Dr. Fingold and his staff have been taking excellent care of me for over 20 years. They truly care about their patients and go the extra mile.

I had an amazing experience here as my first time. I was at another eye Dr who told me they couldnt help me and sent me here to TSO and Im so glad I went by. I was having crazy problems with my eyes and I was honestly a bit scared.... I left after my appt with a new prescription and hope that when I get my new glasses Ill be able to see again. Dr was absolutely amazing and took his time making sure he had the right prescription for me. Staff were amazing as well (sorry I forget names). Definitely recommend.

Jennifer and Arlene or whatever her name is are both extremely rude and unprofessional. I would recommend very highly to go anywhere else so that you don’t have to deal with either of them. You call them and they act as if you’re a nuisance to them even calling. I’ve dealt with them a couple times and every experience I’ve had with them has been absolutely dreadful. I would recommend avoid this place at all costs specifically to avoiding them. Awful service.

Ive been coming here about 5 years now. My husband comes here also. Dr. Fingold is so nice and takes his time to make sure everything is good throughout the whole exam. Lisa is so very patient and kind helping me pick out frames when I need them... love her!! The ladies at the front desk have always been helpful and courteous also. I will keep coming back as long as they are here! Great place and I trust them with my vision..

Nice selection just not a big fan of the cost but when you buy luxury thats what you get.

I love this TSO on Marina Bay Drive in League City. Dr. Fingold has been taking care of my eyes for well over 10 years. But no visit would be the same without Lisa. Lisa is experienced and professional while warm and caring at the same time. She and Dr. Fingold are a great team and my trusted source for vision care.

Don’t bother making an appointment. They take whoever walks in first. What’s the point of making an appointment when they open and not being seen til an hour and a half later?

Ms. Lisa is amazing and always going out her way to make sure you get the best service. We have been using them for the last 4 or so years. Will continue to use them.

I have had a wonderful experience with this doctor and the staff at this TSO. We have been using them for the last 3 or so years. They have always been friendly and professional. They were kind and patient with my children (ages 6 to 12). They have always rectified any issues we have had quickly and they crunch the numbers to get the most out of your insurance.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Actually stopped by 2 places before I called and found who was in my network, and the places I went to had terrible service the people were just rude and not helpful so I was a little nervous going here but Lisa was AMAZING she was the sweetest and the most helpful, I highly recommend this place to anyone shopping for glasses or eye care!!!

The staff here is very friendly but sadly services are super slow. A new pair of glasses can easily take 2 weeks to be made. As for repairs, dont plan on using that 1yr warranty. If you need anything more complicated than the most minor of adjustments then plan on waiting a week. However they will most likely send you to another store to have your glasses fixed, of course the warranty doesnt cover it. Since theyre the closest vision shop next to my house I hate to give up on them. I found a work around is theyre an Oakley vendor so i do business with Oakley and any repair work is handled by Oakley rather than TSO.

They were nice, quick. Got me the most out of our insurance and helped me pick out glasses that would fit me best

The staff was very professional. My glasses were genuine, unlike some online purchases I have made in the past. The sales rep, Lisa, was very helpful. She made it easy to deal with my medical flex pay account, an unpleasant experience most times. I got my first pair within three days. The others were within time limit set in contract. I will go back to TSO next November to once again drain my med flex account.

Hands down the worst experience I have ever had getting contact exam and contacts. After ordering, I called 5 days later to see if they were in, and they have no record? I order them at this point, told one price then when I pick them up it suddenly has gone up $60. Finally, when I get them home, I see they are not the contacts I ordered? I asked for a copy of my prescription, and was told they would call me when I could pick it up because the doctor I saw wasnt in that day? I still have never received a call? If I were you I would STAY AWAY from these people, they seem to be scammers....I wish I could say it was great but I spent a $100 out of pocket (with insurance) for this??

Ive been coming to this tso clinic for many years with myself and my children friendly people easy to get in. Our favorite person is Lisa she really friendly and is very knowledgeable on what she does. I yet to have a bad experience with them.

Most unorganized office in the Houston area

I arrived for appointment 10 minutes early waited for 10 minutes past appointment time in an empty waiting area. Will not go back.
