Love this stores bohemian-hippie vibe. They carry a variety of stones, jewelry, clothing, books, paintings, tarot cards, and incense that I just need in my life. They offer such a zen shopping experience.

My first time here and it was absolutely amazing! They also cleared my Crystal with a sound bowl which sounded incredible. My Crystal grid is amazing. I’m definitely coming back!

My favorite store at Sugarloaf Mills. So many natural remedies and holistic items and remedies. Just walking in the store will change your vibe. Just a great store.

Though it is a quiet shop the staff here is friendly. U may find statues of Buddha here, variety of incense (in sticks or bundle), free spirits t-shirts, jewelry; etc. I found some sage to buy back for a friend of mine.

I love this shop so much. I come to this mall often and had no idea this shop was here. They sell alter peices, spiritual tapestry, clothes, jewlery and more! Its worth a visit.

I am a frequent Earthbound shopper. I walk by the racks and see half of my closet. I love the stones, candles, lotions, soaps and the trinkets. The staff are always nice and welcoming. This location was no different. This location is very bright, organized and there is space to walk through and look at everything.

I normally LOVE shopping here, but today changed my opinion forever. I came in to exchange Christmas gifts that I received from this store. Most of the items I had a gift receipt for, but a couple were from my son and he did not save the receipt, but they were Earthbound exclusive items, with tags still on them. I called ahead and spoke to Michael, who was very nice and said that exchanging the items would be no problem. I drove there and I was dealing with Michael, when the manager interrupted and was extremely rude. She acted as if I were trying to get something over on her. I HAD RECEIPTS! Plus, I asked for store credit, not money. The two items that I did not have a receipt for, she only gave me half credit for and only after I explained that 90% of my wardrobe and jewelry come from Earthbound. I spend a great deal in this establishment routinely. Also, while giving me terrible service and plenty of attitude, she was humiliating an employee by reprimanding her in regards to allowing her mother to use her employee discount. All if this was done in front of other customers. I was embarrassed, the employee was embarrassed and the other customers were very uncomfortable. Shes not only a terrible manager, shes a horrible person. Who humiliates their customers and expects return service??? Very bad business decision!

Always have loved this store over the years! Recently I stopped by, was a great experience overall. The staff was extremely helpful and nice! I was in there for a while, the moment my hands started getting full someone brought me a basket. She later cleansed my crystals I purchased as well so they were good to go! How awesome is that?!

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THEIR SALT LAMPS.. I bought 4 salt lamps from here. I didn’t realize that fake salt lamps even existed. THEY SELL FAKE HIMALAYAN SALT LAMPS AT TOP DOLLAR. I loved this place but once I did more research into salt lamps, I realized that salt lamps “cry” when they aren’t lit for long periods of time. So my light bulbs in my lamps have been out for about two months. The lamps are completely bone dry. They’re pushing off expensive night lights basically. Oh and you can go to the Asian store in the same mall and spend a WHOLE lot less on crystals and basically everything. Earthbound has a Tibetan sound bowl for $100. The SAME EXACT sound bowl at the Asian spot was $65. This place is overrated

I love this place. Great looking and quality cloths. Insence and burners. Hemp lotion is my absolute favorite. A bit pricey but it exposes you to great brands like curbside. You can go online and search these brands entire catalog to get the cloths you want

The singing bowl (copper) doesnt work. I think the bigger singing bowls work better than the small ones. They didnt have a very wide selection of crystals which disappointed me. I wish they had a better selection of different crystals. They dont carry Citrine or Moldavite. Also, the staffs not very knowledgeable about the crystals they sell. They should study more about the crystals they sell... Just my opinion.

I love earthbound so much and all of the stuff they sell. Some of the stuff is a little pricey but it’s one of a kind items you can’t find anywhere else. The staff is always friendly and the store always smells like fresh incense.

One of my new favorite stores. I usually never buy rompers ever, but I found one here that I love. The store has got a hippy care free vibe, with great prices.

I love this store and I love there clothes but it makes me not want to shop there when this black lady was following me around the store. Every time I picked up a piece of clothing she was on my back trying to take it out my hands. How am I suppose to build a outfit if you keep taking the clothes from me to put them in the fitting room. Did not get her name but on the receipt it says associate 308AF

One of the only reasons I go the Sugarloaf Mills anymore. The product may need extra cleansing especially if you buy Crystals here, but it is still a nice place to go when I cant make it to my local crystal shops and meditation stores.

This was my first visit to EarthBound Trading Co. I was drawn into the store by a Beautiful yet simple Buddha necklace. I was blown away by their amazing jewelry! As I floated around like a kid in a candy store, the cutest sales associate made such pleasant conversation with me and my friend. The customer service was much better here, than at the Neiman Marcus Last Call right around the corner. I would recommend this store and its unique products to anyone who will listen. A+!✨🙏🏽✨

I like the place, but shopping there is a very uncomfortable experience. The gentleman that is dressed as a hippy, (as this is the only way i can explain his attire) watched me the whole time. Never said hello,can I assist you? Instead he watched me. This is uncomfortable, the other employee with the locs, she was very nice. Please greet your patrons,and if you are suspicious, assist them instead of watching, and flashing a fake smile. I will be back because we all need to know customer service extends further than thank you, come again and here is $10.00 off a $50.00 dollar purchase

The staff of this store literally follows you around and stare you down like you’re about to steal something, I get that they want to watch for theft but lay off a bit, no one wants to shop somewhere where the employees follow you around the store. Would give half a star if possible. There’s a girl with glasses that works there that literally came up to us and said “are y’all just bored or do you need help finding something?” Get rid of her
