Its a pawn shop when in talked to the staff learn more about the processes and took care of business. Upfront with everything. No beating around the bush. Just strait forward.

I won a bid for a pistol that Ive been trying to find & decided to have it shipped to Lehigh Pawn & Jewelry since its only 10 minutes away from my house. When I called to get information, I was informed that I would receive a tracking number from the person I purchased the weapon from, & then I would have to pay a $26.30 transfer fee & do a background check at the pickup location. I went first thing in the morning & told the gentleman at the front desk that I ordered a weapon that was scheduled to be delivered there & that I came to pay my transfer fee & submit my background check. He immediately started laughing & raised his voice with me to say you cant just come in here without the weapon being delivered, thats not how it works. I dont know who you think you are. I was taken back by his response & tone of voice. He proceeded to tell me that he doesnt know who I spoke with that led me to believe that I could do this. I informed him that Ive never ordered a weapon before, Ive only made in store purchases so that I was unaware & it wasnt clearly explained on their end that I had to wait for the pistol to arrive before I could pay my fee & complete my background check. I also let him know that I didnt appreciate the way he was speaking to me over a simple misunderstanding. The gentleman told me that he speaks to over 5,000 people a day and no one ever complains. He then proceeded to tell me that since Im a woman, my background check with automatically be approved because its a political thing. He also said that if I had plans on killing someone today, I would have to wait 3 days until my background check was completed to follow through with my crime. Ive never experienced such an unprovoked, disrespectful, discriminatory interaction in my entire life.

So this was a bad experience. Extremely rude. Owner is a nice guy but employee has no customer service. And believe it or not I changed his flat tire and he seemed to forget I helped him out at one point. Do not I repeat do not shop here. You will be disappointed. I came in to spend $1500 and Im glad I did not. Thanks

I would highly recommend using for gun transfers. Very knowledgeable and will get you through the firearm transfer efficiently. When purchasing or winning online auctions for guns Lehigh Pawn is already on the list for qualified FFL gun transfers. Just click and the rest is automated. Prices on items in store are reasonable and negotiable.

Great service always friendly

This guy sold my fiance a gold chain for 800 dollars weighing 15.3 grams. Gold is 33 per gram right now. My fiance took it back and asked for at least 600 back because he ripped him off and the guy said no. He told him to go to capital pawn. What a joke

Wow... The guy behind the counter was quite possibly the rudest person I’ve ever met. I will never do business with these people, ever. You don’t address new customers with “what?”. It’s amazing they’re even open with the awful customer service they provide. First impressions are everything and this guy doesn’t seem to understand that.

Very low key pawn shop. Guy was super nice, awsome gun prices and very good selection. They had exactly what I was looking for. I made the mistake of purchasing a used jimenez .380 at capitol pawn for $100 that doesnt work. Good paper weight. Then I came here and bought a nice Taurus .380 for $180 out the door. For $80 more I got way better pistol, better quality, and it works. I would recommend everyone to go here, do not go to capitol pawn, they suck.

These people are awful, mean and rude. Hung up on us after being told he was not going to retire off our sale. We are trying to get a fair price for what we paid a good amount of money for. Dont go here unless you want to get ripped off and treated like your items arent worth the time or money.

Horrible, he literally told me to Google eBay for guitars. He said he sells his high end guitars on eBay I thought he meant he had a specific eBay store (like many pawn shops) but no he says Google it, as in Google eBay for Gibsons instead of letting me see the guitar in case 1 foot away from me. I said I figured you wouldnt mind local cash money and walked out and would tell anyone this man does not appear to want to sell anything in that so called store.

This place suck, everytime I go in with anything he downplays it like its not worth anything. The last item I brought in new sell for 300 dollars, he didnt even bother looking it up saying he would buy it just for shop use and that it was only worth 15 bucks! The guys a crook, no wonder his shop is full of crap.

Honest guy I only go there for guns he has alot of shotguns and pistols .the guy tries to work with you without being unfair but remember its a pawn shop if you go to trade or sell you always end up losing some but can still leave happy.has some jewelry and a whole wall of dvd and guitars, amps etc please someone by that God damn motorcycle he keeps in the middle of the floor always in my way haha .if you want to do business with a person go here if you want to just be another customer go to capital pawn

Great shop, although faster inventory turnover through multiple distribution channels through ecommerce will help wirh newer selections every few days.

Went there to do business and the owner ask how much i want for it? and i started to tell him how much is retailing for and he just interrupted me really rudely, i told him forget it im not doing business with you, your rude, and he said your an idiot. The guy has no manners whatsoever has poor customer service and does not care about his customers or guest on his store. If i had the option ill give him a -5 star rating. I dont recommend this place to no one

The owner knows his stuff, have several items of interest, Stay away from there gun selection, a used Springfield asking 500$ and in shoot straight new for $50 more, literally! asked me for 1500$ for ak47 and found the same one on floridaguntrader for half that price, but besides that, they have a great amount of stuff, very little in jewelery selection tho.
