Just purchased a Cadillac from them that needed a few things fixed. they said they would take care of it. they attempted to fix one of the problems and messed up the radio. after saying they would replace the radio (they messed up) they called and said they wont cover the repair. this is all after I paid 2,300 for a warranty. this place is crooked. I have been dealing with this for 2 months now a week after I bought it, still dealing with them and I guess Im going to have to hire a attorney to get my car fixed. steer clear of this place. I have seen buy here pay here lots that are more honest then these people!! I wouldn’t give them 1 star at this point, but it’s automatic...

Im writing this on behalf of my fiance. You all are only getting any stars because of Xavier (hes awesome). My fiance purchased an SUV from them approximately 2+ weeks ago. They agreed to allow him to make a split payment because it was $5000. He paid almost half the same day. He was asked to go back a week later and sign a new contract because they left some fees off the first contract, red flag #1. As they are going through the new contract he notices that they added $375 to his down payment. She states that is for them to register the vehicle, red flag #2. How do you forget the registration fee. Also his monthly payments went up. The biggest issue is they want to charge him $375 (with the down payment) for registration when his contract includes $199 registration fee and money for the taxes. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AUTO GALLERY.

The prices are very competitive, fair, and usually below Blue Book.No need to try and haggle because they dont! The prices are that good.The vehicles are very good. They check them out before they are sold. A 125 point inspection. You can be assured you are getting a great ride.

Worst vehicle purchasing experience ever.I bought a titan from the Lawrenceville location at auto gallery and regret it will never go back. They took the truck to go get it detailed which took almost 2 hours and the salesman just went to go get lunch as I waited at the dealership. Then after I finally get the truck about a month later the $3000 warranty that they said was going to be included did not cover the repairs needed which cost me another $500. And the so-called maintenance records that they want you to come have your vehicle with oil changed at their location is also a joke, I called the Lawrenceville location and the Mall of Georgia location was told they don’t work on customers vehicles only vehicles they were getting ready to sell and told me I would have to drive over 40 miles away to get my oil changed. Do yourself a favor and buy a car somewhere else.If I could’ve review this location and this dealership with zero stars I would have

Great service from my sales guy Kiley, communicated very well and kept me up to date with everything.

Truck we bought test drove fine but we couldnt get over 35 mph due to location. Once we purchased it and started our 2 hr drive home thats when we noticed the transmission wasnt right. Been getting worse ever since. The torque converter is slipping when changing gears. So now we get to put our newly purchased truck in the shop and spend who knows how much rebuilding or replacing the transmission. The third brake light was also leaking causing water to get all over the rear of the headliner. Would not recommend or be going back.

Dont go to this dealership if youve had poor credit in the past. They put a GPS lock on my vehicle that malfunctioned many times. Dont plan to go far from home if it is close to the payment date. Paid ahead of the due date most months and they still shut my vehicle down at least 10 times. They were never apologetic for the instances and I should have fought back. You need to be able to afford an attorney to purchase a vehicle from Auto Gallery. FInished my payments a year or two ago and will NEVER go back. Been a year or two and still cant get over it.

Stopped in to buy a 2016 Ram Bighorn. Looked at it on car gurus. Did the payment estimator and was at about 350 a month. Went there with trade in and kbb value of my trade in. They had my payments almost 300 more than I figured and wanted almost 4000 down. Went home with the numbers they gave me and reran figures. Come to find out they were not giving me anything for my trade in and tries to blame my credit score. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT PROFESSIONAL AND SUPER FISHY AND EVERYTHING THEY DO IS FRAUD.To begin with, they take away all supporting documents and then they come back with a different one with different prices. They play with the numbers and don’t even explain where they come from, it doesn’t make any sense.They always had an attitude when we were there. The place doesn’t even feel right, as soon as you come in you can feel there’s something wrong.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody in my life.DISRESPECTFUL in all ways.

Horrible experience. Bought a GMC suv from here, about 5 weeks later motor locks up. Since they gave me warranty i took it to a dealer to get it checked out. Dealer opened motor up and found latex gloves inside the valve cover. I contacted auto gallery and they said that it wasnt their fault and that warranty wasnt going to cover. After fighting for 2 weeks with them and no running car i had to pay $1500 on top of the $24,000 i had just paid weeks before. Garbage dealer. Same thing happened to my parents but with them it was the transmission. Never buying from these thiefs again

This place is a scam. Got my info from another location and tried to get me to take the same deal I turned down from them within the last week. Don’t waste your time. When you go there they’re going to try to sell you a car that isn’t what you want. Try to tell you that you can trade up In two years. When you bring the car back in two years their just going to try and pressure you to take a second car loan claiming the can’t take the first car back because it’s not worth what’s owed on it. Everything is a scam with them. I do not recommend them to anyone. I have financed a car through them and it does absolutely nothing for your credit. On time payments for 2 and 1/2 years and I still couldn’t get a regular car loan from a bank. So don’t believe the oh you have to build your credit story from them either. Not a real bank and will not help your credit at all!! Not even 20 points.

Do not buy anything from them, there customer service doesnt exist. And they are rude, have very little knowledge of the vehicles, and the vehicles look and feel like 🍋s. Avoid this place at all cost!

Bought a car here in February by April 15th the whole dashboard went out, found out that while driving in the rain water was getting in the trunk, now my Dashboard function doesnt work, took it to them and theyre telling me I should have inspected the car before purchasing and bought the extended warranty, while buying the car they were all nice now its like the dont care, I guess they dont care about return customers. Their motto should be, We are here for you until sale is final then you on your own.
