Fantastic eye doctor! Ive been visiting for years now, and have always received top treatment, with modern equipment. I started taking my young children for visits as well, and was very impressed with how well they were able to adapt the exam process to young children (under 4)! They have a great selection of glasses, and very knowledgeable staff as well. Do yourself a favor and stop going to the nationwide chains!

Dr. E is encouraging and thorough. Her equipment is top notch and she accommodates my needs. She is kind and gentle. I appreciate her and the team so much and highly recommend.

The entire staff at Bella Vista Eyecare is always attentive, caring and pleasant. My family has been going here for several years now and we wouldnt go anywhere else. The lab they use for their lenses, always produces quality products, and we are always treated very well when we go in. My little one has been going here since he was 3, now 7, and affectionately calls Tony, Mr. Tony. The office has a relaxed family vibe. I know my kiddos vision needs are well taken care of here.

Im going to be honest that I have never been impressed nor unimpressed with any previous eye clinics but Bella Vista and specifically the Doc were amazing. Even the fact that its a house turned business is inviting. Follow up was on Zoom and getting the contacts ordered was super easy since they had linked up my insurance and prescription to a site where I could buy it all with only a few clicks.Highly recommend.

First place to really take my situation seriously and figure out the cause of me not being able to wear contacts. The doctor really seems to care and is genuine. The whole staff gives the time to explain everything you have questions about!

After going to another eye doctor for over ten years, I switched here last year because they could accommodate me more quickly for a scratch on my eye. I continued to come here because the staff is kind, personal, and takes the time to explain what they are doing, seeing, and recommending. They answered every question I had and patiently listened to and addressed my needs and concerned. I did not feel at all pressured to purchase anything, and l, in fact, I was told that I should try out my recommended lenses before making a decision about ordering.Dr. Eickhoff’s website claims Bella Vista’s goal is “serving patients’ visual needs in a warm, welcoming environment. She dreamed of a practice and a team that was like a family, who would serve patients with the same level of care they would give their own mother, brother, or child,” and, in my opinion, she has achieved exactly that. This is the first medical setting in which I have not felt rushed in and out and in which I have felt wholly seen and cared for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Once again, the ease in which they deliver their professional services makes them a joy to go to each and every time! Ive already suggested them to my brother (who hates going to the eye doctor) and he has agreed to give them a shot. Thank you Bella Vista! You guys are amazing!

I just love this place! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The building is very clean and modern. It was the most thorough eye exam Ive ever had. I took my daughter here a few months after my appointment and they did very well with her. They dont try to push anything on you if you dont want to spend a bunch of money on contacts or glasses, which is a huge plus. If youre like me (on a budget), then the last thing you need is somebody trying to push products on you; they dont do that at all. They made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole visit, even offering a water or coffee while I waited. I highly recommend this business for your eye care needs!
