I visited that store and the greeter was amazing and sweet! but the person that was helping me was not very friendly that I end up going somewhere else to get my phone which mess me up because I was not able to use a lot of the things Verizon were offering for my upgrade. Very disappointed!π«
Very simple sign up process. Way better than my old carrier, as my line on this one has voicemail in case I miss calls, faster data speed and better reception.
We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and did not have to wait long before we were helped. The Solutions Specialist was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and personable, and she went the extra mile to explain things and help us through the process. Great job!
Definitely make an online appt for prompt service. Luckily store was not busy during daytime weekday and were helped immediately. I knew what I wanted. Frankie helped review my options and made helpful suggestions. We continue to be satisfied with Verizon and its service.
My husband and I were told incorrect information by a sales associate regarding a replacement warranty. The phone was eligible for an upgrade and had insurance. We were advised by the representative that we get a replacement because the phone was overheating. Next thing we know Verizon tells us we owe 300 because the phone was damaged. It would have been better to get an upgrade...not pay 300 for a refurbished phone. The manager took no responsibility for the error made by his representative. We will be filing a complaint with corporate.

The rent a cop security guard frank at the front door is rude. And once I was actually helped by one of the associates in the store Aaron he also for whatever reason had horrible customer service. He had no solutions to help me with my problem which makes me question his product knowledge because clearly I left as an unsatisfied customer! I will be paying off this account and leaving Verizon horrible experience from start to finish!
I would give a zero if it would let me. The manager actually yelled at me because he didnt understand the business plan I am on. They dont know about their own plans. I could not believe the way he and his employee acted just because they dont understand the plan on my account. Any good manager wouldve made a phone call or researched the info to help their customers. They told me to just call customer care and order a phone through them because they dont know what plan Im on
Worst Verizon store Ive ever been to.Smallest selection of phones I have ever seen and on top of that the staff pretends like youre not even there.I waited for 30 minutes and no one even looked at me.
When I arrived, there were 4 other parties in front of me. As soon as the store manager saw me he came right over to see how he could help me. I needed a Sim card. He checked my phone, pulled out the correct Sim card for my phone from under the counter. Handed it to me and led me over to a clerk that was busy waiting on someone.While the other party was occupied with their phone she took the Sim card, my phone and had them programmed within a couple of minutes. The card needed to activate first and that took more time than the lady who waited on me. I was out of the store, having waited only a few minutes, in less than 12 minutes total.I hadnt received such wonderful service in eons. Would not hesitate to go back for any cell phone needs.
Sales representative are very poor at their job. Unable to assist in any manner and extremely rude. Still have about 30 minutes before store close and state that they canβt over ride the system because theirs a pending order. Appear like sheβs just being lazy and want to close the store. Extremely poor customer service.

Someone in the Verizon Corporate office needs to do something about this guy called Franky. I coincidentally encountered him twice in 2 different Verizon stores within a space of 5 days.First encounter was at the Duluth location on May 11, 2021 at 3625 Satellite Blvd, Duluth and I had to leave a negative review. Please refer.Second time at on May 16 2021 at 890 Lawrenceville-Suwanee Rd, Lawrenceville.He introduced himself as a tech/manager at the store but evidently lacked basic training or knowledge of his job.The AirPods I recently purchased at this Lawrenceville store location was not charging and I needed help to resolve the problem or exchange since the item was still under exchange warranty, but he told me the port was damaged and tried to pressure me to buy a new one. He intentionally tried to deceive me or ignorantly made a wrong diagnosis.I was not convinced and expressed same and asked to speak to another rep or a manager for a second opinion. At this He was visibly infuriated and asked me to leave the store in a most condescending, arrogant, unprofessional, prejudiced manner. I maintained that Iβd have to resolve the issue with my AirPods by speaking to a manager. This clown paced back and forth the back office and when he came back, he retorted βare you still here or are you going to leave right nowβ?I could not believe the effrontery, the insolence. He actually said that to me, a customer who needed help with a seemingly defective AirPods that I purchased from the same store.I ignored him, he then barked βyou stay here and Iβd be right back!β and dashed to the back office a second time. At that point, I felt a bit unsafe, I almost felt as if he was going to become violent on his return but i was confident to defend myself if necessary and was not going to allow this young man to intimidate me. I also knew I was right to ask for a second opinion from a manager, so while this was happening, I called my wife to step out of our vehicle parked outside and come into the store with my 15 months old female child because It looked like we may be here for a longer than anticipated time.After about 5 mins, the solutions manager came out to help, I think his name is David. He took the AirPods and resolved the problem. I demanded an apology from Franky who was still at the back office at this time but he told me that he was not able to make Franky apologize.I have not experienced this level of rudeness, gross incompetence, poor customer service and poor behavior exhibited by Franky.He is a bad ambassador of the Verizon brand. I was deeply offended by his behavior and I hope someone will investigate this matter and take appropriate action.

