We were so excited to try this sweet spot! After being in a long line to get donuts, I remembered this location just down the road!The perfect spot!The half dozen was just the right amount for our little family. Get there quick because by 9am donut holes were gone!!There were so many other yummy sounding items on the menu!We are excited to go back and try more!

We have been coming here at least twice a month for the past year and we have never been disappointed. The donuts are amazing, the cinnamon buns are the size of a small child, and the ice cream is all fantastic. The gold dust ice cream is *chef kiss*. And the employees are super sweet. My daughter accidentally dropped her ice cream off the cone and they brought out a new scoop. I highly recommend this place!

Emily was very friendly and helpful with our large family order. Ice cream and cookies were delicious. Definitely plan on visiting again soon.

Ordered doughnuts from this location and they didnt give me 4 of my doughnuts that I had ordered online. Didnt even know I was missing 4 doughnuts until I got home,,,, which was like 25 minutes away. Wanted to try them, but they werent very good. Tried the other location in Lansing at the old car wash. I will give a review on that one on their own page.

RayAnn helped me out so much! I heard she was just training to and it already felt like she knew everything. Tilly was helping me too. Got my ice cream and coffee quick with no problem.

For the first time today I found out that this location not only has donuts but a full coffee bar. I got a medium spiced chi latte. One of the best I had in a long time. Loved the doorbell. Crowing rooster

Absolutely love this week place!! Apple fritter and pine cone are the best!!! Get there before 2pm because a rude Karen they have to get rid of them before but I beg that they bring it back for the rest of us!!!!!

Its a donut shop but they also serve delicious ice cream!! Great prices too.

We sat in the donut shop and for some reason this gave them the idea that they needed to take the orders of five people behind us first because they didn’t want to sit in. I ordered Bavarian filled maple long Johns, the donut itself was tasty but there was hardly any filling in the donut so I could not taste it at all.

I arrived at Daylight Donuts at 3 PM.I tried to order a Donut.I was told, We dont sell donuts AFTER 2 PM.This should have been disclosed on this establishments Website.I dont like being misled & wasting my time on a Pointless Trip.

I preordered 3 dozen donuts with very specific instructions and they were made as specified. I tried the Bismarcks for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised by their size and fluffiness. I will definitely order those again.

Just became a regular, especially for the ice cream, just like anywhere you have to get there early for the best selection of donuts, but im not a morning person, but i still get a few donuts and definitely a qt of ice cream. Justin is awesome, great customer service! A big reason to continue doing business with this location. If you can trust the people working there, then you can trust they care about making their products the best for you.

Spent almost $30 in donuts that were very old and extremely dry and disgusting. I will not be back.

I love Daylight Donuts, the cake donuts with chocolate icing and coconut are delicious. I also love the apple pie and lemonade ice cream so yummy. My server Deana was amazing, so friendly and helpful.

We have visited Sylas and Maddies in Lawrence and Olathe for years and are so happy it is now here in Leavenworth. Also paired with donuts and cookies, what more could you ask for! Needless to say we will definitely be regulars here.

Attentive staff. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and outside to enjoy your donuts in person. A bonus was childrens toys in the corner for the kiddos to enjoy. Thanks for the great service!

We did not get the same experience as many on here. Admittedly, we came in after the donut rush (1 PMish). The donuts were cold and dry, much like the woman who served us. Still wondering how you could mistake the words “White fluff” with “Bavarian Creme” and fill up the donuts with the wrong thing. We felt a little like the cashier acted like she was doing us a favor by selling us donuts.The ice cream did look good, so we may have to circle back for some of that. Maybe it will go differemtly.

Pretty good actually. This one is open from early in the morning until 9 p.m. and to top it off they even have a drive-thru. Been through there 3 times now, and with each time was taken care of by a friendly smiling employee. The only drawback, is it their donuts must be too good, because by the time I get there theyve run out of what I want. Appreciate what you guys are doing daylight, keep up the good work!

Very disappointed. Showed up to get some donuts around 830 pm, yes we were a little late, and we were told all they had left was glazed donuts (which was not what we wanted). So we said sure we will take a dozen. When the gentleman walked away, another worker walked next to the window and placed a full tray of chocolate frosted donuts, to which he brought my attention to the 10 foot tower of donuts. EVERY KIND! I simply asked if those were not available and was told they were for the next day. We got our glazed and left, to which our donuts turned out to be dry and old. What frustrates me is that we as paying customers are afforded dry old donuts when there were fresh donuts ready to go. This is just remarkable that a small town business would have this kind of customer service of “sell what we have out before giving the customer what the really want even if we have it”. If able just go to price chopper and get donuts. They are better, and won’t attempt to hide what they have.

My granddaughter absolutely loves Daylight Donuts in Leavenworth, KS! Her favorite is triple chocolate donut (chocolate cake, chocolate icing and chocolate sprinkles). She says the donuts are iced with happiness and sprinkled with success.

Even though later in the morning they may not have the most donuts, the quality and price you cant complain. They have plenty of different kinds of donuts, and the have other breakfast goods, plus biscuts and gravy now! Will always visit when in Leavenworth. Plus, when you walk in it always smells like coffee and donuts, which is always great.

I have gone through the drive thru service several times and I have yet to get fresh donuts!!!! The one in Lansing ALWAYS has fresh donuts. I will NOT waste another dime at the Leavenworth shop.

I dont normally go downtown to the full building and I wont be going again. Im giving three stars because the donuts were good but the staff was more interested in helping drive thru than the front counter. The woman who assisted me and my daughter was unfriendly and she filled our donuts to the point that they were an exploding mess. Ill stick with the little drive thru place in Lansing in the future. The folks who work there are exponentially more friendly.
