Kipsey and Patricia are simply AWESOME! Friendly, helpful and if you need an answer they dont immediately have, theyll dig till they have it for you. I worked for a storage facility in another state and can honestly say that these ladies work the way I was trained. With the roadblocks 2020 has thrown at them, the way they are able to maintain reliable customer service makes giving them your business worth every penny.

I’ve been a renter here for over 4 years! The staff has ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. The staff has always gone above and beyond to assist. My problem is The ppl above the staff on the property. It seems EVERY YEAR rent increases. Now during a time during a crisis ALL OVER THE WORLD public storage increased their rates again. People are struggling to keep a roof over their heads and locating employment from being unemployed and public storage increases the rent. I hope you are giving the management and hourly staff wage increases. That’s the only way possible and ethical I can see you increase the rates during a crisis. The 4 stars is for the staff... the people who thought it was ok to increase the rent during a crisis you get a banana in the tail pipe negative star

Nobody likes packing and moving but from the very first time we spoke to the staff they were awesome. When we arrived the lady escorted us to our unit to show us where it was. We highly recommend Public Storage.

Just rented a 5x10 storage unit. The service here is fantastic! Cole in the front office was extremely helpful! He explained the whole process and what would be needed. He was very informative. The complex is clean, well maintained, and nicely laid out. Overall, a wonderful storage complex!

Hailee and Kipsey were AMAZING!! We were in the middle of donating a lot of our kids toys and clothes when we noticed we didn’t have any boxes. We live right around the corner and thought we’d strike out since it said “storage” they immediately stood up and greeted me with a smile. I walked out with just a few boxes even though they offered a buy back guarantee. I needed just a few but now know I have a place close by for any merchandise I may need for myself or family.

I came into the office today looking for info on a space and I read a lot of the reviews before going...there were alot of great reviews and 1 horrible review claiming 247 reviews were fake and paid for..kipsey knew exactly which review i was talking about and we joked about it. She let me measure the width of the hallway and showed my a 2 door unit..she was the sweetest person and gave me all the info I needed...I will be making my reservation in a couple of weeks and will definitely store at this location because I know I will be dealing with Kipsey. If you need storage I definitely recommend this location...be sure and ask for her.

Ms. Ravyn was so kind while explaining the rental process to my parents. They are elderly and are not very tech friendly. She went step by step to make sure every question was answered. The store and property was very clean as well.

Customer Service needs improved for your clients - (1) THE KEYPAD IS MISSING A SPEAKER TO ASSIST CLIENTS CONVENIENTLY! Some cant walk around to the front to get help! (2) WHY IS THE RR LOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS? What if someone has a RR emergency? (3) WHY ARE THE HOURS SO LIMITED? The coolest times of the day are early in the morning and later in the evening! ALL LISTED ISSUES ARE IMPORTANT AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BEFORE ANYONE OF YOUR CLIENTS TAKE THEM TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND FILES A SUIT!!

I booked the unit I needed online, then came in the following day to complete reservation details with Tameka, who was super friendly and helpful. We both inspected the exact unit to be reserved - Extremely clean and easily accessible, by the way (controlled and gated access, of course). I signed off on the paperwork, setup autopay and purchased boxing materials. Friendly, easy and convenient - as business should be. Great job Tameka and Monae!

The front desk employees are always kind and courteous. When the roof in my unit leaked, they were on it immediately. It would be nice if the entry keypads were under a cover so cars dont get soaked on rainy days and the stopper on the door to my unit section is broken and we have to prop it open using a fire extinguisher. And the door to my actual unit is sometimes difficult to keep up.

I rent at the location on 646 and had to handle some account information change. I called my manager to see if she could help me, she informed me she couldnt change info over the phone and gave me info on how to, I was near Cams location and stopped in to update my account info. Cam was so sweet and helpful. Her property is beautiful and shes a dear.

Kipsey was so fun and full of energy when I got my unit. very easy to talk to and she has a lot going for her. And....can anyone tell me if Kipsey is married! Shes a catch!
