The Verizon team in Lawrenceburg, Tn is FANTASTIC!!! They actually know their stuff and how to treat customers! I was remembered by my tech after 14 months .

Jamie was very helpful and was super patient and kind!!! She was knowledgeable about all the products even the brand new s21 she helped me and my mom set our new phones up. Super friendly environment from the moment I walked in the door every one there was great!!

The person that set my appointment was very courteous. Dustin promptly came out to check my appointment time and name. I didnt have to wait. He helped me pick out a phone, went over phone plans and set my phone up for me. He was so friendly and did not make me rushed. Great experience.

I am a new account holder and had some issues with getting things started at a corporate store in columbia. I was able to get those issues resolved with the help of the workers at the store. My experience on March 5th 2021 at the lawrencburg store with Johnathon was awesome! He made the transition to a new device easy!! I would recommend anybody going in to see him!!

How does the Verizon store in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee stay in business? Even while sitting directly across the street from this location, theres not enough signal strength to check my email, perform a simple Google search, or browse Facebook. The Verizon cellular coverage all around Lawrenceburg, Tennessee is absolutely useless. Why would Verizon sell phones and service in an area they cant be used?

If you cant remember your pin, they cant help you. No recourse. So when they ask for all that info up front it isnt associated with you after transaction. Waited 30 minutes on a Thursday after lunch. Just dont.

Jonathan was the representative that helped me out today. He was extremely helpful and my visit was successful. I didn’t catch the other employees’ name, but she was also attentive to my troubles when she didn’t have a customer. The Columbia location was closed and they helped me out when I needed it most! Im from out of town and this is only place I cant get service at. Went into Verizon store to hook up a tablet to my service so my grandkids to have service to do school work on. Since I didnt buy it from Verizon it didnt work and was too high to buy one of Verizon tablet for 4 kids that would probably tear it up. Also couldnt put a screen guard on for me cause I didnt buy it from Verizon either

I was able to get my hotspot turned back on without any issues or delays. They answered all my questions efficiently.

I avoid going to Verizon at all cost because I have had nothing but bad experiences. It’s 2019 and I went in with an iPhone 6 that was on its last leg because I did not want to deal with a new phone that I would never figure out how to work. The very kind girl that helped me buy a new phone was very patient with me she even taught me how to use three different phones before I made the final decision on what to buy! She then activated it for me which they will NOT do at other Verizon stores and transferred everything over for me! She did not try to rush me out of the store or convince me to buy a certain brand with all the accessories. She did not talk to down to me for not knowing anything about apple products which I get every time I go into any other Verizon. She was upfront with me made sure to give me all options and prices! It was a great experience and yes it’s a small store so they are less options to purchase at the store but they can order anything!

Customer service has been nothing short of exceptional in all my experiences here. I would give 5 stars, however, their product selection isnt great. Theres just not as many options to choose from & people want options. I understand this is a privately owned Verizon retailer & they dont have the financial backing that a franchise would though.

This was a bad day at this store. The item we asked for, we were told they didnt have. We informed them they had it last week. She went to the storeroom and found it. Then no one in the store could answer our questions about the product. We gave up and went elsewhere. We have had very knowledgeable help at this store before,but not today. Shame on associates for not knowing and shame on management for not training.
