A week later we were very impressed to receive a thank you card in the mail from him. One month later had a turn indicator problem. He quickly solved it over the phone. We stayed in Eustis for a week and wanted to rent a golf cart. They were so accommodating. He brought us the cart the next morning and we told him we needed pick up between 8-9 am and they were there by 8:30. He was very friendly and the price was so reasonable. Purchased a used golf cart from Joe. He personally delivered it to me and took time to explain mechanics and upkeep to us. He is always available for questions and did an extremely prompt side mirror repair for us that included picking it up and delivering it right back to us. Highly recommend!

Was very kind an prompt when I got there. He checked out a charger for me in no time. I then knew I had a more serious problem on my hands. I brought in my ezgo electric cart to him to figure out what was wrong. That day he called me and said my key switch which was stuck between run and off was an electrical problem, plus it ran with no key.Not only did he replace the key switch but he serviced all the batteries and even put on a bumper which it was missing in the back.I would recommend him to everyone I meet as a very fast, fair, considerate and friendly golf cart shop. The best from Orlando to the villages.

I have rented carts and have had my own cart serviced by A OK for almost five years. I have never had a problem. Everything is done in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. If you like doing business with friendly people who truly care about their customers, then this is a good place to come.

My husband and I have used multiple rentals from Joe at A-OK Golf Carts and enjoyed the excellent service. We even had a situation where our rented parked cart was t-boned by another cart who happened to be a friend’s daughter! We found Joe’s response hysterical as we had to explain sheepishly how the cart was parked when this happened. Joe and our friend successfully worked out the repair and gave our friend a more than reasonable price to fix the cart!

I bought golf cart from this guy 3 years ago, expected the guy to be honest. 2 days later I asked him if I can trade the golf cart with different one . He told me he can only give me $600.00 less than what I paid for . I walked away disgusted. Comes to find out later that this jerk sold me the cart with the batteries 3 years past life expectancies.

We took our battery charger to him to see if it could be repaired. He told us it couldnt be fixed! We were told by someone to take it to JBs, also located in leesburg. We took it there and they fixed it in 30 minutes at a reasonable price! Makes you wonder if he even looked at it? JBs gets out buisness!😊

Stay away from this jerk. Owner, Joe, always seems to have a sarcastic attitude going on. Repaired my cart - still have the same issue. Couldnt get him back out to resolve the problem. Have used him twice over the last few months but Ive finally had enough.
