I recommend this vendor. Because I live in an apartment, I wont buy brand spanking new appliances. I was very pleased with the two ladies who helped me. They were very courteous and helpful. the only reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating was because I believed the new dinged fridge had all of its parts but it didnt. I thought they should have provided gotten it for me. In addition, the icemaker wasnt working properly. They fixed it, but with used parts. Hence the 4 stars.

As far as my refrigerator goes it is fine and working well but I brought home roaches with itI have lived in my home 5 years and have never seen a roach. I brought home this refrigerator and have had it for a few months. I noticed 2 days in a row that there was a roach on my kitchen floor near fridge. I started deep cleaning my kitchen from top to bottom inside every cabinet and pulled out refrigerator and there they were. This is the only difference and the only thing I have brought new into my house so I know that’s where they came from. Not everyone may have this problem but just be careful and keep an eye on it

After experiencing a delaydue to the appliance shortage, we made a last minute decision to look into ESM after reading the reviews and Im glad we did.I am writing this a month after our visit because I am still pleased. Yamarti was our sales associate. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the products. There were a few appliances that were more expensive than other stores however ESM agreed to match their competitors.We were able to have next day delivery and install, making this process seamless. Where do I begin. I’m leaving two stars because we bought a fridge and stove first, and then came back for a dishwasher. Everything works so far, and we got some nice products. (It’s been a few months now since we bought them) appliance selection is great. However, what is not great is delivery and communication. We bought the fridge and stove first. We were told that delivery included removal of our old appliances but they wouldn’t haul them away, just leave them in the garage. BOY, was that a lie. The two delivery people literally took our old fridge and stove out. Shoved them in the corner of our small kitchen, and installed the new appliances and then left. We had to literally uninstall the appliances to get the old ones out and reinstall the new ones. I asked both of them nicely to please let us take out the old ones before they put the new ones in while they were here, but they ignored me completely and just left. Whatever though, is what it is.So a month later we go back to get a dishwasher. The one we get is brand new and we’re told it comes with a year warranty through Lowe’s. They offer an install for $95 but say we can do it ourselves so we opt for that and get it home. We call Lowe’s to verify the warranty and Lowe’s tells us they won’t warranty anything not installed by them. Then say they won’t install anything not sold in their store. So we call this place back, they tell us that’s not true and they will install for $135. Don’t know why the price went up but oh well. We make some more calls and find out the warranty isn’t even valid because the dishwasher wasn’t bought at Lowe’s. So that was a lie. We call back and tell them, they deny this to be true and then say if we want them to install it will now be $195. When asked why, they say that’s their standard install price. So why did it change 3 times? Explain that to me please. So we now have a dishwasher, sitting in our kitchen that isn’t even installed that we can’t return and we don’t know what to do because this place literally BS’d us with a fake warranty and tried to overcharge us for an install for no apparent reason. I’m glad the fridge and stove work, but after that whole situation and now this. I don’t think I’ll ever buy anything here again nor will I advise anyone I know to do so either. This is some shady stuff, in my opinion.

The people are very nice and however when I received the delivery the drivers banged up the appliances and the washer and dryer are having issues. The washer isnt filling with water and the dryer door wont stay shut when drying.

Their appliances work for a few months then they break. I have had to call multiple times regarding my dryer that continues to not work on certain functions and today my washer literally cut off and drained the water but continued to make noise. RUN!

Angel and his staff are fantastic. I purchased a refrigerator and after a couple of weeks I started to have some issues with it. Angel came out to repair the fridge but decided it would be best if he exchanged it for one of equal or greater value. Angel delivered the new (nicer) fridge and took the defective one away. I went over an hour away from my home to buy an Refrigerator and dishwasher from ESM appliances. The fridge started leaking water the next day, I contacted them over the holidays and was told that it would be a few days before they could come out and was told what to do in the meantime. I understood the delay because of the holiday, they gave me a date and came out on that day and fixed the issue. The guy was wonderful and I will recommend them to everyone that I know.

