I had a terrible experience, it was last month during the Covid shutdown. I visited the store for white ceiling paint suggestions, I had to dial a # from outside the store & the rep was very nonchalant and borderline rude. Basically told me it would be better to go to Home Depot, but whats even worse is that I reached out to management & never even received a callback. I guess Ill take their advice and visit many of the other paint stores from now on. I will never attend another Sherwin Williams store again! Thanks for nothing....

Excelente service. I normally dont review stores but this store is one of the best I had use and I go to 5 o more SW stores in a week. They are fast and provide help if you need it.

I Walked in and and asked for help with paint I needed. The employee working their said you have to figure it out yourself. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Unprofessional! I went to the Shermin Williams in Buford and they were much more helpful.

Robert helped us this past weekend. He was very professional and kind. He helped us lighten our paint. Other locations said they wouldnt even try but he did. It is very difficult and time consuming, but thank God IT WORKED! Thank you Robert! We highly reccomend this location.