Despite reading the reviews, my husband and I opted to go to this location, on Valentines Day, to upgrade our phones. The lady we dealt with was pleasant and asked which phones we wanted, and didnβt seemed annoyed with the fact we did not want additional accessories.The whole process was exceptionally fast and painless. We were in and out with our new phones in no time.I have read other reviews, which I feel is important, to get a feel of what we should expect to deal with.Um, these reviews I have read did not match our experience. So, thank you for not ruining our experience.From the last time we were in the store, this location appeared to have gone through a face lift. We were impressed by the new look of the store, but noticed other employees sitting and playing with there phones. We did witness another employee helping and assisting new customers and I felt he was doing a great job as well.Hey, itβs a job. Much like how I was in car sales, before I had issues with my health.You sit around at times waiting for customers and other times you will be swamped with customers.
Terrible employee at this Verizon store. The heavy set lady that assisted me today with the trade in of my old phone, had the most carefree attitude that I ever had seen. Was so close to just snatching my phone back! What a shame to have someone with that kind of attitude work there!
Terrible..Bad customer service. No body cared about my issue.I ordered a phone Saturday morning around 11a.m. and i told customer service that i needed the phone now.I got there around 2:30 pm and they told me my order was pending. After an hour I showed them my consent receipt were i paid for the phone. They told me i needed to call customer service to get it released.I said why cant you call because it takes an hour to get an operator at verizon every time you call.I waited until 5 pm and still no phone. So the next day around 3 pm i get a text saying my phone is ready for pick up .. nevermind now yall can keep yall phone

Long time Verizon customer..Several times I have been in this location to have a screen protector installed..last two times the Spanish Lady has made me feel as though its a bother..Second visit she immediately stated they do it as a courtesy..Before remodel and employee change this service was never a problem..They need to be retrained and realize paying customers are the ones who pay their salaries..I promptly walked out and even though this store is less than a mile from my house will never return..Beware!! I assume if you are not there to spend $$$ on a phone or their accessories you are a nuisance...

Awesome experience. Attentive, friendly and patient with all customers in the store. Despite closing time passing while myself and other customers were still being helped, they didnβt rush to resolve issues and answer questions. Simply put they valued customers.
Good info for consumers: If you have an issue with something you buy from this location they may help you if itβs within 14 days of purchase. After that, they will advise you to contact the manufacturer of the item for a refund or replacement. They do not stand behind the products they sell. I hope this info saves you some time! #NoLongerAfan β BTW: My issue was with the screen protector. You would do better ordering a cheap on from Amazon or eBay!
Verizon is a huge disappointment... their customer service is horrible..... Trying to resolve a billing issue over the phone forget it... I inconveniently jump in the car and drive to a corporate store (they do great work at the store) but unfortunately they are limited to their own customer service which is sub par. T-Mobile is much better when it comes to customer service. Perhaps they could train Verizon executives making poor decisions that punish their good long standing customers.....
Had to activate some equipment, was told at the door I needed an appointment due to covid, had to use the app to set an appointment but didnt have access to the app, called the 1800 number only to get looped around the automated system, very frustrating.... ended up going to an authorized dealer to get it done
Thomas handled my upgrade and programming my new device in a short period of time. He was courteous, friendly, and patient. He did try to be pushy or sneaky. He did everything perfect.
This is the only Verizon store I deal with. Its an authentic Verizon store, not an authorized dealer. They are always super friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my Galaxy S9 and they were able to get the issue resolved in a timely manner within the same visit.
Ive been with Verizon for many years. The sales people are very knowledgeable. The store is always well lit, and the phones are displayed nicely. Pretty much, just like any retail phone store. But if youve got a beef with your plan or device, dont go in there with an attitude. Wait until youre calm and in a happy mood. The sales people will tell you everything is a bucket of roses, but when you get that bill, you know youre going to be steamed. Good luck.

Somebody helped me rite away. I made my purchase on line so I was told the store would notify me when my item was ready for pick up today. Never got a notification so went to store and it took the gentleman a few minutes I guess to find my item, but he apologized for the wait and I was out of there within a reasonable time.

