Absolutely Aaahhhhmazing!!!!!!! Michael was wonderful! Helped me find a mattress that would make my sleeping so much better. I have sciatica and needed something for support..... now I have it! Michael was friendly and very helpful. He worked with us and helped us find the right bed on an adjustable base for a price that was within our budget. When we set out today I did not think that we had enough money to get an adjustable bed. Not only was the price perfect, but the delivery is free and we will have our new bed by tomorrow. Let me just start off saying that what I have to say is all true and I do not work for these guys. I had been through hell and back.I purchased my mattress from the La Marque location. I ran into some issues with a warranty call from the manufacture. Unfortunately that location closed. Long story short, I felt alone and thought I would have to buy a new bed after only owning it for less than a year.I got a call from Michael at the league city location, and he and his team (Dennis) has really gone far and out of their way to take care of me. Not only did they get my warranty issue resolved. They educated me and gave me a high quality matress at the same cost without paying anything extra.I recommend this team to anyone who is looking for a bed. The prices are right and the guys there are super knowledgeable when it comes to getting a good night sleep.Thank you guys so much for helping with my issue and getting it taken care in a smooth and caring nature. I’ve purchased 2 mattresses from Micheal and I’ve had great experiences both times!! This last time the delivery guys dropped off the wrong mattress, and Micheal really took care of me by throwing in 2 pillows, mattress protector, and luxury sheet set for my troubles. Not at all upset by the mistake and will purchase more mattresses here in the future!

I needed to get a good deal on a quality Queen mattress set on a Sunday...I was not very confident that it would work out. My wife searched and found Mattress Overstock and noticed that we could purchase and pick-up the set there, they had some good deals online, and a lot of great reviews. Most of the reviews mentioned Michael as the source of the customers quality experience. She called and spoke with Michael and when she hung up, she told me its covered. We got there and Michael lived up to every single expectation, from polite and respectful interaction and non-pushy sales to making sure we got a GREAT deal and then he personally helped me get loaded, strapped down and even came back out a second time to offer me more help and some cold water. Bought complete bed & foundation & bedframe. Michael said delivery next day between 3-7 pm. I call at 5:50 pm they said 30 mins. I call at 7 pm they said in 30 mins. 7:50 pm they show up no bedframe. Left the bed. My hope is they will bring bedframe and set up as purchased.I am satisfied, next day Michael brought and installed frame and bed. Thank you so much. I will be purchasing again in a month and it will be with Michael.

First of all do NOT buy your mattress from mattress overstock. I was a victim of a “great deal” on a king size mattress with an adjustable base. Michael toldMe at the end of the sale he would call me the following Sunday (7 days total). I called the store that Thursday and spoke to Michael and asked him if there was any possibility of the order coming early as I was trying to coordinate selling my existing mattress. He said “no it may be a little later, I will call you at the end of today to let you know.” We hung up and I waited two days... no phone call. I then try to call the store for 6 days. I email and call customer service... no response. It was around Thanksgiving so I figure they took off that week.......... well no it was due to landlord changing the locks....back to the story...I then finally get a call from Michael and he let me know the delivery would Nov 8. I said ok and accepted his apology. Michael tells me I would receive a call Nov 7 to confirm delivery. So Nov 7 comes around and it’s about 6:30pm. I call the store and a “temp employee” that is typically stationed in Baytown picks the phone up and tells me “ma’am you have no delivery for tomorrow.” At this point I’m beyond upset but I just simply asked, “well that do you mean? Michael told me it was for Nov 8.” In a very smart assy way he goes, “ well ma’am then that means your delivery will be from 12-4, but your mattress will not be there.” At this time, I was going up to the store. I sat in traffic and finally make it. Half the floor model beds were missing... Well Long story short he told me I was just a number... number 23 to be exact, which equated to the number of unfulfilled orders, and he didn’t care anymore and he was just there to sell mattresses, and to give store managers days off. He said he was tired of taking the heat from this stores manager and he was just about done. I told him my order was $3,600 and I did not appreciate being treated that way as if I was just a number. He then said ma’am I’ve seen your order it was a credit deal.” What the hell!!!! I was over being done.That night I went home, then to Mattress Firm after stewing in disbelief, got a bed and base there and it was delivered in 1.5 days!!! (Kelsey is awesome) I believe in things happening for a reason and I guess it did because this bed is 100% better. A little more expensive but way better quality and such great service. And hey! They answer the phones!Then the next day Michael calls apologized and said, “your bed won’t be delivered today it won’t be till....” and I said, “ no I’m sorry I just want to cancel”. He then said to watch the mail and he was sending something to me. I assumed maybe a “sorry” letter... it’s been 1.5 months.... still nothing. All they are is a salesman. Don’t fall for it.
