I don’t recommend ever coming here the wait time is tremendous we have been sitting here for over 4 hours and all it was for is to check the brakes and it turned into a 400$ add on bill and we are still waiting this is getting out of control

They are very trustworthy and do good work, fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was treated very well and am quite satisfied with the prices quoted and service rendered. I did not however recieve the monthly special of $10 off a front end alignment with the purchase of 4 new tires.

Do not take your vehicle to this place because they are Notorious for charging you and not actually doing what they say they have done! Spent $1100 and the car is still doing what it did when I took it in!!!! If you want to save yourself a lot of Havoc, Stay Clear from Appalachian Tire!!!! They won’t refund my money, either!!!! Not Ethical!!!!!

Nick isn’t always home, so as a woman it’s hard to find an honest mechanic with reasonable prices. Appalachian has good prices and excellent service. They’ve always been truthful about what I do and do not need. They never treat me like a “little lady” but like any other customer that I may know what I’m talking about. Thanks Appalachian for having my back for going on 3 years now.

Great place for service on your vehicle

This company took my daughters Nissan truck to fix the front end to replace the spindle replace the rotor put the brake shoes on it the spindle was eating into the rotor they loosened her sway bar to put all these things in it and didnt hook it back up she leaves their parking lot and is gone maybe four to five minutes realizes that that sway bar is loose and the part broke on it and she called them and they proceeded to tell her it was her fault after they had just charged her $600 to fix it I told her not to ever ever take a vehicle back to that place again

Please, please Do NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE ESPECIALLY FOR OIL CHANGE! I AM BEGGING YOU, DO NOT DO IT. I had the same experience as one of the lady who picked the better service but it has not been even five months and my car is out of oil and is giving me a weird smell. Very DISAPPOINTED. Should have just taken it where am used to take it. Please, if you VALUE your car you will not take it here.

I love free used tires

I dropped my vehicle off at night, they said they would get to it the next morning at 10:00 a.m. and it would take 3 hours. I came back at 5:00 p.m. the following day and they had just started at 4:00 p.m. they finished up at 6:15 p.m. and come to find out, it had issues that wasnt there before I dropped it off.

Took my car to get a oil change, so I picked The best that they have advertised on the board. Everyone was nice, didn’t have to wait long at all. Got my car back now it’s making a Whining sound but stops when I let off the gas. I have never heard this Noise before I took it to Appalachian Tires & Auto. I took it back and they looked at it but of course they at like they didn’t do anything wrong to my vehicle. So they have lost my business.

Went there for an inspection this morning and they were absolutely wonderful. So friendly and helpful. I will always go here going forward.

I have had Appalachian Tire work on my vehicle for the past 2 months, both times the car was returned with new issues, higher final bills to pay and unresolved issues. Also both times, the repairs should have been easily completed in a day, as promised, yet they both took 3 or more days, with numerous promises that it would be done, After lunch. The last repair I requested did not even get done and the vehicle is now leaking antifreeze worse than ever! The vehicle now has more issues that were not there before I turned it over the Appalachian Tire for these simple repairs and a standard oil change. Now on sharp turns there is a terrible rubbing noise coming from the front passenger tire--the side where the repairs were being done on the last visit. Also, when the vehicle in in drive, the headlights flicker like something was not put back together correctly. The oil is so overfilled.

These mechanics almost blew my engine! They overfilled the oil terribly. They left my splash guard loose, it caused a hole in it. The main drive belt just fell off!!! The mechanic who worked on my vehicle wouldnt even acknowledge his mistakes. I was overcharged both times. I feel very scammed. Thank God the belt coming off happened at a reliable mechanics driveway!!

Appalachian Tire and Auto gave me a great deal for the service I received. They replaced one of my tail lights for free while getting an inspection oh, and gave me a great deal on getting my tires mounted and balanced even though I brought my own tires. They are friendly, locally owned, and professional.

They have worked on my truck several times, always very professional. Repairs that have been needed always done in a timely manner. Price always reasonable. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Have been going to Applachian Tire for a while and have never had an issue. However, when my wheel speed sensor went out I took it and requested that they check it and change it but what was changed was the tire pressure sensor. So not only did the owner not listen to my request I had to pay way more than needed for work I didnt even ask for....

If I could go lower in stars I would. The service is horrendous. Called days early to schedule an appointment, and everything seemed fine. We then dropped off our car first thing in the morning (for a 4 hour long task) just to wait five hours and be told they have not go to it yet. This place as never been a good friendly service. Not a place I would recommend.

Made an appt days earlier. Took a couple of hours to put on 2 tires and do an oil change. Came out and told me I needed ball joints that the cost will be $1148. I seriously doubt my car has that issue and even if it did my husband can get the parts and do the job way way way cheaper... this place is a rip off. Next day my car had a large puddle of oil under it. Never leaked before. Back at Appalachian now so they can fix what they messed up. And their out there talking about my heater core.. like wth ... Im livid because this is an inconvenience and Im astounded at the stupidity!

I got 2 front tires at Walmart and stopped there to get a front end alignment About 6 months and 4,000 miles later the left front tire on the inside was wore down to cords I took my car to an alignment shop and they told me it needed new tie rod ends. They told me there was no way that Appalachian tire could have aligned my front end without replacing I noticed it didnt take long but didnt think much about it.It dont take long if you dont do anything I just made a mistake and trusted them.I hope nobody else makes that mistake

0 stars if I could. Got here at 11:00 and just now leaving at 2:00. Just to get two tires put on my car. They couldnt do it here so I gave them permission to take my car to the other place that must be in China because it took a couple hours to get it back. Not sure if the guy went joy riding in my car or what. Not happy!

The best place in town to get any car work done!

Appalachian tire has poor service and try to say that you have more problems than you have, we went in to get a wheel bearing changed and the guy there tried to tell us that we needed new pistons,rings,piston rods,rod bearings,crank shaft,tierods,and tierod ends as well. So after we left we went to orilie to get them to read the code for us and it said that the exhaust cam was out of time and that was it a simple fix that included no parts when they was trying to do thousands of dollars worth the work that didnt need to be done I cant believe how crooked and shady people can be be careful of who you let work on your vehicle......
