Bought a car from them car needing to last me a whole year and I need a whole new transmission And Im making car payments Be careful what you buy your car

Not happy with my experience. I’ve had issue after issue since purchasing a expedition from them. Not saying that everything they have does the same but I’m just really frustrated and I’ve poured more money than I should have into something I was promised was reliable!

We bought a 2005 Ford Escape 4cyl 2WD from this dealer. The day after we bought the car, the exhaust tip/muffler fell to the ground after having rusted at the bolts. We got it cut/welded back on, not a big deal, but a bad sign! Within the first 12 months the paint started bubbling on all fenders from rust under the paint, the car was from new york. Then the motor blew, some sort of oil issue. We kept a check on the oil and it was consuming a lot, we drove this car less than 10k miles so I think its safe to assume the dealer was aware of the oil issue. Two mechanic shops agreed the motor needs to be replaced, so we sold the car for a huge loss. I wouldnt ever buy a car from this shady dealer again. I dont understand how they have good ratings unless they faked it.

Drove three hours to this dealer just to discover a rusted vehicle from up north. I guess nobody could see it, but me.

Best Dealership you will ever find. They are so friendly, so helpful, not pushy, and you can tell they care about their cars, reputation, and customers! hands down best car shopping experience! I highly recommend It!

Sales man TOM very nice guy

Purchased a used vehicle from dealer on June 17. Check engine light came on 5 days later that yielded a bad transmission. I called dealer and informed them because I thought it was odd that they werent aware since they told me that emissions was done not rh car. Spoke to Brandon and he assured me that if they had know they transmission was bad, it would have showed up during the emissions check. They did offer to pay for labor cost and I pay for the cost of the part. I agreed and paid $954 to Peayton Auto. A few weeks later I went to the DMV to pick up my tags. I was informed that emissions was never done on the car and by law, they cannot sell cars without an emissions check. I called dealer and told them that emissions was not checked on the car and I cannot get my tags. I also requested that I get a refund for the $954 I paid because if emissions was done on the car they would have known that the transmission was bad before they sole the car. Brandon told me that his hands were tied and he cannot do anything about refunding me my money. I told him that by law they can sell me a car without emissions being checked and he said that they can, I just can’t get my tags.

One star because we got a clean car at least.. of course we bought it as is so nothing can be done now. After a week of driving the vehicle the engine light came on it was a simple fuel rail sensor, no biggy. but now have noticed car is over heating, come to find out after flushing the coolant system that there is a blown head gasket. So GREAT! It is obvious that it was there before I received it because of use of repair sealant that was left over. Mind you I have 9 month old, and talked to the guy and told him we needed a reliable family vehicle. So watch out if you go there. TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A MECHANIC FIRST!! Not one they recommend!!

I bought a Subaru 2016 Legacy from Brendon in Feb 2020 ~ I felt like he gave me a great price on a car that was a fleet maintained vehicle. ~ AAA Car inspection checked out the car and said it was in stellar condition !!! ~ Thanks guys, I would buy from them again.

They let us take the car to OUR mechanic and get it checked out BEFORE we bought it! That was great. They fixed a few minor items our mechanic had found free of charge. Car was in great condition at very competitive price.

Tom, John and Brandon do an amazing job! I have sent several people their way and they have always been taken care of. I trust them when it comes to purchasing the right car and feel they do not take advantage of their customers. Let them know what car you are looking for and they will find it for you!

Best car buying experience. i bought a 2008 Toyota tundra SR5 double-cab, and well its the best choice. As soon as you pull up at the dealership you feel welcomed. Tom was the guy who sold me the truck, but prior to that he let me go on a test drive by myself of two different trucks and even to take it to get inspected. I would highly recommend Town Square Motors, and refer all of my friends there.

Just purchased a 2014 Outback from these folks. It was a great experience. They answered my questions and didn’t push me towards other cars, or push me at all for that matter. I spent around 5 hours driving it to Atlanta, having it inspected, and then waiting for my fiancée to get a break from work so that she could check it out. They didn’t even pressure me to hurry back. Lastly the buying process was fast and easy. 5 stars.

