Ive only been in this store a couple of times but its a ok little store to pick up some things you need quick.

I hate shopping spending hundreds of dollars a month at a store and they have there bathroom closed. When I asked 2 cahiers huddled up in a corner talking to each other please Let me use any bathroom?? Very rude. I am never shopping there again too many other options.This happens at this store all the time. Just lazy and poor customer service. This one is located 321 Lenoir city.

Usually a friendly face to greet you as you come in the door. It seems a bit too small, but overall a good shopping experience.

I have never seen a line in this particular store. This time however, the line was almost wrapped around to the grocery section. They had two people working that day and for some reason they decided to leave someone who had just started working there all by himself when the store was clearly packed. I guess the other person who was working was on a break. And while making sure that employees get their required break is important, I know that if I was that other person and I seen that my store was backed up and I left a newbie in there. I would have cut my break short and helped with the customers because customer service is the only thing that is a must in any store setting. If I had a choice I would have waited for a manager and let them know that if it wasnt for the fact that I knew the guy was new, My Ol Man and I would have left and went somewhere else.

Associate who checked us out was very polite and courteous! I usually do not go to this Dollar General store because it isnt the one closest to my house, however I think I may go to this one more often!

The store looks great except for the floors they need to be stripped and redone it looks nasty

Drive over the road and stopped here to get some stuff, dont like Walmarts 🤭😂 and place was stocked full of good stuff I bought more than expected, clean place and big, lady working this morning was extremely nice and helpful! She even held the door open when I left, October 04,2020 at 10am.

This location is like going 2 an indoor yard sale most of the time. Staff is a hit or miss with attitude.

This is the very best Dollar General in the area. The manager and staff are always so very kind, patient, and helpful. The reason most customers only spend an average of 15 minutes here is because, unlike the larger super markets, they don’t have to spend hours going from aisle searching for items.

Slow slow one lane open lots folks in line no concerns for covid no wipe downs of buggies or counter number pad

I love this place simply because of the nice people that works there and they seem to always have what I need just a good local place for my convenience and such beautiful honest workers that work hard to benefit me God bless them all

It is an older store and does not have as large of inventory as other local ones. The people are great very helpful.

Where every dollar general might not deserve full 5 stars the entertainment I receive from the people like me employees always makes the trip worth while. while on vacation or right down the road I can always assure a humbling experience with the people behind the counter. take it as you will... youll just have to visit one yourself. you can find your nearest dollar general in the middle of nowhere at all times, anywhere.

This particular store is rather small but they do have a nice selection of things when its in stock. The last couple times Ive went in, what Ive went for hasnt been in stock which leads me to the other store with a bigger selection. Love the digital coupons!

Cramped store as many dollar generals are. Basic prices and subpar parking lot. Not bad selection of food items and within walking distance of a fair amount of residential area.

This particular store is jus plain disastrous! Stuff scattered around, cluttered shelves with not much selection of the products actually worth buying.
