We love this place! The store manager is awesome and the chick working there is knowledgeable and friendly. They are always very patient with my young twin sons. They answer all their questions and assist them making purchases.

What a great shopping experience! Taleena and Chris were awesome! Taleena explained everything to me (I was buying a gift and didnt know exactly what I needed) Prices were comparable to other stores I shopped. Im glad I decided to shop there and got the help I needed, Ill definitely go back again.

I love the staff here, they are supper friendly and helpful! Theyll talk with you about games and chat while you browse. They have a lot to browse through and Ill easily spend 30 minutes in here at a time just looking.

The staff here is wonderful! I stopped in for a quick gift, and though I had my three younger children with me; who felt the need to have just about everything in reach; the sales staff was understanding, helpful, and very well mannered. One even took an armful of items to price check in the whim if my four year old.The store was very neat and clean, as always; and the information provided was top notch and informative. Great job!

Preorder system is a little messy, but this is the only game specialty shop here

I buy all my gaming accessories here. The staff are very knowledgeable and give great advice on what best suits your needs. They dont try to sell you things just to make money. The variety the store offers is greater than anywhere else Ive been.

I actually used to work here long ago. I forgot when I started and since my old boss transferred, they wouldnt tell me my start date and end date. Oh well. Good selection and quick to offer to order something if its not in.

They always have a good selection of games to choose from. Also the staff is always helpful, especially Will, he recommends great games for Xbox and PS4

Absolutely love the guys at our Lawrenceburg, they treat you better than family! They can keep up with what each kid plays, their likes and dislikes which is very impressive.They keep me in the loop as to whats coming out next, if its a game worth the money now or waiting for it down the line.They also will keep me up on warranties, combination discounts and more.The majority of stores are helpful and friendly but not quite like our Lawrenceburg store, so kuddos for that!
