One of the few store branches with very little wait. I purchased part online. I was there before 30 minutes. But I was greeted while waiting for someone to help me. I was help by a lady who new her job. And knew where her stock was. There was a tiny language barrier but nothing to complain about. I got my part . Not a lot of smiles and chit chat. But pleasant and right with nothing taking my lunch hour up. Lots of people changing oil and def in parking lot leave there trash littering the area around store. But great price right part and I have a fixed car know for under. 80. Dollars retail would have been 280 to 350.
I went to the store today and they were severely understaffed but Laura L did a phenomenal job balancing my self and other customers. She was very attentive despite here overwhelming circumstances. She also saved my $20 on some purchases that would have been $42 and some change. I really admired and appreciated her customer service under those circumstances. Laura not only needed this praise but also a promotion for handling these circumstances with so much grace and courtesy.
Was literally one number off on the part for my headlights and they won’t let me return it. You better know exactly what your car needs and not be in a rush because these people won’t help and don’t care.

My car has broken down and I had to take a Lyft there and back. The staff was kind enough to allow me to wait inside for my return Lyft since it was reading buckets. I am so grateful to them for that small kindness.
I went in a couple days ago looking for something. I obviously had noooo clue what I was looking for. But the sweetest woman helped me. (Laura) she had the knowledge of what I was looking for. and THE BEST patience dealing with me lol 5 whole stars! And I will be back!!!! :)

I went to this location to have my battery tested because my car was acting like it didnt want to start. The guy working tested it and said I needed a new battery, which I figured that was the problem. Of course he tried to sell me the most expensive one, I wasnt having any of that. I purchased one for about $135, but it had to be delivered from another location. That was fine because they install at no extra charge. The guy to me to come back at 5pm, which was about 2 1/2 hours later. I return to no battery, and no one could tell me when it would be delivered. I ended up having to get a refund and finding somewhere to take my car last minute.

You as the owner seem to show no compassion for the people who really had very bad experiences with the store. You should have concerns for all guest experiences in your store. Thankful all of my experiences at this location have been wonderful and all the employees were overly helpful. The store is very close to my home and convenient. Please be a little more concerned for other customers.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I have never experience worse Customer Service at any auto parts place. There were 4 associated that were more concerned with who was going to borrow whos lighter than helping a paying customer! My small town Advanced Auto Parts does a much better job than this store did. And to think that I went to this store instead of Auto Zone. Wow!!!
Not my most favorite store but its the nearest one, my experience with this location has been upsetting. I have gone many times close to closing or very early and I see a lot of visitors just hanging around, could be friends, I am not sure, and what typically happens is the choice of language and vulgar use my employees is not professional and disturbing to others. I have been inside with my children and I have to step out with them because of it. I have arrive in many occasions early and the place is not open on the advertised time.
If theres an advance auto parts to avoid its definitely this one. I have two commercial accounts, and avoid this store if I can because they always give me some kind of grief. Either I cant order the part there because its not my home store, or cant exchange a defective part because they are too lazy to do it. I spent over 30 minutes in here exchanging a can of refridgerant with a bad self sealing valve. Ill use any other store except for this one. In fact its so bad that Im considering moving my commercial account to a whole different chain.

Employees are good for the most part (Jose in particular) but the guy named Andre I believe, has horrible customer service. Literally just looked at me when I walked up & threw my receipt at me. Didnt make eye contact nor exchanges any words.
Had a battery/alternator issue that stranded me in their parking lot. They tested, removed, charged, and reinstalled my battery at no charge. They were very pleasant in general as well.
Called to make sure parts were available, came and got the part, I was helped with which fluid and price was the best, discount was applied and even received a rebate.
Dopey employee literally walked away from me when I walked into the store. Then he took forever trying to find a part I pre-ordered. These kids need to go back to fast food.
This particular location did sell me the wrong part and told me and my husband no refunds, but i came back and told the young lady and she gave a full refund in cash even though we used a card. one thing i will say is the attitudes of the associates are very nonchalant and they lack simple customer service skills.
Can someone please tell me why I need a tag number or vin number to purchase a battery while holding the battery that just came out of the vehicle?????? Thankfully the other person knew to just read the part number off of the battery .... ..... .

Ordered a part for my car and was told we would receive the next day by 11:15am.We setup an appointment with our mechanic next day and needed said part for him. But, when we went to go pick up the part the following day (at 4pm), all the employees were confused and didnt offer any help. They literally were standing around cracking jokes about it being too bad they couldnt help. We immediately requested refund for the $80 part and they scoffed rudely, giving it back.We needed this work done on our car asap - Im 2 weeks away from giving birth to our first child and we were anticipating to have work completed on our car today. Otherwise, we wont have a family vehicle when time arrives. This Advanced Auto set is back at least another week, if not more, in going elsewhere to find the part and rescheduling the work done to it. Waste of our time.
Best advance in town the young lady Yayi is very helpful I hope she stays there for the long run, experienced and talented young lady not lazy like the rest of the guy males in there.
They sell you used parts and when you go back and ask for refund, they blame it on you for using the product and deny the refund. I bought a brake switch earlier which I couldn’t use because I couldn’t get the original brake switch out from my car because it was jammed. SoI took back the switch with the receipt and the guy at the front desk opens the package and shows me some marks of wear on the switch claiming that I used it which in reality I never even opened the package. They refused to refund my money. They don’t even deserve a zero!!! I would literally give this location negative stars. These people definitely don’t know how to do their job.

Its 2:20 I came to get some motor mounts and all I want is a top one on the right and there is a whole bunch of unexperienced young kids in there they cant tell me which motor mount it is it was embarrassing

If I could give it a 0 I would. I will never go back to this store. My check engine light came on so I stopped into the store Friday night and there was no one there to check the light. I returned Saturday. I waited for nearly 20 mins to receive assistance. Finally when an associate was available to help me we were headed out the door to go to my car a lady ( I believe she may have been an assistant manager) starts telling the associate that he needs to sign some returns. The associate then back tracks and starts to help a previous customer that re-entered the store before further assisting me. So I patiently waited to see if I would receive any help from any one else. At that point all associates were with other customers. I waited for about 5-10 mins before the woman asked me what I was waiting for. I then explained the situation to her and she tried to tell me that the associate was supposed to bring the line down. I told her that isnt fair because I had waited in line like everyone else and was in the process of being helped and now I must wait again. She then implied that I was wrong and that the associates had done the proper procedure. Another associate also decided to put in his input stating that the associate that was in the process of helping me had to take the other customer because he only stepped outside. If the customer had only stepped outside then the associate should have not have offered to help me at that point make me his customer of priority and should have allowed the other associate to help because he also did not have customers when I was up in line. They are rude and they have some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I refuse to purchase any parts from that store and let them have my money.

Good luck getting an OBD test, they never have one or time to scan your car. Most of them dont know what they are talking about and everyone is so rude. They dont even try to attend or help you look for harder to find items.
I prefer advance auto to other parts stores.

Terrible experience I bought a battery from the guy Kevin and he told me wait a minute and hell help me install it. I watch him help a other customer with a battery (after me). After about 35 mins I walk inside and looked at him. I wait some more and he decides just to go on lunch. Its been 1 hrs now
