Where do I even begin! Mossy Honda in Lemon Grove not only has great deals but the staff there is truly absolutely amazing! I am completely in love with my 2022 Honda Insight Ex! I can say without hesitation that the team at this Honda location are by far the best service I have had, hands down. From the first initial call I knew this was a good shop. They were so polite, asking me if I would need a rental car or a lift. They give you a 15.00 dollar allowance . They were very informative about the maintenance due and also fixed my truck after so many other failed attempts at the other dealerships.I won’t mention which Honda dealership I am referring to, but they carved me 160.00 for a diagnostic test. I told them when I went in that no codes were coming up. They charged me this fee after I told them I had to hold off with the transmission fluid change because they said it was 300.00 dollars.I will never go back to them. Lossy is my home base. Lets face it, this might be one of the worst times in history to be trying to by a car with the paucity of inventory due to the microchip shortage. I actually had a dealer tell me that I wouldnt find a better deal than they were offering, and they had a $5000 markup on all vehicles!! Well, we found much better deals in town, but we ultimately found the best deal (and people) out of town at Mossy Honda in Lemon Grove. It was over a 2 hour drive both ways, but I will make the trek again and again for all the Hondas I buy in the future! From start to finish this was a very positive car buying experience. Adrian and Robert helped me find the exact civic I was looking for, helped me pre-order it so that I wouldn’t risk losing it, and had it ready for me to come pick up as soon as the car was delivered. I always have a great experience at mossy Honda in lemon grove. They have great customer service, always make sure you leave satisfied and are very timely when it comes to vehicle service. I always think I’m going to have to spend an arm and a leg on my vehicle to get it serviced, but the service reps always come through with some kind of discount or promo and it always ends up being less than I think it will be. I also bought my car here and I remember the dealer went above and beyond to help me get my first car (under my own name and not my parents). I would highly recommend this location for buying a car and getting your car serviced.

We have been thinking about purchasing a civic for our soon to be driver daughter. One of my friends referred me to Cameron at Mossy Honda. I’m 1991, my father bought me a Mossy Nissan 240sx so I’m very familiar with Mossy. Just as my friends stated, Cameron is the man. He was able to find us the color we wanted and a pretty good deal. I would definitely recommend Mossy Honda/ Cameron to friends and family.

Gus and the rest of the technical and admin support staff did an outstanding job fixing up my 2009 Honda Fit Sport. I thought she couldn’t be repaired or the fix might bankrupt me. Not only did they repair her many issues, they turned it all around in just over a day. They loaned me a car to get to work and kept me in the loop the whole time. My Fit now drives like she did 5 years ago. Cost a pretty penny to get everything done, but I feel confident I no longer have to worry, especially with the parts and workmanship warranty they gave me. My fears of “taking it to the dealership” are gone, at least for the Honda dealership in Lemon Grove, CA. Also, their customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced

I highly don’t recommend this place to buy a car. Please be cautious! My true experience teach me a lesson! I bought a Honda CR-V from them recently, my whole experience is that I feel myself is deceived! They have lots of ‘services’ are secretly included which are overpriced and what exactly are included in the package is a totally black box, only the sales person has the words. They tell you what included, in the next round of discussion, it can be totally different. They fraud in the way that they talked quickly and never write things down! In the end I find I paid for what I don’t want in multiple hard-to-tell way. For example: they tell me there is a protection package caused me $225. The sales told me include 5 things at beginning, then, in the end after I paid everything, they said there is only wheel lock included! And when you trace back, they even didn’t document as well. There are other things they added as well. If you don’t pay attention, easily to lose couple of thousands bucks. Don’t buy car from them!

Had to take old car to service department since other mechanics couldnt figure out the problem. Got it back yesterday, and everything seems great.Overall I think the amount of communication they provided was helpful. I could easily check on my car if I needed, and the report they sent was detailed.

We actually came in for maintenance on a vehicle we already owned. Happened to ask about trade in value for a vehicle we were looking to get rid of. Everyone there is already really nice, but Aleks went over and above on getting information for us and answering questions. His own perspective and tips on car comparison helped a lot as well. So yes, we left with a new car. 🤓 Meanwhile our service advisor, Rachel, was very knowledgeable and friendly and our vehicle that was serviced feels so much better. This is why we keep coming back to this dealership.

