Waste of time! They have the hitch but no bolts to attach it to the truck! Well stop wasting my time!!!! You guys are playing stupid to sell! Don’t waste people’s time in saying the system is slow or down. Come clean next time and maybe you guys can get bit of respect. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone to come here.

WHY THE WORLD ARENT THESE EMPLOYEES WEARING MASKS??? Owner and one employee BOTH ignoring basic pandemic safety guidelines. No interest in protecting customers, apparently.For the record, both the owner and his employee were very nice, very cordial. Thats never been an issue. But their courtesy stops at protecting customers during a pandemic, apparently.Equipment was in working order, although steering components were badly worn, causing truck to drift both directions (with tremendous amounts of loose play in the steering wheel). This a very common experience in UHaul trucks for me...most Ive rented are in dire need of suspension work, which is why I usually rent from a competitor (they were sold out).But really...we are experiencing an uptick in COVID-19 cases here in Houston. Why would any business disregard the safety of its patrons so blatantly? I wont be back.

My family has had 2 storage units with this place from 2003. I called to ask if it’s okay to use this location as a background to take pictures but Brian had a condescendingly rude tone. I am okay with him saying no but his delivery was far from professional or courteous; he event went as far as asking why would I want to use his place as a background. Guess I should let my Caucasian wife call because she would be treated better. Don’t know if he’s the owner or manager but he urgently needs business management classes. Horrible.

My camper was stolen from this facility. I would not recommend using their services for storage to anyone, especially not my family or friends.

Ive been using U-haul quite often for moving in town and this place has the most friendliest staff. Brian was very helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Highly recommended!

I have only bought boxes here, dealing with the front office staff. They are extremely nice and helpful. They even told me about the program of free boxes they have in which people bring back used boxes in good condition and they are free!to the next person. Also, any boxes you buy and dont use are returnable!

The pickup truck was very handy...drove 200 miles, only used a half a tank of gas...ran great with no problems. Personal their are very nice and awesome management. ...will use again...and again. ..

Rented a car hauler from this location. Trailer got a flat within 1/4 mile of destination. Infant in vehicle. Location calls me a liar and then tells me 90 minutes or more for roadside assistance. Manager then continues to laugh at my misfortune on the phone. Thank you for turning this otherwise simple task into an entire day-long process which uhaul still refuses to resolve. 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Horrible service. Got a flat on a trailer, they hung up on me more than once. Asked to speak to a manager, and was told there was no manager there, only to have one magically appear on the phone, who laughed at me and called me a liar. They stranded us in cars in south texas in the summer with an infant for over four hours and threatened us with abandonment charges if we took the infant home. The trailer itself had bald tires, and signs of having a flat on the same tire recently.This businesss negligence borders on criminal. Do not rent anything here if you value your familys safety.