Had a great experience purchasing 3 appliances from E S M. Only giving 4 stars because we did have some communication issues when I needed assistance getting my washing machine to work correctly. However, Angel did reach out to me personally and came out to repair the washing machine. Also, let me know that if the washer failed to work properly after a few washes I could come to the store and choose another washer at no charge or fees. Happy to report that the washer has so far worked as it was supposed to since he came out. Thank you Angel for taking the matter seriously and making me feel much better about ESM and my purchase.

I bought a washer and dryer. Showed on internet as 899 but when I called they let me know price had been dropped to 799 just hadnt posted yet. They arrived same day and installed. The 220 plug didnt match the one I had in wall and they left and got one that would work-SAME Day. These people are honest, helpful, and follow through. I will definitely use again.

-0 for me. Purchased a Samsung washer dryer combo on March 2, 2020 and by March 23, 2020 the washer did not come on. It completely stopped working. I called ESM and was told that we have a warranty for repair with Samsung and if one of their repair guys comes out we would lose the warranty with Samsung. Why would we need repairs in less than 30 days with a brand new washer and dryer? We called Samsung to have someone come repair the dryer and they came out a whole week later we were told there’s a part that needs to be replaced? The repair person left and a new repair request has been put in to come back. We still don’t have a working washer. We purchased this new set to AVOID having to get so many repairs on our old set but this has caused more headache than our washer and dryer. Hopefully we can help at least one family avoid this mistake of purchasing from ESM Appliance Liquidation Center like we did. We’re still waiting on someone to come back for the second time and it hasn’t been 30 days. We’re still paying for this $1500 set! Heartbroken.

The appliances are really nice but with a few minor dents and scratches. I purchased a refrigerator with minor dents. I would have given a 5 but the guys who delivered the refrigerator put more scratches and dents on it then it was when I first looked at it. I got a great price for it about half off compared to a brand new one. I would buy here again but will be very careful about the delivery the next items

They change their mind all the time. they cancelled my service after it was already paid for because they got a better deal from someone else. I lost work day and didnt get my appliance.

We bought a washer and dryer set on March 15, 2018 (with a 3 month warranty). In the second week of June 2018 (3 months later) our washer started to leak. After calling the store quite a few times (I didnt have my invoice number so I guess that made it difficult to find information) and stopping by, a tech (very nice guy) came out to fix the issue with the washer (one of the hoses had a tear in it). Id give them 4 stars for the way that was handled.About 4 months after purchasing the washer (one month after the hose issue), in July, we began to have issues with the washer not spinning or draining. After two weeks of back and forth, they finally came out and fixed the issue with the washer (it was the water pump).Im very grateful for the level of customer service that Ive received and them taking into consideration the issues that weve had with the washer in such a short span of time!

The repair to our Refrigerator was fast. The Repair Men that came knew what they were doing giving us excellent service. I would highly recommend them because of service and courtesy shown to us.They also explained what the problem was and how to keep it from happening in the future.

Update below:Original Post: Buyer beware! Do not purchase from ESM! If there was an option to give no stars I would. I bought a washer and dryer 6 weeks ago and have had multiple problems with both. On one occasion the issue was that the fabric softner was not dispencing. The repair man that came out decided that the way to fix it was to just drill a whole in my machine without my permission. Therefore the liquid just spilled out before the water the next time I use the machine. It stained some of my clothing as a result. They did send someone the following week to replace the part. But who just drills a whole to fix a problem in the first place?! The dryer isnt drying my clothing now. A repair man was sent out last week. He inspected the machine for about 3 minutes and said my vents needed cleaning. We cleaned them throughly and that did not help. I called again. Someone was scheduled to come out 2 days ago. They did not show up or bother to call. I have called twice and left a message for the owner. No response. Today and yesterday I politely, but firmly exspressed my dissatisfaction about the customer service. Sabrina told me she would give another message to the owner but there was really nothing else she could do at this point. She then proceeded to hang up the phone on me while I was talking. I was also told that returns and refunds are not possible. They say they will make repairs. Well, how does that help me if they dont show up for scheduled service calls? The moral of my story is spend the extra and buy new machines that come with an actual guarantee. Dont buy used junk that is supposedly refurbished and inspected by ESM Appliances.Update-Once I wrote the above the company contacted me and offered to replace my dryer. They did show up when they were scheduled which was good and the dryer seems to be working well thus far. We will see how it goes over the next few weeks. Thank you, ESM for responding to my review and coming out to replace the dryer. The 3 star rating is because it took me writing a bad review to get you to respond.

