My eye lab has always been my place to get my glasses and eye exams. The doctor is so nice and the associates as well. I’m a very indecisive person and usually spend 30 minutes trying on different frames and Candice helped me find my frames in less than 5 minutes. She was so nice. 10 out of 10 recommend.

If I could give them 10 Stars I would! I went in with my 5-year-old son to get his glasses and I was really happy with the amount of choices they had for kids. However what really stood out with the customer service. My air conditioner had broke in my car and it was super hot that day she could see that we were both overheated and as soon as we sat down offered to go get us some water brought him a water bottle. They were so helpful and patient with us trying to find what pair he liked. Prices were amazing especially for the quality of the frames. I was expecting to spend hundreds of dollars more than what I did. They came in way before they were expected. We will for sure be a lifelong customer. Dont waste your time anywhere else!

I was so happy with my experience at this store… The atmosphere is like nowhere else and the customer service was incredible! The price is a deal breaker and the selection and quality are so competitive. Glasses are cool and they made me feel like it!

First time I tried this place, glasses took 3 times the guaranteed time to arrive. 2nd time, tried to FORCE the mask rule in 11 of 2021 for a virtual exam. No thanks!

My mother came to have her pupils dilated today and she received horrible service. We have been here before a while ago and had great service. This time around, they had different personnel. The front desk lady and other workers were very rude. My mother didnt even receive shades after her pupils were dilated. Shes been having a headache since then. Im pretty sure shades are given and recommend after this procedure is done. When my mother asked the worker/lady if the optometrist could explain to her her eye exam, she just said read the page. What kind of service is that; shes asking you to help her out. You could have at least asked the optometrist explain the results to her. My mother also had her mask slightly below her nose and with a rude tone of voice, they told her to cover her face.Oh and apparently they cant fax your results to other facilities either.I wouldnt rate this place at all, but had to give a review.We will never return! Especially when you treat older adults that way.Unbelievable!!!!!!

I got an appointment right away, and although the exam was done virtually, everything went pretty smoothly and quickly.Thrilled to have contacts in time for my vacation.

NO STARS! I arrived at the facility 20 minutes before my appointment. When I walked in I was greeted by a Hispanic lady that was wearing tinted eye glasses. She immediately started talking about the “sales” they have going at that time. That was my first dislike-how about we do the eye exam and determine if I need to upgrade my glasses-just saying. She performed the 3 eye test and then showed me to an exam room at which time a “doctor” appeared on the television screen in the room. The sales lady turned the light off, walked out and closed the door. Unknowing to myself she had taken it upon herself to perform the same 3 eye test on my 14 year old granddaughter that was waiting in the lobby, WITHOUT consent!! When I walked out of the exam room I was in, I immediately asked were my granddaughter was. She was in an exam room-door closed-lights off-speaking with a “doctor” on the television screen; WITHOUT consent to do so. As I was walking to the door to get my granddaughter this SALES lady is following behind me saying that my granddaughters eyes are worse than my eyes are! Side note to that comment-my granddaughter had just had an annual eye exam and her vision is perfect, unlike myself-I wear multi focal glasses 🤷‍♀️ I decided to allow the State Board handle this situation! Medical services rendered on a MINOR CHILD and violation of HIPAA. And comically this place has the nerve to call me the next day to let me know “I missed my appointment “!!!!

This is a very disorganized store. I expressed I wanted a regular pair of glasses and then one pair sunglasses. I started I wanted the sunglasses as dark as possible and then was asked if I wanted the gray. Once again I stated I wanted the darkest sunglasses I could get. The manager comes over to help the lady that was helping me and said you have one regular pair of glasses and then the second one was gonna be the transition lenses I said no once again it’s only sunglasses not the transition lenses. I asked to be refunded and left. Will not be going back. Should have known to void this place when I seen there were only employees vehicle in the parking lot when I got there. More training and education about the lenses is needed for sure.

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had. Ive had kinder and more sincere interactions with toll booth operators. Both ladies working were gossiping about co-workers, and for as much as those two could gab, I got the bare minimum out of the lady who was helping me. I felt uncomfortable (and actually pretty stupid) for asking questions about well...anything at all. Didnt even get a have a nice day when leaving. I cant see very well, but I CAN see why whoever Keesha is put in her 2 week notice.But big shout out to the call center team that scheduled and then helped me reschedule my appointment. They were chipper, friendly, and didnt make me feel as if I was an inconvenience. I assumed thats the type of service that would happen at this place. Nope. Hard nope.

Don’t waste your time or money anywhere else, EyeLab is perfect. Their deals and promotions are what initially drove me in but the staff is what is going to keep me coming back. Cheaper than every other place I’ve been to and way better technology too!