Always love taking my vehicle to this dealership This is the second Honda that I owned that I taken here. Not pushy on the cost of things to get fixed. Also the website has coupons that you can show them after the fact. Really nice people and care on providing good service.

No messages or calls for update on my carLeft my car at 11:45 for an oil change I called around 4pm to see if my car was ready even after that no one got back to me5pm I went to pick up my car that was apparently ready.Bad communication.But the service advisor Izzy was really sweet that’s why I could give a 3 star

Vehicle was brought in to fix a couple of problems.One of the rear seat release buttons was not releasing the seat. I had operated it manually many times before bringing it in for this issue. After Mossy having the vehicle for a half day, service dept says that the seat was just not pushed back far enough.Rear seats are supposed to be heated. Due to a previous error by Mossy service dept, the rear seats had to be replaced/rebuilt (never heard what was actually done to correct previous issue). Seats do not warm to the same temp as the front seats. Service dept told me that they are not supposed to heat up as warm as the front seats because I may have children in the back. They also stated that only the seats heat up, and not the backs, like the front seats do.These all sound like far fetched excuses. I need a service dept that is honest, does not blame the customer, and does not make up things to appease; someone who will find the right answer instead of guessing.This is not the first time Mossy service dept has done poor work on this vehicle, not told me, and tried to hide it.Have not had a good experience with Mossy Honda Lemon Grove. There is much more to the story but I am limited in time.

I came in for an oil change and Mossy Honda took care up it in an hour.They were fast and efficient.

Our air conditioner was no longer working as we needed to replace the condenser and there were issues with our compressor. Through the whole process, Gus was there to explain to us what the issues were with our vehicle and the coverage of our warranty on our compressor. Even though we delayed repairs due to the costly amount, Gus ensured me that he would still be willing to take care of the repairs and see what he would be able to do with the charges as one of the parts would technically be under coverage as long as repairs were done through Honda.Needless to say, Gus was amazing through this whole process. Even with our car not being ready on the promised date, he set us up with a free rental which allowed us to run our errands for that day. This was our first time to work with Gus as we had worked with a previous Service Advisor and we are grateful that Gus assisted us. Gus was friendly and provided excellent customer service! I feel very trustful and assured working with Gus!!! Thanks for everything, Gus!!!

They did accommodate and get my car done quickly. However, when you schedule an appointment online it asks if you are waiting or leaving the car. I always wait so I scheduled for early morning. What they dont tell you is that even though you are scheduled for 7:00am or any time early, the service technicians actually do no come in until 8:00am! If you base your schedule on thinking you have an appointment and you might be out by 8:30, it wont happen.

The worst experience Ive ever had the customer care was ridiculous. I never got a call back from the sales guy for updates of the loan, i had to call and say something before anyone even called me back then when he did he said wow like he was shocked that i had even said something i guess the fact that my life and that i needed a car wasnt important enough he had the nerve to act shocked. Then he came at me with a super high offer on a car thats worth basically nothing in my opinion i will never ever go here,and if iwere you stay far away this place its a scam

Not the best experience, I regret buying my CR-V Touring at this dealership. There was no coordination for me to receive my add on after I signed my contract, I had to contact the dealership several times to let them know no one had contacted me, to provide me with the all weather matts I was charged (was not aware I was charged for these extra items) and I just found out there was an anti-theft deterrence device that no one contacted me to install in my vehicle, but was also charged for. I purchased the RoadHazard Plus and when I called to find out who to contact to have a repair, I was told over the phone to just take my vehicle in and they will take care of me… not true. People at the dealership are not interested in helping you after you’ve purchased the vehicle. Terrible customer service. I would never refer anyone to buy a car from this Honda location. I was oversold and under-serviced. Salesmen are only interested in making the sale.

