So I been scoping the vehicles on the Lawrenceville lot and finally decided to bring my granddaughter to pick a vehicle. We came by Saturday September 25th and she selected her car a 2013 Ford Fusion. We went into the office where I was asked for two copies of my check stub, a utility bill and a copy of my checking account which honestly I often dont carry that with me. I asked the sales person if I needed to put a deposit down, she says no we can take care of that when you return on Monday with your needed documents. I was planning on putting $ 5,000 down on a $10,029 priced car.On Monday September 27 Im to stop by and purchase the vehicle, but I get a call that their system is down and for me to come by on Tuesday, September 28th, today. I just got a call from the sales person that they yesterday they sold the car I wanted to buy, and that I should come by and look at their other variety of vehicles.I makes me wonder why they did that, if they didnt want to sell me the car all they had to do is tell me.So this place gets a big ZERO from me I will spend my money somewhere else.

One of the greatest experience with a dealership, Nikki was very friendly, Aux super helpful when I couldn’t get my information, Larry was out going when it came to making sure we were comfortable and Fred super funny and fun to be around. This has been the most hassle free stress free experience.
