I love this Starbucks. The girls working there always do a good job. They also do good at making suggestions on what to get.

I always go to this starbucks instead of the one down the road because they are so fast! Perfect for when you’re in a hurry! I always stop on the way to school and am normally in a hurry and my drink is almost always done by the time I get my change back from paying for it!! Always have kind workers and they have never gotten my order wrong!

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Their manager is always rude and mumbles under her breath, I think her name is Malisa or something like that. The workers always make my drinks wrong and they are rude if i say anything. I will ALWAYS choose the New corporate starbucks

Today was the worst experience I’ve had here. I simply asked for a venti white mocha with foam and extra caramel and to be cold. The lady who took the order was rude and disrespectful and would not listen to one word said. When I received the drink it was a hot venti with no foam and no caramel. On top of that the lady who gave me the drink was almost more disrespectful then the first. I’m so done with these disrespectful people who can’t get one thing right.

So frustrating! First time visit to Starbucks. I received a gift card and I was excited to try something different. I ordered a Cheese Danish and a slice of Banana Nut Bread. For the expensive prices I was expecting a taste of heaven. However, I received a taste of stale day old pastries. The Banana Nut Bread had that stale refrigerated taste to it. The bread was so dry I almost choked. I gave the rest to my partner and after one bite he threw it in the trash. The Cheese Danish tasted like something I could buy at a gas station. I will never visit a Starbucks again. In addition, this location is not a warm station so hot foods are not available. I appreciate you for taking time out to read my review.

Both drinks were incorrect. They had no sugar at all in them. But every time I order that drink and say sweet they tell me it comes sweet... if u dont say sweet they dont put sugar... they get every single drink I order wrong.

The customer service here is terrible. I wish they were friendlier. They usually get the drinks wrong and dont participate in any Starbucks promotions.

Its coffee. Really expensive coffee. Really tasty as well. I probably buy three or four cups a year for my wife. Shes the one that deserves it at our house!

We normally love there drink really enjoy them! But the the next time our card is acting up, the employees shouldnt be rude and make us feel down about it and say oh it wont work swiping it either!

I stood there for ten minutes, waiting to have my order taken. No one was in front of me. To be fair, one person was there, but another arrived while I was in line, but she took care of a coffee mess that could have been dealt with later. Then other orders were taken before my coffee was made, so I was late to work, which Im not terribly happy about. I wouldnt have gotten in line if I thought it would have taken that long. Unfortunately, Price Chopper doesnt have the ready coffee, that I could find, probably because there is a Starbucks in it. I should have just skipped it and been trying all day.

Starbucks Barista team is very friendly. Finally a new drink to try and the Serious Strawberry Frappuccino was good and I asked for just a slight bit of chocolate on the top. Really helped to cool down on a hot day. Looking forward to trying the new additional flavors.

Starbucks in p.c. in leavenworth. Service was horrible. One worker completely ignored a line of customers while cleaning and organizing. The other was in training, very slow and was being very vocal in a negative way. Took 30 minutes for 4 drinks. Although I love the drinks, the price you pay was not worth going back to this location.

Does not honor any Starbucks coupons. Or selectively does and was not a chosen one.

This Starbucks is by far the worst I have ever seen... The staff is always rude to my friends and I when we go there! We say please and thank you, and in return we get an angry look. They also always mess up our drinks. My friend one time ordered a white chocolate mocha, and she got a regular mocha. Another time, I ordered a frappuccino, and I got a latte. Lastly, I went there with my friend, and she ordered a vanilla bean frap with chocolate drizzle. The guy gave her a totally different drink, so she asked him to remake it politely. And his response was, you already took a sip and payed. I sure hope you guys can fix this problem because if not, I WILL take my money elsewhere.

The server was rude and didnt even get close to my name. My coffee was wrong. She got angry when I told her it was wrong and she refused to remake it saying no thats what your orderd. No its not I ordered an ice chi tea you gave me a hot double shot. Needless to say I didnt get my tea and I just left without a refund or my tea.
