Asking me sometimes to wait because his cellphone never stop ringing or trying to interject on some other conversation close by.Lifting his finger sometimes to tell me to waitHe charged me for a preorder ipro and I wanted max. I need to note that I did tell him pro but I was expecting to be shown the transaction before processing it.He told me he couldnt changed it I have to call att my self.I usually get good service there but sometimes bad apple spoils the rest. This time my good experience has been spoiled.
Initially, I was a bit hesitant about going to this location based on the previous reviews however, I experienced extraordinary service from the entire team from start to finish! Niki was the rep that helped me in my rather complicated process with switching lines but Barbra and Joshua were very much helpful and pleasant. We will absolutely come back to this AT&T for all my service needs.
Outstanding experience with the Rep Austin At Collins hill he helped me out break down my bill and helped me upgrade as well!! I love my iPhone 12 and iPhone 11. The young man was very kind and help me buy a phone and save me money by switching to ATT TV. The boxes did not work and he came to car and picked them up because I use a walker. He went the extra mile to take them next door to ups for me. The first day was busy and he took time to greet people coming inI am a Human Resources profestional. This young man has potential. I wish I had his name.
The manager Nicki Jackson and her sales rep Damaris are both very friendly and helpful on all phone and wifi issues. They answered all my questions and helped me set up my phone and get it unlocked. I will definitely come back to this location with any other of my issues.

Hey While I was at the store I experienced the best customer service as well as best customer care ever the reps took their time to make sure an insurer that my device was working properly as well as taught me how to backup my storage and also help me reset my password so I can go into my Google cloud and make sure that I maintain precious things like photos and things of that nature I am absolutely satisfied with AT&T store service I was actually at the store the 722 Collins Hill store the best refs in the world I am absolutely recommending all of my friends as well as my clients and other individuals that I may know to come to this store to receive their customer service customer care accessories in what have you AT&T is truly made me a believer and I will continue to support nba AT&T customer because of my experience at this store
Saturday 6/19 - 6:30pmReceived email confirmation for curbside pickup.Arrived to location and was told it was 40+ mins wait for a curbside pick up with three unavailable associates in the store.So I asked if it was easier/faster if I just walked in, so I did.One associate finally approached me after 10-15 mins of just standing around and asked if I needed help.The other two associates were made aware of my order and visit because I called from parking lot but never approached me.Associate was gentle with their customer service to the two customers in front of me but straight up unkind and *yelled* across the store when it was my turn. Keep in mind she walked up to each customer before this and asked them how she could help them. And for me she was yelling from the register. I ignored the first time because no way she was yelling at me right? It was clear she was having a bad day.Horrible customer service and did not follow AP protocols. I could have been anyone picking up an iPhone order.I wrote that off as she was having a bad day. Picked up my order without my ID checked - I asked and she didn’t want to take my ID.Maybe she could use more time off or more support in the store.
Awesome store. My most recent experience was with Jessie Cleaves who patiently helped me resolve an issue & kept me informed of every step. I walked out happy. We have been wireless customers since 2001. I have been to numerous other stores both in metro Atlanta & in other states. Collins Hill is hands down the best location for customer service. The staff has always been very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. AT&T Collins Hill is not the closest location but it is my number one choice.
I came in with an issue that had my phone acting crazy. I explained it to Dustin & Austin and after asking me just a few questions Austin went on to set me up with a new SIM while another customer was transferring their phone infos. Excellent service and multitasking. These guys r a good team.Thank u very much!

Great experience! I came to this store to switch over my wireless service from T-mobile. The agent that helped me was Jaida, and she was awesome. Jaida was very respectful, patient, and professional with assisting with the service carryover and setup process. This store has definitely had earned my business!