I was so excited to pick up my New car after a week later that the deal was made, a Manager of Mossy Honda was driving the vehicle that i bought which it had 3,000 and something miles in it which it didnt bother me cause a discount was added to the vehicle. In the back bumper it had some kind of a scratch, little dirty outside and inside so i test drove it and love it. For the past six to eight Months i was doing my research on this type of vehicles so i ended making a deal but first we agreed that the vehicle was going to be fix from the rear bumper, cleaned from outside and most definitely the inside and it was going to take just a couple of days. Well i let them know that the following Sunday i was going to pick up the car, ONE FULL WEEK thinking that it was plenty of time and for the reputation that this dealer has and all the good reviews i was expecting that the car was going to be entirely cleaned right? Wrong! It wasnt, for my first new car its been a really bad experience and till this day the guy that i spoke to and i really trused him that he was going to do his part of the deal and told me that it wasnt over and that he was going to make it right. Well it turns out that till this day i havent heard from him, he made his sale and that was it. Im telling my story so people can know, Bryant Vidrio was the one that i spoke to, was the one that he was going to have my car ready in which i never heard from him anymore, be carful with this Sales Consultant Bryant Vidrio . This is what a 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring sold by Bryant Vidrio that works at Mossy Honda Lemon Grove looks like.

I have taken my car to Mossy Honda of Lemon Grove for routine maintenance the past 3 1/2 years. This past Saturday I took it in for diagnostics due to my AC not working. I was completely lied to by the service tech. They tried to charge me for work that was not preformed and told me parts on my vehicle were broken even though they didn’t test them. Luckily I have knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs and asked a lot of questions which led to the truth finally being told. I will never take my vehicle here again. Dealerships charge a premium rate and I am willing to pay that for trusted work; however that is not what I received. The worse part is the amount of people without knowledge of vehicles and repairs that are getting taken advantage of.

Alejandro Lopez gave us a great experience at Mossy Honda. My parents tagged along as they recently bought a CRV at ball Honda, but regretted because Alejandro was very friendly and transparent. My parents would definitely come to this location as I would suggest to others to checking them out. I’ve had poor service at this location before and during my most recent visit. A piece of my car was left dangling from the inside (driver side) of my vehicle when I came to pick it up. It was such an obvious mistake that it made me think that the part was left dangling intentionally. I spoke with the manager about the lack of attention to detail and poor quality of service and was given a credit on my account but I’m afraid to return because I have little faith that the job will be done completely and correctly.

Overall great experience!!!! Sales guy explained everything to me in detail about all the vehicle features! Finance manager was amazing and answered all my questions! I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a fuel pump recall. They told me they would order the part and call me back to schedule. They didn’t call me back instead they scheduled it for 7:30 AM Friday Sep 17. I show up Friday morning and they told me that my gas tank needed to be less than half full. If it was full they would need to dump out gas or I could come back another day. I was not notified about this before my appointment and my gas tank was almost full. They said Honda would not reimburse me for the gas they dumped out and I did not have the time to leave and bring my car back another day. This is something they should have told me at the time I called to schedule the appointment not when I was already there.

Extraordinary service experience at this dealership! From the very moment I walked in, my service advisor (Joel) was informative and friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He communicated very well with me throughout the time my significant service needs were carried out. It was my first time getting service at this dealership, but it wont be the last. The atmosphere was frenetic and I didnt get the sense that the first salesperson we spoke to knew anything about the car we wanted. We came in to get their price on a new Honda CR-V and he started to submit an application, and do a soft credit check, even though it ended up they didnt have the model in stock. I wasnt impressed. Lots of gong banging (I guess you get to bang the gong when you sign) while we were there, though, so someone must like them.

I was impressed. They got me in same day and the technician who worked on my car was awesome! I try to avoid this area of town but Ill be back to service my car.

It took a long time otherwise a good experience!

My 2019 CRV failed. Apparently electrical problem triggered by a recent recall fix. My service advisor was very professional and worked to promptly find the problem and get my car repaired and returned to me the same day. Allowing me peace of mind knowing I can go to work next day without anxiety of not trusting a reliable car.

Ricardo took me through the whole process of a trade focused on what I was looking for, we worked on different options that best matched my new ideal car according to my situation. He was really patient with me. Bilal his manager also supported did his best supporting this process to make it as smooth and efficient as possible.
