They couldnt help me but took the time to find someone who could and gave me great advice

Shon is the best golf cart service man around. He always does my annual service, and has rentals for when family visits. Today he picked up my cart at 9:00 and had it back by 6:00 after a full annual maintenance PLUS 4 new radial tires mounted. His prices are great (the tires installed were less expensive than ordering direct from a retailer and I would have had to mount myself). Highly recommend Shon and Five Star. He is a class, professional businessman.

We have had exceptional service from Five Star. We have gone to numerous other service companies trying to find the one that we could rely on. We have found it in Five Star. Pick up and return at no additional cost. We had to have our windshield replaced and they did an exceptional job. Also did a PM service - again, exceptional at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend them!

We were extremely impressed with his knowledge of club cars & Yamaha golf carts! He did work on our golf cart that two other golf cart professional repairmen would not even touch either because they didnt know how or thought it was too time consuming for them. I had cross-threaded & stripped bolts on my rear tires, making it impossible to replace the brakes shoes without this repair...which he did do. Not only did he fix that but also replaced brakes at very reasonable rate. I was very pleased with his work and he will be my first call for any future repairs. I recommend him highly!!!

Called Five Star based upon the first Google review and was not sorry I did. The owner Shon set a scheduled appointment, called ahead to let me know when he would get there (on time) and he did. Through a stupid mistake of mine he arrived with the wrong tire and we had to reschedule for a couple of days into the future. Same thing, right on time. No extra delivery charge due to my mistake. Shon took care of the new tires, did a full annual PM and fixed a number of things that were broken. Very professional. Reasonable price. Will call Five Star when things that go wrong with cart (hopefully not) and will definitely call them again next year for my PM. Highly recommended.

They say they do the work charge premium price still same problem took to willies said only changed spark plug but charged for filters oil change and rear oil change but wasnt done what a rip off