We spent over thousand dollars in the fridge it was delivered to my house not working almost $400 in groceries went bad because we tried to call them and they finally showed up after 5 days even they told me two weeks and I had to call 20 times for someone to come and look at my fridge after they came they told me it was fixed the next day it was the same issue I’m trying to call the store to speak with the owner so they can get my money back because it will take two weeks to fix the fridge they hang up on me for five times this is a horrible store do not Buy anything horrible people horrible customer service

I bought the fridge spent over $1199 waited almost a week for them to deliver when they delivered they brought broken fridge not even telling me I bought almost $400 of groceries everything spoiled called him four times they keep giving me two weeks to come and fix the fridge finally after a week somebody came told me they fixed it the next morning same issue with the fridge called again they said it was a fan and I need to wait two weeks for a part to come in

Purchased a washer/dryer set from them 6 months ago. Washer died one day, dryer magically died 3 days later. Called them and theybwanted to charge me 75 dollars just to come give me a quote, then charge additional for repairs+parts. Found a more reputable repairman that came and gave me a quote for free, and even agreed to supply the parts-just charge for labor. Theyre pretty shady, service sucks, and if you get by the obviously fake reviews on here youll see the truth about them. Also worth noting their facebook page magically had its reviews removed, and I know this because I gave two reviews when I A) first hought the set and B) when the washer broke within 2 weeks of having it and it took forever for them to come out. Save your money and buy new, or have a reputable repair service on hand.Edit since they replied:I aure should have wrote a review seeing as how after buying the set, I initially had to.have you come out and fix the washer within 2 weeks of purchase. It would have been a 1 star then, just like it is 7 months later. Also now that I remember my interaction with you all...I tried to return the set and get my money back because of how shabby all of it was.And be clear you didnt offer me a service for 75 dollars. You didnt offer me anything Angel, you did t have the decency to call back. You had the young lady in the store who knows squat about appliances call me back. You offered to drive here for 75 dollars. Then you would do a part and charge me for the repairs. I dont mind paying for repairs, hell I already bought the parts-but paying you to just come look at a set i paid almost 700 dollars for less than a year later lets me know what kind of business you do, when plenty lf other repairman will come and do a quote for free.

Unorganized! Extremely ridiculous people! Promised to deliver fridge same day when mine broke and then backed out last minute. I took work off to be home and make sure it got delivered. They changed delivery to next day then when I called changed it to four days later when I’m sitting here with no fridge. I said I’ll pick it up myself and owner said no to that too. They got a higher price and sold it to someone else n left me hanging n pushed me to where I had no choice but to cancel n go with someone else. I was told my order is cancelled even though they still had my money. How are you going to cancel someone’s order without giving their money back first?!

Zero stars! We purchased a refrigerator from them and have been having ongoing issues. Contacted Samsung who informed us that the refrigerator had previously been deemed unrepairable and that it should not have been resold. Have tried to contact Angel but he refuses to respond. Will file suit next week because of his intentional omissions of the issues with the unit.

About a month ago i bought it a refrigerator, they delivery too me, was some issues with it but angel and his guys came to the rescue and took care of it they are awesome, they are a great and honest people, i wont hesitate to buy anything else from there, why to pay retail price when angel got anything i going to be honest the refrigerator is nice and big i did check the warehouse of best buy where they have scuff item and all refrigerators were expensive and smaller i cant not be more happy with my purchase.
