The guy at the front is stand offish, very short. Toldme I couldn’t drop my usps packages off there even though it says so online as well on his windows. Charged me $1 per package to use tape and also didn’t give me a receipt for dropping off. Not sure what type of business he’s running.

Guy was extremely rude!!! He refused to serve us!!! Don’t waste your time at this getto place and go to a real American place.

Indian guy behind the counter was incredibly rude. He charged me a dollar to tape the label on the box. I thought he was kidding b/c at other locations Ive been given the label holders. When I asked for a receipt, he said, For what? I said as proof that I dropped something off. He said they dont log in packages the fed ex driver does this. Not sure if this is true or not but even if it is, he was so rude. Ill drive out of my way to not encounter this man again.

Every time I come here the owner is so nice. I come in normally look for weird size boxes and he very prompt on helping me and offers suggestions on how to make it cheaper. I find it odd as most would try to find ways off charging more but he doesnt. This hasnt just been one time but multiple times he has taken money from himself to help me...so I have to give him Kudos and a Thank you!

My experience with Box It was excellent. I went to the store needing packaging and shipping. I appreciated the clear explanations and no nonsense approach to customer service! Their attention to detail, time and care ensured my packages arrived undamaged. Great value and reasonable prices. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company.

As owner of Learning Systems and Academic Testing & Counseling, I have been a customer of Box It for well over 20 years. The customer service is superior. The cost of shipping things is reasonable. I would recommend Dan and his Box It store to anyone, unconditionally.

I always bring in all of my online purchases that are being returned, I always have a pre-printed shipping label so I cant speak to the shipping prices, but the main reason I come here is because I know hes gonna tape up the boxes and charge me a buck. I dont have to buy a roll of shipping tape for $5 which my kids will use before I have to make another return. Hes even added shipping peanuts to the packages for just a couple of bucks, boxes are reasonably priced. I would recommend his shop based on what Ive seen.

The owner was super helpful! Helped me box everything and saved me over $100 however I think it was too expensive to start with. Very great customer service but you definitely pay for it.

All kinds of boxes and packing material for a pretty reasonable price. Would recommend if you are looking to ship and need materials.

Guy was nice which is why I give 2 stars, but the rates are ridiculously high. I shipped 2 separate packages both same size and weight... one to New Mexico and one to Washington. The New Mexico shipment cost me $43 here and he wanted $53 for the Washington shipment. I took the Washington to UPS and it was $22... I will NOT come back to Box It to do any shipping

Rarely visit stores like this and I was reminded why. They dont care about customer service, just squeezing as much money out of anyone that walks through their door. Went in to drop off a pre-paid FedEx package, was told it was too big and to take to Kinkos. FedEx should take away their credentials.

Wouldnt even entertain my fed ex return shipping boxes that were heavy!

Absolutely loved the customer service. You know the saying you get what you pay for, it couldnt be truer here. I needed to pack a very akward piece of art made out of aluminum. he packed my art work like a glove!!!! Labor intensive and worth every penny!!!

Guy is rude and rates are ridiculously high on EVERYTHING! Wanted to charge almost $30.00 to package a golf club and another $40.00 for shipping ground. Ill never step foot in there again.
