I just moved to the area and needed a new eye doctor and Dr. Tran is amazing! The entire appointment was quick and painless. She’s very easy to talk to and took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Me and my wife called in over the phone to inquiry about the worry free protection, thinking we’d have to go in to finalize our order. Paula was extremely helpful and placed the warranty replacement over the phone for us, saving us the trip and explained everything perfectly. We came in a few days later and she replaced the frame for us in a matter of seconds and gave us amazing customer service. We wish every employee we ran into was as helpful as Paula, she’s definitely a great manager and we definitely will recommend this location!

Everyone here was wonderful to work with! My glasses ended up taking much longer than normal to come in from the lab but Paula, the Manager was fab! She would call me with updates from what the lab was saying as to when they would be in and was very apologetic even with something that was out of her control. As soon as they came in she called me and was just as excited as I was. 10/10 would definitely recommend

First time visiting Dr. Tran and she nailed it. I can see like I could 10 yrs ago. Ms Paula was so helpful and patient picking out my frames and made me feel very comfortable on my first ever pair of glasses. These ladies are incredible. Thank you!

Dr. Tran walked me through the process of my eye exam and took her time in answering my questions and what was the best part of it, is that she gave n a prescription for contact lenses that she knows I will do well with. Very professional.Ms. Paula (where I bought my prescription) was very knowledgeable and also walked me through the purchase options and explained my benefits. I ended up with not only contact lessons, but a pairs of prescribed sunglasses and regular glasses. She is awesome!

This was my first time to visit Target at this location.Reason way I decided to travel this far because of the awesome experience I had with was Paula Washington at the Pearland location.She have that personality to make you feel comfortable, and knowledgeable of her job.

My first time going to Dr. Tran at Target Optical and had a very good experience. Dr. Tran was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really appreciated that she took time to double check my insurance before the appointment started. Ill be coming back each year for my routine eye exams going forward. Its also quite convenient that while my eyes were dilating, I could go walk around Target and shop. Ill be coming back each year for my routine eye exams going forward.

I use to come to this target for glasses every year without any issues. Till this young lady who just started her job there as a helping associate ( not sure what the name of her job is ) in the front for the eye doctor, she gave out my personal information and the eye doctor did nothing but blame it on her being straight out school. How unprofessional she shouldnt be working there. I wonder how many other people shes done that too. Take your business else where!

I recently placed an order at the League City location and the customer service rep ( Paula) did a horrible job handling my order. The glasses were never delivered and for two weeks I was given different excuses. I ended up requesting a refund which was a nightmare since the representative does not know how to process refunds. I was never offered a solution or apology for the poor service.

Dr. Tran was very friendly, she made me feel comfortable. She explained everything very well and made sure I understood my insurance before proceeding to the exam. Definitely will use this place for any future eye exams for my family.

The area where you get your glasses and contacts from is amazing. But the optometrist needs to be fired!!!!! She REFUSED to honor the prices set forth by my insurance company. Then had the audacity to yell at me when I called my insurance to verify what she was telling me was true. And to top is all off she left me in a room alone with other patients information. Including yalls socials!!! Complete HIPAA violation. I was able to go through the stack to find my info and tare it the chart prior to walking out. I will be filing a complaint with not only Target but who ever is responsible for ensuring a doctor keep confidential information out of the reach of anyone who walks in.

I have been getting my glasses here for three years now and the customer sevice is exceptional.

Would NOT recommend. I went in because Dr. Tran is who I used last year for a yearly check up but boy was that a mistake. I recently switched insurance so she informed me that she does not work with my current carrier. I told her no problem and went on my way. Four months later I get a claim in the mail that I am being charged for an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. The insurance said they spoke with her and she stands by the claim. It wasnt until after I called her and informed her (in-between her yelling at me) that this is insurance fraud, she proceeds to hang up on me and then calls me over and over and text me to which then she decided to correct HER error with the insurance.

I had a terrible experience in my first visit with, Dr Diana Trann. At the start she asked me about my eye history and after explaining that I have HAD contacts she proceeds to ask me 5 seconds later that if Ive ever wore contacts in my life? I shrugged this off and assumed her attention was else where when I had just stated I did. There way a tray in front of the exam chair that seemed broken and kept swinging back in towards me. The Dr had to hold it during most of the process. This could have taken her attention away from something important that she missed. When I asked about dilating my eyes she told me that dialation was only for older eyes and I was fine? NOT TRUE! She kept having to switch back between the lenses (more than normal) because my eyes are used to straining so when I try to relax them my vision goes back and forth (hence why the dialation is important for my eyes) I wouldnt argue because she is the Dr? When she went to grab the contacts, instead of going behind the chair she crawled over it and reached into the cabinet. Her body was nearly on top of mine. After handing me the contacts and me putting my left one in and then right she tells me that she couldnt remember if we put the right ones on the right side... at this point her mind had to be flustered and thinking of something else. After getting the contacts we DID NOT do another eye test with the letters. It was like she was in a rush. She wouldnt accept debit or credit card and had me go into the target to use the ATM. I had to go back the next day so I could get a case for my trial contacts. She made a big deal about giving me a case? She stated that its not standard protocol to give a case with new contacts... after debating with her and her trying to send me next door she finally gave in, slammed her pen and went to the back and got one that was already open LOL. This was Friday. Over the weekend the contacts didnt feel comfortable and my eyes still had not adjusted to the new prescription. I believe they were too strong. I call back Monday and after telling Dr.Trann I was not comfortable with her exam and calmly explained the reasons. I told he I hoped to either get a refund or see another optometrist within target, SHE REFUSED! She exclaimed that I was being RIDICULOUS and Im just trying to scam her and get my money back. Before we could discuss anything further she hung up on me... I just want to be able to SEE!!! Please go somewhere else if you are looking into this office. I am now in the process that involves the regional manager to get a refund, which takes over a week. If I didnt have the money to go get another appointment I would be out of luck and blind for a week. Thank you, target, for not taking responsibility

Literally the best place for an eye exam

Excellent!!! The Manager was so wonderful! She made sure my picky son didn’t leave without a pair of glasses at the best deal. Very polite, knowledgeable, and just a people person! I will definitely be back!

I had a mishap with my contacts the day before leaving on a cruise and after calls to several places, this is the one place that was able to help. I didnt get the girls name that assisted me because I was really stressed out and my head was elsewhere, but she was incredible. This location seriously saved my trip! We are not from Texas, but Id highly recommend them!

Horrible service, I spent $345 on my glasses ..first pair I got back had a smudge in the lenses so they sent them back to the lab .... Second pair, same smudge ... I havent even gotten a third pair back yet its been 1 month I havent even gotten my glasses yet .... This location sucks, horrible !!!!!
