Shopped here for the 2nd time ever today. It is a nice store. Clean, good values. Friendly and helpful staff. Not crowded and easy to get around in and find items. Better than most DGs Ive visited in this regard. I got a terrific deal on a birthday gift for a family member today when I was stumped. Got it 50%. The only area they could improve upon was the check out line. Both times it was a long line that was moving rather slow. Today was better. First time they could not help it either as they were having major problems with the cash register system. Just one of those things.

Still have several nice Christmas gifts. Also have a decent selection of Christmas wrapping paper & bags. Lady cashier was VERY nice!

Cheaper prices than other stores. Not a huge variety like walmart, but they carry non main stream products. As well as their own brands.

There is a nice older woman there- she is the only cashier usually. She likes to get into long conversations with customers and painfully slow - allowing it to back up considerably. The other employees stand around allowing the single line to grow --ignoring the dozens of people waiting patiently. This is how it will go down- you may want to avoid if in a hurry-

Honestly the young man with the dreads is the hardest worker in the whole place.I never leave reviews but I’ll give credit where credit is due.I’m always impressed with his customer service, and how on top of his job he is every time we frequent this store.I hope the company sees this, or he does one. You deserve to be in higher ups, and you have the personality and work ethic to do anything, anywhere.

We had a problem with the price ringing up correctly so someone was called to help. I think he was a manager. He was very helpful and polite. Such great costumer service. Keep it up!

Too many people (including cashiers) don’t wear masks. But usually well stocked and they do work hard to do this.

Friendly faces and clean spaces. I really like this place for drinks, snacks, cleaning and laundry supplies etc. I wish they stocked Arizona Green Tea! Other than that all good.

It was ok. Its a Dollar General. The aisles were uncluttered and the cashier was friendly. Thats about as much as you can expect. Im not sure any DG will ever get a 5 star review from me.

Stella, my cashier, was more than helpful!!! My digital coupons did not work so she looked them up and manually added the coupon amount... No other cashier had ever bothered to do that!!! THANK YOU STELLA!!!

Good cheap place to get something you need in a crunch way more variety then normal dollar generals

Larger than a normal dollar general store. Very clean and spacious. Good variety of items and helpful staff.

All staff is very helpful and friendly. But things on clearance arent ever priced. Its a pain when you have to bring it for them to scan.

The store would be dramatically improved if they would hire or schedule proper staff for peak sales time. I dont ever want to go because its always a enormously long line and wait to check out. Obviously they have a reason for the lack of staff but it really makes the trip stressful.

Don’t go here to exchange or buy a propane tank here they will make you wait then say they lost the key to the propane cage, besides you can have the same tank refilled at tractor supply next door for $6 dollars cheaper!

Its one of the nicest and cleanest Ive been to in 5 different states. Friendly people and seem to have more than the other stores in some categories but less in others. More of an upscale dollar store.

Much better than going to the competitor, known as Walley World. Love going to the Dollar General. I can get some really good deals here on certain things. Staff is friendly, for the most part. Their prices are better than most other places too. I would definitely recommend going to the Dollar General Store!

We have 2 Dollar General Stores in Sweetwater. The one on 322 is newer and way closer to my home but I still like to shop at the older store on Hy 68 in town. Good prices . Their store brand is as good as brand name on most products. Friendly helpful employees.

Its not fun being followed through a store but Im sure at the end when I bought something they felt good about themselves

Usually a good visit love the 5.00 coupon off 25$ spent on Saturdays ! Spend 5$ get the coupon on your receipt! Lots of frozen foods and refrigerated items! Some groceries! Nice clean store but have been there while they are stocking and hard to navigate isles! Love this store because i hate going into the big chain in this area!

Clean, well lit, stocked, helpful employees, compared to the dollar store on Kingston pike I. Farragut this place is like Macys. This is the one to go to. Its the best in my opinion.

I went into the store this morning not even 15 minutes after the store opened to purchase a few items. When I went to the register there was no one there and no one came out to ring me up after 5 minutes of standing there asking hello anyone here to help. I just walked out of the store leaving my items on the register, not very good on whoever the employees working

I went into the Lenoir City Tn. Store to return about 8 items of Christmas things and was told The cashier was told not to do any more Christmas item returns. So much $8 returns rejected even though I still needed things for our children toy and present give away at our church for the Santa stage. I needed well over $8 worth of things to finish our stage but now that I was told no to returns yall wont be getting my two to three times more money than $8, nor my business from now on. You have a return policy you should uphold it! Now I have to drive 20 mins or more to return these items and buy what I need!. Then come back to Lenoir Coty to finish my project, Which I do not live in Lenoir City either. Thanks for nothing. Very irritated you do t uphold your return policies!

The Dollar General superstore, isnt very super. Its much larger than the regular stores, and you might find what youre looking for, but this store has always had a very slow register time usually. Its the only thing Ive heard other customers complain about. The staff is usually great but the site needs help.

Great deals. If youre not taking advantage of their digital coupons on the app youre really missing out.

This Dollar General is usually anywhere from .20 to .50 cents cheaper than the Dollars General I usually go to. They have a wide selection to choose from.I also like the fact they dont have boxes sitting in the ailes you have to manuvier around. My favorite Dollar Store to shop at by far.

Excellent service so worth driving from Loudon( store there so rude) told me to go to Philadelphia store but this store was loving helpful kind caring just as everyother dollar general Ive been to from here to Michigan loved my experience here this will be my hometown store not Loudon where I actually live!!!

This is a really small DG store but they have most of the items that you might need, workers here are nice never had any issue, its really close to were we live but down the road is a DG maket where they really have all that you need
