I love supporting local coffee joints. This was my first time here, and wish I had a better experience. The americano was weak with no flavor and the cup smelled like a dirty wet towel. The crepe was not cooked. Just sad. The server never once asked can I get you anything else. I did see people stopping in to purchase the bagged coffee, so maybe that’s the way to go. 🤷🏻‍♀️

A short time back, I was headed out of town around 7:15 AM and stopped here to buy a couple bags of coffee as a hostess gift. Unfortunately, the store did not open for 15 more minutes. From inside, proprietor noticed me looking at the business hour sign, walked up to the front of the store, opened the door and asked how he could help. After being invited in, I made my purchases and all the while he made me feel comfortable and not an imposition to open early. I have always LOVED the coffee here, but now have a customer service story to match their great products.

Love the concept and the coffee

I visited Burr for the first time today while hanging out with some friends. I was SO pleasantly surprised! One of owners was there working and was so busy - yet friendly and efficient. He made me a DELICIOUS caramel macchiato and then the best crepe Ive had in the US. I have had crepes in different countries (France being one of them) and his was one of the BEST! They also have a military discount which I am so grateful for! Absolutely LOVED not having to wear a mask but for the people that would like them, theyll wear them upon request. Seriously, my only regret is that I live 45 minutes away and I dont really drive that far very often - thats on me, not them!Would give it 10 stars if I could - HIGHLY recommended!

I went yesterday with a group of friends. My order was a flat white and chocolate chip cookie. The flat white was delicious. The chocolate chip cookie was chewy, big, and filled with lots of chocolate chips.They had great service. So happy to have found this coffee spot! I took a bag of their Texas Pecan beans home.I wish they opened earlier so I could grab coffee there in the mornings.

Enjoyed the 310 Dark Roast drip coffee. I like that they have unlimited coffee as an option on their menu. It means there’s another place in to have a meeting or do some work. At the time of this review, you can tell that the coffee shop is still a work in progress. The ambiance wasn’t ideal (felt like a coffee shop & storage space) and the walls were bare. I’ll update the review once it’s finished because this place has potential. I’d love to see stone homemade/local baked goods sold here, too! That said, delicious coffee!

What a neat and friendly place! The owners new exactly what I needed to make a Christmas gift complete! Then, they ground the fresh beans into the perfect consistency right there on the spot! I was VERY impressed and will return!

I was so unpleasantly surprised to have had such a terrible and weird experience here!! We were very excited to try a new place since it had such great reviews. However, upon walking into this coffee shop, it was completely empty until an employee walked out of the bathroom after more than 5 minutes of us awkwardly standing there. After he came out he just stared at us like we were bothering him?! Clearly someone needs to be trained on how to deal with customers, like allow us to order or say hello......

Seriously the best coffee beans you can buy for miles around! I love the attention they give the roasting process and the quality of beans you get! Youll be spoiled and no longer able to drink normal coffee once youve tasted Burr Roasters. And no more having to drive hours to another state to find impressive coffee.I get great customer service when Im there, whether its just to grab a new bag of beans or sit down and enjoy a hand-crafted drink. Keep your eye out for new blends, have your beans custom ground and grab a tasty treat, too.Im so happy we have access to a roastery of this level in Leavenworth!

The coffee here is amazing and the service fantastic! Whether you like it black or an espresso drink, both are exceptionally good. The baked goods are homemade and fresh, the service is prompt and if you get a chance to watch the roasting, its really fun to watch!

A great coffeehouse and love the fact they roast on premise! If you love good coffee, roasting at the cafe gives you the freshest coffee available. It was actually the smell of roasting that brought me in.Small and quaint. Most importantly a local business and Veteran owned. Will be back whenever I’m in LV.

Johnnys service for me was fantastic! While I was hanging out, and he helped me better understand his corbell and Warehouse 310 blends. We talked about the different varieties of pour over and cold brew equipment, what notes do we like the best and everything in between!I cant wait to go back when he is finished with the renovations!

I live ln seattle the coffee capital, and stopped in with my mom for a latte while on vacation. this place beats most seattle roasters out of the water and is some of the best coffee that i have ever had. the bags of freshly roasted beans are amazingly affordable and taste amazing! they make one heck of a latte too! definitely a must go!