After so many hours after being on hold on tech support and then restarting the wrong phone because I had lost my password and Verizon not being able to help me Nathaniel from this building help me and save my day from so much stress and time thank you for helping me today I recommend everybody go to him he can fix the impossible basically
I dont usually write reviews, but this store seems to have major problems. I visited 3 times to look at upgrading my phone and each time I was given a different answer and price depending on the salesperson that helped me. I never felt like I was getting a straight answer from anyone there so decided to give up and order my upgrade via the 1-800 number. I got a better deal than I would have in the store and the customer service rep was much more knowledgeable and helpful than anyone I encountered at the store. Definitely in need of stronger managerial and customer service training at this location.
Recently remodeled with a clean layout. It is a little smaller than before but still has room for all the phones and tablets. Ive never met a bad employee there and they will help you with any problems you have. The number one thing I like is that they break things down with you the way that you can understand and dont try to sell you on other products. I highly recommend this store.
They couldnt help me with the problem I was having (trying to shut down my Fios acct)...but went out of their way to lead me in the right direction very nice staff!
Walked in to get an upgrade on my device and lady in front with the white and grey Jordanβs(wish I got her name) on that was acting as receptionist was very rude. Very rude responses and did not help at all. Drive to the satellite boulevard location and got my upgrade with no problems. Sad that as a paying customer I feel as if Iβm doing Verizon a favor by trying to upgrade & keep my contact
Expect to spend hours whenever you come in to update cellphones which is crazy as heck.. We bought our last new Ford F-150 in less time then we spent in here and still ended up doing most of the work ourselves once we got the new cellphones home.. and to us tha tdd does not make sense.
I have been with Verizon for over 10 years and have been coming to this store for most of that time. Usually this store is great. But just like the previous reviewer said, there is a Spanish lady there that is not friendly, everything you do is a chore to her, and talks to you condescendingly. She wouldnt attempt to solve my problem. The GM came over and made it better, but she really needs to not be in a customer service position. This was the 2nd time that she was that way to me so I know its not just me or that she was having a bad day.I hope this store makes a change because I dont want to change my store. Im not making it a 1-star because Verizon has always been fair to me.
So I dropped my new iPhone 7 and cracked the screen. :( I was so distraught, but upon taking it to Verizon, and speaking with Aaron Mora, I immediately knew I was in good hands. He provided me with a new phone on the spot. I couldnt be more happy with the level of service at this store. Prompt, Courteous, and Efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

The team at this store acts like they are doing customers a favor by seeking you the phone/plans. Talked their internal issues in front of customer while going through transaction. It took longer to step through adding a phone line than buying a car. The experience is definitely making me look for new wireless provider.
Ive shopped here since the the store opened. Its very well-staffed w/ knowledgeable people. I walked in on Saturday @ 10:30A, was met at the door by Anthony H. who answered all my questions, made suggestions and i walked out in less that 15 minutes totally satisfied. Our familys trusted phone store! Recently got a replacement phone since my battery crapped out! Love that the main stores always accommodate for our needs and communicate all phone plan options with us.
Average, the sales person sold me the wrong case for my phone and kept trying to sell me a whole bunch of accessories for my phone I would never use. The only good thing about my visit was the short wait time unlike the other Verizon stores back in Ohio.
Found there to be No waiting at all, & great help to buy a phone!! I went in around 3 pm and bing bang got it all done fairly fast n painless too. I was very pleased!!
Yolanda is absolutely amazing. I went to the store bc my phone had completely died. She was just as concerned as I was to retrieve my photos (which were 3 years of my sons life). She goes above and beyond and I will always ask for her when I go here. Ive never had to wait more then a few minutes - even on the weekend.

Frankie was very rood, disrespectful he did not wanted to help us to transfer information. He said and you are not paying for help thats why you call a technician to help transfer your information. There was only one more client in the store and us. He was on his phone all the time!!

Sold me the wrong charging case for my phone for $105. Went back and waited 15 minutes to find out they have no cases for my phone (Galaxy S8). Return was no problem. They were friendly but very very slow. Bought the same charging case on Amazon for $35!!!!!
Everytime I walk in here itβs like every employee disappears. I have yet to come in here and be helped in an appropriate time manner. This is why I always ask if David (the manager, I think) is working that day because he is the only one who has excellent customer service skills and doesnβt look at me like heβs stupid and doesnβt want to help me. I walked in and there were 4 people helping customers. Three of those employees finished with their customers and all of a sudden theyβre nowhere to be found. They just start chatting and then disappear into the back room without asking if weβve been helped or if they can at all help us. And this isnβt the first time, this is EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We are never helped til the last second when our patience is thin. David, keep doing what youβre doing. But get your employees/peers to step up their game because they make this experience a miserable one.

Went in to pick up a new X. The associate had zero interest taking my trade in...she advised me to mail it into Verizon instead. Maybe she doesnβt get sales credit for orders being picked up and I guess she didnβt want to do any work. Anyway, I drove 35 minutes to pick up a phone only to be treated like they were paying ME to buy a new phone. Verizon charges a premium for their service, the least they could do is treat you well.
My rep was very helpful, she diagnosed and quickly resolved my issue.

I am beyond upset with this location. Yolanda was the most UNHELPFUL person I have every encountered in my life. I go there to get an upgrade on my phone and she acted as if she was doing me a favor. Ugh. Long story short, I basically left with an iphone X, in a bag. She did not help me with anything. After trying unsuccessfully, I had to spend over 25 minutes on another phone trying to get my info moved and my phone activated. Seriously- Yolanda needs to be trained on customer service, because she did absolutely nothing to help me. Nothing!!!

Thank you for not suspending my mothers phone after I told you it was stolen and just giving me a post-it note with the insurance phone number on it. Because of that, they DENIED my claim. And thus, delaying when my mother will get her phone. Shes only really sick and its her only way to contact me or her doctor or, god forbid, 911.

Disappointing they have gotten rid of the service department. the people there were friendly, they just literally removed the entire service/repair department. so the only people left are 2 people who can show you physical devices and a security guard to make sure you do not walk out of the store with anything. there used to be an entire service center in this location. looks like the only option to get actual assistance with a device is through a 3rd party provider.
