I bought a 2013 Chrysler Town and Country for $6,100 from GTO. It lasted 8 days before the transmission completely blew and left my wife and infant son in a terribly dangerous position in the middle of a busy intersection. The vehicle was towed to my mechanic who told me without a doubt the dealer knew how bad of shape the transmission was in and band-aided it to sell it by flushing the transmission and replacing the fluid to mask that it was on its deathbed. He also told me that there were metal shavings in the transmission pan beyond anything hes seen in a long time. Theres no doubt in my mind they knew they were selling you a ticking time bomb were his words. After contacting the dealership, it took a week to even get a call back. By that time, I had already paid for a Jasper transmission which ended up costing me $4,500 for parts and labor with the 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. Each time, the salesman Ivan told me hed talk to the owner and never called back. I would have to call each time after days would pass. The last time I spoke with Ivan I still had not gotten an answer about what the owner had to say because he took some time off. Ivan said hed call back the next day and never did. Its been a week since then. I bought this car with my wife, two daughters, and son present. I dont know if Ivan personally knew how bad of shape the van was in. To look a family man in the eyes and sell him something that you know is going to financially hamstring him and the people that depend on him is pretty low. Either way, this dealership sold me a lemon knowingly and Im now in a very bad spot because of it. Please beware of GTO auto sales. (EDIT: I also want it to be clear that I am a generally understanding and easygoing person. It is very rare of me to leave bad reviews like this. Im just hoping I can prevent someone else from getting taken for a ride like this.)

Bought 2006 f150, has high mileage but is running well. Nice inside out for its age. Go check em out and give them a look over. They dont pressure so you can take your time. Tell them I sent you!!

Bought a car and was told it was in good condition. I have never been able to drive the car. I was told even though I bought it as is they would repair it since it was a problem as soon as I bought it. Now they are saying I have to pay for the repairs and I have giving them over 5,000 already. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you to purchase but once you buy it you are on your own.

My boyfriend bought a 2007 Nissan Maxima w 108K miles and the transmission was out, alternator is out, valve cover gaskets are leaking oil, upper radiator hose is leaking coolant all within 24 hours of buying the car not to mention the drive from ATL to Lawrenceville 4x times!!! Brought it back to be fixed and they still let it be brought home AGAIN w all this being bad. Looks good on the outside terrible on the inside. TICKED.

GTO didnt want to help me or have anything to do with my car. It had fragments in the oil panel. They told me my car was going to be in good condition before they returned it to me. GTO knew that my car was damaged and anyway they sold it to me as new. DO NOT buy GTO cars. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!
