sign indicating it could not charge. As I have never had this happen in over 6 months of owning this phone and as the phone is waterproof and as the phone has been around absolutely no moisture anytime recently, I knew it was a charger issue and not a phone issue. I returned to the store, less than 30 minutes after having purchased the charger, to explain the issue and they refused to exchange it for a different charger or issue a refund and kept insisting it was a problem with my phone. I inquired with the two representatives if I went and immediately bought a charger somewhere else and brought it back to show them it worked; therefore, proving it was an issue with the charger they sold me and not a phone issue, would they then exchange or refund, and they advised they would not. I went less than a mile to AT&T and purchased a usb-c charger for $5 less and plugged it in and it immediately worked. I tried using the cricket one again and same refusal to charge with moisture symbol. I understand having policies against exchanges and refunds when it is just a matter of one changing their mind or just not liking a product, but it is absolutely unacceptable to sell defective products and then refuse to do anything about it.

Them girls have customer service that everyone could learn from. Always so kind and patient with me.

Awful customer service!! We drove all the way to the lawrenceburg location because we were told by Fayetteville cricket..they would have a phone case to fit my husbands phone..we waited for over thirty minutes. Several other people walked out..and in the end we were told they too were out of stock!!!