Ordered a phone for my daughter who is in the 6th GRADE! I got an email at 5:43 that the phone was ready for pickup. Get to the store and they are closed at 7:17PM! I’m highly upset as they put the hours on the door that say 7:00 but did not update the ATT website and only gave me roughly an hour to pick up my daughters phone! The two black ladies inside used the cut throat to signal to say “no, we’re closed”. I WILL NOT do business with this ATT store! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Let me start by saying I have this store a chance but their customer service is the WORST .The first time I came in the manager NICKI JACKSON did not want to assist me . She started to argue and be disrespectful toward me she even had to go to the back to calm down . The other agent stepped in and assisted me . I tried to give them another chance and took my wife but this time as we were walking in we weren’t even greeted the manger was having side conversation not phone related, we waited 20 mins no one ever came and asked what we needed or wanted with there being free agents in the store well manager Nicki was free but just went in the back to continue conversation. This store is the Worst DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE !
This is my favorite AT&T store! Ive been visiting them for about 20 years. This AT&T location consistently provides exceptional service. Jaida helped me on Saturday and upheld the high standard to which Ive come to expect from this location. I came in at the very end of the day to upgrade my phone. Jaida took time with me and offered options and solutions that I had not considered, all with a smile on her face. She saved me a lot of money, time and got me exactly what I wanted.Thank you Jaida and all of the great people with whom Ive had the opportunity to work over the last 20 years. We have multiple phone #s, which means a lot of visits. I almost did this upgrade online. Im sure glad that I came in to the store.Thank you Collins Hill AT&T!!!5 stars. Totally recommend!

AT&T is only money hungry and they screw you over and steal your money. Wouldn’t recommend them. No customer service at all. Nothing is free or their promos either aren’t real.
I had an issue with my iPhone 11 promax, and although the staff were not able to assist with the issue, they were able to send me somewhere that could resolve my problem. Very courteous and professional, yet couldnt solve the issue, I give them 4 stars

Corporate discounts that I’ve used millions of times do not apply here and the only way to have them applied is the manager who is not ever here apparently. Would give negative stars of possible. Lets start by setting a 930 appointment only to arrive to find out the store doesnt open until 10.Not a welcome to ATT but rather do you have a mask? Put it On! Other people in store without mask...Was there for a simple number transfer with full access to both accounts but since no manager was onsite to approve my request they told me nothing we can do.I guess the employees manage themselves? No wonder its horrible.Customer service is not an ATT quality. Never has been. I only deal with them because of business.

Do not trust this location! The manager did a bait and switch on us. Told us an additional line would be $20 more per month. He didnt give us a copy of the changes (said his system went down) When we got home and checked the bill online, it was actually $60 per month. We called back and were told it was a communication error, and they couldnt do anything about it. Weve been AT&T customers for 30+ years. What a disappointment!!!!!

Made a reservation online and came to the store. Turns out it’s closed on Friday and Saturday but doesn’t say that anywhere but on their website. The hours on their door says it’s open. This other guy was there too trying to pick up something he bought online.

The salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the iPhones that I inquired about and was very professional in assisting me. I would recommend this store to anybody looking to purchase a new phone!

Associates seemed knowledgable but didnt know how to fix me problem Told me to call tech. For assistance but assured me that my phone worked great and its not the issue. Called tech and he was awesome whiched I could remember his name but he actually took the time to call me back twice while I called a contact to have them call me from the particular area code that was having issues from a land line. Three times he gave me time to fine a contact at home he was a real helpful friendly guy that knew what problem was and fixed it took a while but well worth the tactics that we used. Cell works like supposed to. Great tech he was.
This is a quiet location with friendly knowledgeable staff. I had such a wonderful experience.

