The associates at this store are awesome. I am not a Verizon fan, but they make the company. Destiny spent an hour or more helping me with my new phone. They are knowledgeable, patient and kind. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service! The manager and staff are both excellent. After I purchased my phone my tempered glass screen protector broke and when I took it back to the store they replaced it at no charge. I highly recommend this store.

Worst service and advice I have ever had from a company. I am a patient person and very seldom have to leave bad reviews. But please. Do yourself a favor and find a corporate verizon store that actually cares about its customers. I am out about $800 because of the incompetence of the management here, but if I can help save others that read this that trouble then perhaps I will feel a bit better.

The moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by Clark. He was so personable and welcoming! He discussed the best family plans and phone options that would be best for me. I don’t wanna even give them 1 Star. I have never had such a difficult experience at a phone retailer. The store manager was rude and brushed me away. When asking questions on how I could upgrade myself in the middle of my contract I was given little to no attention. He advised me to call customer service and the would be NO assistance I could be given at the store. And I couldn’t believe I was being sent away when willing to pay for the additional upgrade. Do not come here because help is not something you’ll get.

We recently had a bad experience at this Verizon Store by TCC. I dont recommend this store. Either go directly through Verizon or find a better store.

My husband and I went to get a new plan together and also get new phones. We received EXCELLENT customer service with Enrique, Kelsea, and Timothy. They told us great deals that were going on and helped us set everything up. I even went back the following day to ask a question about something, and Enrique was very nice and answered all of my questions once again. These people were AWESOME.