I was in need of an eye exam. I had a bad experience with another very popular eye care center. I found this place after driving around the parking lot. I went in and they did my eye exam immediately. I have health issues and need more testing than a normal eye exam. The ladies in the clinic were very nice and pleasant as well as professional. My glasses will be ready in a few weeks and they have a good choice of frames. Will go here from now on. Competitive prices.

The ladies at my eyelab was very helpful with my exam and picking out frames. Terri that did my exam was very understanding to my needs, Candice Jazalle and Shavon was very knowledgeable about the contacts and glasses. They all were nice and sweet for beginning to end. Shavon did an amazing job fixing the arm of my husbands glasses! It was super quick and she was extremely nice. I will be back to fill my prescription.

I gave one star because I couldn’t put none. Customer service was horrible. The lady there with long curly hair and wore glasses was extremely rude to my wife and son. When I asked for her name so I could report to cooperate she said she wasn’t going to give it too me. Don’t waste your money and time here. I will never go there again and hope you don’t as well.

I really enjoyed the staff n my overall visit to My Eye Lab in League City, Texas. The staff has excellent customer service skills n the facility was very clean n comfortable.

My husband lost his glasses while on vacation in Galveston, and My Eyelab was the only place we could get into on short notice. The female doctor fitted him for contacts, 2 sets of contacts, contact case and solution at no charge. We appreciate their kindness and customer service.

This is my 2nd time at this location. I love the friendly staff. I ordered my frames and got a call 2 weeks after that my glasses were ready. Good service, great frames to choose from. This is my GO TO place for my glasses.

Assistant Manager Kinshara was awesome. I brought my designer frames in for some high index lenses (due to my high powered prescription) and got a really good deal. Unlike Americas Best who wouldnt even take my frames. I would definitely recommend them.

DO NOT go here- I had my annual contact fitting here bc they had walk in appointments and I was near the store doing some shopping-my actual visit when I was in was okay and the optometrist was nice. I decided to order my contacts through them because the price they told me for my contacts was cheaper than where I usually order them from (and I verified the brand, prescription, and length of use with them) and they told me that they could mail my contacts to my house for free since I don’t live very close. A week later I got a text that my contacts were in store. When I went in to get the contacts they were the wrong contacts

I looked online to find a place to get Contacts and Glasses. Eye Lab League City showed you get a “Free Eye Exam” plus two pair of glasses for $59.00. Perfect! I knew I’d pay a bit extra for the “Contact Exam” but I was expecting that. Well, at checkout I was told that I did not “state” upon checking in, that I was getting the above advertised. So, I was to pay $138.00 for the Exam and I wasn’t “qualified” for the $59.00 “Free Exam and two set of glasses.” I explained that this is what is advertised and the lady, Mary Ann was so rude to me. She told me she could take me back to the back and I could give my trial contacts back, my prescription back and she would have them do a complete new exam and then I could have the “free eye exam and two pairs.” Now, how does that make sense? Why not do as all other places and just charge the difference for the contact exam? Instead, it was head popping, talking to me from across the room and acting like I was really bothering her day, just asking questions and expressing my issues of the advertisement. I’m 58 years old and could afford any glasses in there. That’s not the point, it’s false advertisement and horrible customer service. Horrible! Read all these reviews on this locations. I should have read them first, myself. Do not go here. I paid $138.00 for the exam and a trial contacts to try for 2-3 days. I was going to have to come back if I had any issues with the contacts, as they are a trial. Then, I was to order them. Now, I to go somewhere else completely, as I will never return here. I’m never one to write a bad review, but this whole situation was a horrible situation. There was no kind explaining it was “well come on back and I’ll take “my contacts and prescription back” and you can get a whole new exam and get the blue tag lenses. Why, not just charge me the small difference for the contact exam, which I stated when I made the appointment. I am in shock as to what just happened. Staff needs complete professional training and “definitely” customer service training. I overheard the other girl cussing about “yep! Glasses take two weeks and that means the whole damn two weeks!” I asked for Corporates number and she told me “you can look it up, as you did the exam.” Who acts like this? Eye Lab, this is League City. We don’t treat people this way, and none of us should experience this. Sitting outside in tears over this whole treatment. Again, do not go here. There is a real eye exam place that will care for its customers. What a way to ruin a day, with what should be a simple task to Chwck off your to do list. Sad Customer. Also, read all the reviews on BBB.

I have never had a enjoyable experience buying glasses before. Terri was the best with my exam. Then she walked around with my granddaughter and I and helped me pick out the perfect pair of frames. 1st of all they have a big sign that says walk ins welcome. When I walked in, I wasnt even acknowledged so I stood in line only to be told that the eye exams are performed by other employees in the next room. I was asked to take a seat so I waited some more and then I was told that they only do eye exams by appointment only. What a waste of time. I usually never leave reviews but this was a really terrible experience. This was the first and last time for me and anyone in my family. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here.