After going to two other AT&T stores, I was clearly frustrated because one barely addressed me as I entered the store, and the other told me that they could not fulfill my request at their store and that I needed to go to a different store. So I attended this location in Collins Hill, and Jiovanni was phenomenal. She combined two numbers into one phone for me without hesitation or difficulty. I will be starting with this location for all of my cellular needs going forward.
Jessie Cleaves will sale you a bill of goods. He comes off as a nice guy that knows his stuff. I’m usually not fooled easily, but he got me. I really believe in accountability and am very detailed when it comes to money.Came into the store a week before Christmas to buy a phone for my daughter and add 2 lines to my plan. I already had one line for myself with 9 GB of service and needed to upgrade to an UNLIMITED plan now that I would have a total of three lines with two teenagers.He proceeded to advise me that each line for unlimited would be $25 per line for a total of $75 + applicable taxes, insurance for 2 of the phones ($30) and phone lease payments ($43).Approximately a week or so after I gave the phone to the kids for Christmas, I began receiving messages that Ive gone over my data plan. How? Jessie set me up on an unlimited plan, right? Wrong. I was still on the original 9 GB plan with the 3 lines and as I already knew my kids were blowing up the data. I call customer service to see whats going on and find out that not only did my plan not change, theres somehow a 4th line on my account too?!?!?!? Long story short, I made 4 calls to customer service trying to get my plan corrected and am paying way more than Jessie Cleaves initially quoted me. I agreed to disagree with the amount Im paying with AT&T and decided to go to the store to inquire with Jessie about what he told me.As I explained to him what he told me, he interrupted me each time I tried to make a point to tell me, No, thats not what I said. I told you ____. We record all conversations. He was defensive and dismissive of anything I was telling him. Jessie Cleaves, I had one conversation with you. Youve had hundreds of customers with hundreds of different conversations. How can you remember what specifically you told me? Especially when it wasnt the truth? I didnt make a scene and only asked to speak to the store manager, which Im waiting on now. He tried to explain himself further after I asked to speak to the manager, but I refused to speak to him after he dismissed me initially.Im not leaving AT&T, Ive been with them since the cellular one days, but this lying for commission has to stop. I wouldnt have walked away from the sale if he gave me the true price. I needed the lines for my kids. Just wish I was told the truth. Beware of working with Jessie Cleaves. Hope he sees this and changes how he deals with customers.

This store is responsible for creating a phone line i do not need but am still being charged for. I have been passed between the store reps and customer service but still.not resolved. I have been paying for an unused line for 3.months and no one will help me resolve it. This has been a terrible experience.

This review is for Jiovanni A.First, I went to an AT&T store off of Lawrencevlle Suwannee road. I went in and a young man treated me as if I was not even in the store, as if he made up his mind that I wouldnt even be making a purchase. So I left that store thinking to myself that I will be stuck with this old weak, useless MetroPCS phone. But my instinct kicked in and I decided that I would plug into my gps and do another google map search for another AT&T store nearby. My gps directed me to 722 Collins Hill Road. I proceeded to speed off into my Mustang headed to the store. The moment I walked into the shop, the atmosphere was the polar opposite of the previous authorized dealer, I knew immediately something was better about this store because as soon as I walked in, the manager greeted me before I could set my second foot inside. I proceeded to explain to him what my particular cellular situation was and that I was interested in a new phone. From that moment, I was set up for success because the manager placed my cell phone needs in the care of Jiovanni A. a Black American female sales consultant who was so warm and inviting, I immediately felt so comfortable and ready to make a new purchase. In the previous store, I left because even if I had a million dollars, I wouldnt have wanted to spend money in the other store simply because giving money to someone who devalued me did not sit well with me at all. But the sales consultant Jiovanni A. took good care of me from the moment I sat down to the moment I left with my new products. I originally wanted to just buy a new phone, but with all of the advice, guidance, and learning about the other services from this exceptional saleswoman, I ended up realizing that I would be better off buying AT&T TV as well as getting my new cell service started! She was unbelievable because she did not treat me like a number but a person, and walked me through all of the details in each plan, gave me an understanding of the products features and benefits that I would never have gotten from the previous store. She showed me that AT&T corporate owned stores are the only stores Ill give my business to because often times, the authorized retailers do not have even half of the high standards in customer service, sales support, and just overall good human manners that was given and shown to me by Jiovanni A. at 722 Collins Hill Rd. and her manager. Just had such a wonderful experience at the AT&T Collins Hill Rd. location. Two girls and a guy I think they called a manager helped me and they could not have been nicer. They all apologized for how long I had to wait while they worked to fix a problem that wasnt even their fault, but I didnt mind the wait at all because they were so funny and just high-spirited in general. I wish I knew their names, because they really made me feel good about the switch I just made from Verizon to AT&T.

This location has the laziest reps... Ive been here on a couple of occasions and these reps are quick to tell you that its AT&Ts policy to not help you. I went here with a State issued paper license, which is recognized by everywhere. Banks included. But according to this location its AT&Ts policy to not recognize State issued temporary license. So I went to another AT&T location and got serviced with no problem or hassle... convenient location ... lazy under trained staff..
The ladies here were so patient and so kind to me today as I activated,deactivated, upgraded, and added lines to my account. I appreciated them all. Audrey was in training but very knowledgeable.