Great dealer! I drove from SC to get the exact vehicle I was looking for - a 2009 ford escape with a V6 motor. I worked with John for the sale and he was very straight forward and honest when describing the vehicle over the phone. It was as described when i came to drive it. His price was thousands below competitors with similar vehicles and was professional and friendly during the sales process. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

Bought a truck not even a year ago on the condition a couple things get fixed. The mechanic they send the truck to is now closed (no surprise) and everything they were supposed to fix I have now had to pay for myself to be done right and now the window motor they replaced has gone out.All I have to say is dishonest especially since a worker there vouched saying the mechanic was a close friend and everything would be done right.If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR REVIEW I wouldEDIT THEY SAY THEY NEW NOTHING ABOUT THERE SHADY MECHANIC BUT THE GUY WHO WORKED THERE EVEN TOLD ME ON THE PHONE HALF WAY THROUGH THE PROCESS AFTER PURCHASE THEY WERE HAVING ISSUES WITH HIM. NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I needed an SUV. Went straight over to Town Square Motors and they had several to choose from Tom and John., who are both are amazing to work with and answered every question and helped with all the paperwork. They were very patient with the paperwork process that turned out to take longer than expected from the lender. Would recommend them 100% to any of my friends.

Bought a 2013 Dodge Dart from here and it broke down with transmission issue within 90 days purchase. Called the dealer and nothing could be done on their end to fix the issue....I Recommend EVERYONE to think twice before buying a car from this place!

I did not purchase a vehicle nor was looking to purchase one.I had called to get information about selling my used car to car lots. While knowing my car was in bad mechanical condition and would not lead to them making a deal, I still wanted information on the process.Im not sure who I spoke with, but they were kind, patient, and extremely honest with me regarding all aspects of my vehicle, and the process.

Lied to! I live 4.5 hours away. I had it picked up by a third party. So I asked Tom to describe any and all defects. What a joke The left quarter panel has dents/scratches, the knobs on the stereo are so worn you cant tell what theyre for, the front needs extensive work, the power top doesnt function properly, among numerous other details he conveniently left out. I wasnt expecting a perfect car, but good grief! So if you buy a car from this place, beware!!

My husband and I drove an hour to see a car that i found online. We got there about 10 mins before closing time. Mr. Bishop had the car in front of the building waiting for us. We also looked at two other vehicles. Mr. Bishop went above and beyond with trying to help us. I felt so bad that he stayed an hour and a half past his closing time so that we could look at and test drove vehicles. Although we didnt find what we were looking for, i would recommend Town Square Motors in a heartbeat. Truly a great place.

First let me state Im old school and have never bought a pre-owned vehicle. I was a bit apprehensive. Then I went to Town Square Motors after finding a car I was interested in on the internet. The service I received from Tom was first rate. Oh yeah, the price was right. Tom took care of me above and beyond what I could have ever expected. We made a deal and I highly recommend Town Square Motors. I will return if the need arises and recommend this dealer to everyone I know.

My wife and I both got our vehicles for here, I got a 2000 Ford F-150 and she got a 2008 Ford Edge. John and Tom were both extremely helpful and didnt try to push anything on you. Havent had any problems with either vehicle and we will continue to recommend town square motors!

THEY SUCK PERIOD, bought a car from them a few months back the rear brakes were crumbling off of the pads, check enging light came on two hours after purchase, the car was leaking oil, the catalyic converter was bad, the battery needed replacing, contacted them they only made excuses and gave me the run around, they suggested to me to fix the safety issues and the car was fine! but safety wasnt an issues when they sold me the car with the BRAKES literally crubling off the pads without my knowledge!!!!

Town Square Motors are thieves!!! They sell lemons that look really good....youll get 3-4 months out of it before you have to have an engine, transmission, or head gasket replaced...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM....THEY ARE THIEVES!!!

Lot of vehicles, but not maintained well

Complete fraudsters. Bought a car from them and two days later the check engine light came on. I took it back to them three times to fix the car to pass emissions. In Georgia, a dealer cannot sell a car that doesnt pass emissions. The fourth time I took it to them they somehow got a passing emissions inspection for me without the monitors going through a complete drive cycle. So there is no way it passed emissions.I intend to file a complaint with whoever oversees the emissions process since I believe what they did is ILLEGAL. Buyer beware of Town Square Motors in Lawrenceville, GA.
