I honestly cant believe this guy (ie: the owner of Luxus Golf Car in Leesburg, FL) is still in business. After reading some of the reviews I counted the word rude used more than once when describing customer interactions with this owner. So I guess its not just me... The owner treated me as if I were trying to rob him over the phone. After absorbing several of his accusations, I was quite shocked to think people actually give money to this person and his business. The staff seemed nice and helpful enough when I had called in the past to order parts, ask their advice on proper charging, obtain the carts service history, and set a service appointment for a speed upgrade. But during my most recent call to inquire about a blinking light and order a new charging cord, before I could even place the order the owner took the phone from his associate and revealed his true colors. He stated I was wasting his time and I just wanted free advice so I could fix the cart myself. What??? He then went on to say that he was the ONLY ParCar dealer in the country and I had kept his employees on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. I corrected him stating it had been 12 minutes and 5 of those minutes were on hold. The final insult came when he stated his staff complained about me the last time I called. What??? Who says that to a customer, especially an owner... If I could give less than 1 star I would. A 3.7 rating is much too high in my opinion. Fun fact, at least 2 of the 7 five star reviews posted are Luxus Golf Car employees or family members. Trust me, this place doesnt have enough friends, family or employees to fake more stars. True reviews will always win the day. SERVICE YOUR GOLF CART SOMEWHERE ELSE***Update to my original review: Thank you Luxus Golf Car of Leesburg for proving my point with your response to my review. Customers should know that you are a company which manipulates events and interactions with customers by taking things WAY out of context. Nothing in your response was true other than the fact that I called your Golf Cart Dealership for advice, parts, and service on my golf cart. Go figure. Unfortunately, I and many others have uncovered a major issue with the customer service at Luxus Golf Car of Leesburg. So much so that in addition to their inaccurate response to my review, they also felt it necessary to post the following paragraph attached below on their website. Good customer service should never have to be defended. PS: My golf cart is running wonderfully by the way. The gentleman who sold it to me fixed the minor issue with a smile. Please read below... Rudely chastised by owner who told me the service I paid for was for the protection of his company against my warranty. Guess I have to pay for his comfort. The service took 10 minutes as opposed to 1 hour or more and we’ve had our Par Car eagle serviced for over 4-1/2 years only to be told that Par Car didn’t know what they were doing and inefficient. He said he got rid of those service techs and his guy was actually over qualified to work on my cart. I didn’t see any grease or lubrication being done, tire rotation, computer check, battery check and the (15) point inspection that I told was completed in (10) minutes. I guess me feeling warm and fuzzy wasn’t his concern. When I brought up the noise issue that wasn’t corrected, I was informed that the tech wasn’t there for that purpose even though that was why I made the call originally as well as the (6) month service. When I mentioned my wife wanted the irritating noise when she drove corrected, the owner started with look, you’re a man, I’m a man and then....... must have thought better than head where I think he was headed. He obviously isn’t interested in me as a future customer and that’s quite clear by his attitude to further berate me because he felt it was important that he used to work for Honda and he bought this place as a hobby!!!! So I guess I’m just a dumb customer and he doesn’t need to Satisfy my concerns. Okay then !!!

My experience with Luxus Golf Carts, Leesburg, FL. I had my golf cart serviced at Luxus Golf Carts, Leesburg FL. to repair two serious problems. The parking brake was slipping, and the driver’s side seat belt would not extend. After the service was completed, the parking brake was not holding at all and they replaced the driver’s seat belt, however, the new seat belt tongue would not fit into the receiver. The second repair solved the parking brake problem, but not the seat belt problem.My wife called them, and they said the seat belt worked. The owner was very abusive over the phone and my wife discovered that the new seatbelt was installed, but the seatbelt receiver was not replaced. He was rude and insisted that the installation was correct, and the seatbelt worked.He continued to argue and said he did not want to deal with us anymore and accused my wife of being rude, which she has never been.After this ordeal, I made measurements on the seatbelt tongue (new vs. old) and found significant differences which caused the new belt to force-fit into the receiver not locking -in. My old passenger side seat belt worked perfectly, and the tongue easily slipped into the receiver. I do not understand how somebody can install a seatbelt without a matching receiver buckle . I can only assume it is profit-motivated. I now must have the seatbelt replaced again, but not by Luxus. Judge for yourself.Update. When my wife took a long ride in the cart, she noticed a smell. When she brought it back and garaged it, the garage filled up with a smell of overheating brakes. and I discovered it no longer rolled freely. It seems like they over adjusted the parking brake so its rubbing and overheating. I now must find someone who can replace the seatbelt and properly adjust the parking brake. I cant believe how incompetent LUXUS motors is. A total disaster!

Unbelievable! EVolution lithium battery, AC drive motor and backup camera are just a few of the many features available for these fantastic golf carts. They are obtained direct from the factory, so all middle man pricing is eliminated. You will nearly fall over when you see what they cost!

Very nice and helpful people. Went in looking for a gas golf cart and ended up buying one with Lithium Batteries. They delivered next morning before 9:00 am. Loving the Golf Cart.

Update: The problem causing batteries to damage was not Luxus fault; however it wouldn’t have lasted nearly as long if they would have looked for the cause of the repeated issues instead of replacing the bad battery and returning it to me only to have it go bad again. Had they found the cause I wouldn’t have had to buy new batteries as they were fine except for the one that was getting damaged repeatedly. Another dealership found the reason for the battery being damaged and now all is well with the cart but my budget has a huge dent in it.

Brought our golf cart to them. Rude to start with. Called and said they would put in a cylinode in and let us know if that would work. Called said they couldnt fix it. Went to pick up and found they didnt even put the cylinode in. They didnt charge for it. Because we didnt live in the Villages and didnt look all high and mighty they didnt want to fix