Not only that but he looked over my wireless, Uverse and internet plan and helped me find a plan that would save me money every month. Poor customer service from management and a lack of industry knowledge to better assist the customers that have any sort of technical problem or even a billing concern. There used to be a manager there that could answer technical questions and he would even work to solve problems that would not be a sale. The manager there now, Tim, is just not helpful and was even condescending to me because of the fact that i am not from America. He pretended to not understand what i was saying and just told me to call customer service if i have any issues. He only cares about sales and not customer service. I have been to other At&t stores and they don’t have any problems understanding my speaking but Tim just did not show any sort of caring attitude towards my issues. I will not be going back to this location anymore.

AT&T corporate store is located in Walmart plaza on Collins Hill road near exit 316. AT&T mobile service, Fiber Internet, DIRECTV and other small business services are available there. Customer service is really great. This corporate location is really convenient for Lawrenceville residents.

Store needs a new manager!!My last visit to at&t was at this location and the store manager tim was so rude and disrespectful to me that i have now left at&t after over 10years being a loyal cell phone customer. I will be cancelling my uverse tv, internet and switching my business account to another provider as well. I saw this “manager” treat other customers in a rude manner as well and i was hoping it was just a bad interaction with them but when he got involved with the sales person trying to assist me, he was just as rude. He lied to me about promotional offers and when i called him out on the lies, he just lied some more and then walked away and just got on his phone to look at his social media. He would not attempt to help anyone with their issues and kept telling any customer that had an issue to call customer care. Several customers were frustrated with this low level of customer service and left the store upset. Maybe the company or at least tim’s manager should look into sending him back to customer service 101 training because he sure doesn’t understand how to work with customers. And to try and put people down that call you out on lies is wrong. i doubt that anything will be done about this though.
Avoid Tim at all cost. i was trying to just buy a phone outright and because i wasnt getting insurance and directv i was told that i could not buy the phone outright. tim made my uverse tv seem like a bad choice and talked down to me after i said no to insurance.luckily i went to another at&t location nearby (because i knew that tim was lying to me about my purchase of the phone) and they were able to sell me the phone. tim was to worried about whatever sales goals he had and he told me he was the store manager too. he was anything but a manager in terms of helping me.the other store said that they get at least 5 people a week complaining about this tim guy too. the sales people at the buford location even told me that they wouldnt work for tim if they were paid double. avoid this store and go to either buford or snellville to get help or buy anything. this lawrenceville location is small and looks like it will be out of business soon anyways. if you go to buford ask for a guy named Hamsa ( i think that is how you spell it), he was super helpful and the other guy was the manager over there he was nice too and he was the one that told me to avoid tim. from now on i will only shop at buford or snellville even if they are a longer drive for me. and to think i have a business account with at&t, uverse tv and internet.
I have had issues with my Bodyguardz screen protectors, cracking, bubbling, etc. So when I got my newest screen protector replacement, they were more than happy to take off my cracked protector and put my new one on, and at no charge. AT&T is always helpful!!
Worst management i have ever dealt with. The store manager is rude and racist towards people who arent black- they have a new assistant manager who obvisoulsy has no manager experience but she seems like she is just taking orders out of fear from the store manager.I saw that at&t even removed my review on their site because i called out the manager which is wrong. They are covering up for this awful excuse for a manager. I advise everyone to go to a different location for your at&t services and shopping. Snellville, Buford and Johns Creek are all options for at&t customers that will treat you with respect.
Buyer Beware!!! For all that is holy - avoid this store!!! I was on the phone with ATT Customer Service for 2 1/2 hours WHILE in this ATT store - all the while 8 or more ATT employees ignoring and laughing at the ludicrous situation with my ATT mobile cell service. Even the Manager of the store had nothing for me. I was the ONLY customer there (now I know why). Finally gave up and left to find another, more helpful location. ATT problem is still not resolved. 2/1/2 hours of my life wasted and I will never get back. :(
They clearly only want to help if they are going to make a big commission. Big attitudes and unhelpful service if you have a small fix or purchase. Will avoid this location from now on.
