They didnt have the item I wanted thats why I gave him three stars stores always clean prices are good they just didnt have what I wanted on this day

I recently purchased a pair of windshield wipers one employee said he couldnt do it the technical reasons another young fellow working there said he would be happy to do it so Ill let you decide about Napa in general

Weather you are a do it yourself guy like me or a top not garage this is the best parts house for automotive supply in Lenoir. By far the most the best quality as well as the most knowledgeable staff the area has to offer. Its not my opinion I have never had a disagreement when discussing place to purchase auto parts.

Napa has been around a very long time. The store was clean. I was surprised when it took so long to get waited on. With only three customers in the store it took two employees to wait on one person. The employees were discussing things that had nothing to do with auto parts or the customers issue. Every employee should be more aware of their surroundings and the amount of time that they waste on behalf of others.

Great place to get parts and th people are great. James and his helper in evening are the best. James can mix paint and the match is great and on spot.Thanks for asking Billy
