My iPhone 5s no longer is fully functional.The fingerprint sensor is broken and there is no way to fix it. Add that to the needless runaround that I was given by these people, and how upon picking up my phone for the final time, I was told that the location I dropped my phone off was ...just a drop off point and it wasnt their fault at that location, after I had been back to check on my phone repeatedly, for what ended up being almost 2 weeks. I am very upset. The only way to address it is with replacement device and I plan on suing for that in small claims court unless I get some satisfaction.This is completely unacceptable and if this business had simply made this right then this would not have seen an issue. They handled this totally wrong all they way and it didnt have to be this way. It simply didnt.I was very accommodating to with them and gave them every chance to deal with this. Instead they chose to irreparably break my property and tell me to go screw myself.

BEWARE!!!!Got my iphone screen fix, a week later my phone completely stop working for no reason. Took it to Best Buy geek sqaud and they said that these guys purposely did something to the phone to cause it to stop working a week later so that I would return to them to get it repaired. DO NOT GO TO THESE GUYS....YOURE PHONE WILL HAVE MORE PROBLEMS AFTER THEY GET THEIR HANDS ON IT.

Have been coming here for years and has never been disappointed.give this place a chance and come by if you have an broken phone.

If I had the option to give it no stars I would!First of all, the man was rude and arrogant!I went in there to get my screen replaced for an iphone5s. The replacement screen was of super low quality. The resolution was crap and the swipe speed was slow. When he gave me my phone back, the fingerprint button no longer worked, the screen was coming up from the corners and the screws were loose.I made him put my old screen back on because I was displeased.When he returned my phone back the second time, my screen was not even attached properly from the top!!!! I could literally pull up the top part of the screen. I could see all of the inside of my phone. Again, the screws were left loose! Smh!! What really pissed me off was that i wasnt able to get a full refund back. He STOLE my $25 because he had to return my original screen. Thats total bs! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BE CARFUL!! I promise you that its best to just invest the $95 in a new phone than to get it stolen from these pathetic people!!!!

Do not go here especially if your phone was at least partially functional before giving it to Kris/Koram. I went in for a battery replacement and now my phone lock button does not work and he did not even put the phone back together possibly. Had to pay $50 to get it replaced somewhere else because I will never trust them ever. This was for an iPhone 6.
