Ive had to go here 2 times in less than a month the first time was to get new tires put on the front of my car. I refused a rotation and they did it anyways. I noticed when I started driving I had a terrible shake in my steering wheel after getting the new tires so violent it radiated through my arms. After 2 weeks I noticed one of my new tires kept going flat. My husband looks at my new tires to see if I ran over something and I didnt. There was no sign of damage or a leaking air sound. I took my car back to have them check it out and see why it was shaking right after I got the tires put on and why it kept going flat. They asked if I wanted them to be rotated I said no once again and they did it anyways AGAIN, then told me my tire was flat because of a screw in my tire which wasnt the case just a week before I took my car back when my husband looked. They rebalanced my tires and fixed the flat tire. And to top it all off the first time we went there was about 80 dollars in extras added including the rotation I declined. We will not be going back here ever again

I come from out of town from wilkesboro but before I did I called and they said they had my tires that i needed but when I got there they said they didnt have them in stock.. so I had to get out of line go find my tires that was in stock and then go back to the desk just to find out Ive been passed by three more people.. I got there at 2:00 p.m. and I finally got my tires on my car at 15 till 6:00 p.m. I sit and waited 4 hours for three tires and they said it would only take one hour.. 4 hours I waited..

Had 2 new tires put on the front rims. I want the new one rotated to the back because its rear wheel drive. After a couple hours they said its done but I didnt have enough tread to rotate tires. It just passed inspection a month ago so I knew it was laziness not lack of tread. Pictures to prove it.

I bought a set of the Douglas All Season tires. The staff was very courteous and had all four of the tires mounted, balanced and installed new valve stems for $331.00. I realize that these arent top of the line tires but this is a point A to B work car, so I really dont need top of the line. Im curious to see how long theyll last but if they last for a couple of years Ill be happy. May need to point out that I went early on a Sunday morning right after they opened so that may have something to do with how expeditiously they got the job done.

Seriously. I just bought two tires here. I ask them how long it will take to get them mounted and they tell me two hours. I ask if I can set up an appointment so I wont have to wait. They tell me its first come first serve. So I have to sit at the store for two hours to get two tires mounted? Yes And I cant set up an appointment for say...two hours from now? No. Wow. Just wow. Now I see why yall have a dreadful rating on google.

Went into Lenoir, N C location to get battery checked. . Two others at counter waiting to get service. Stood waiting with them. No staff in sight. One called management. He had been there 45 minutes, the other 15 minutes. Dept manager came, I could not hear his reasoning. Decided to leave, others left with me. There is an Auto Zone close by. Quick service with a smile. I bought a battery.

At check in I was told there was 1 customer for automotive services in front of me. SAME THING THE COUPLE IN FRONT OF ME WAS TOLD. It was over 30 minutes after I ordered tires before I was even placed in their computer cue. I have documents from here that are time stamped. Computer register listed an oil change + 2 tires replaced & another ticket for 2 tires replaced, & then me. 2 1/2 hours later neither my car nor that of customer ahead of me in cue had been moved. I kindly asked an automotive employee what was going on in the work bays & his answer was I dont know. When I asked him to check the bays to find out, he refused. I was taken aback. So I insisted speaking to a manager. An assistant manager was surprised to hear my complaint, took a look at the situation & changed my tires, himself, in just a matter of minutes. Unfortunately, as I was being checked out, my bill was about $60.00 higher than the cost of tires + the $12.00 fee WalMart charges per tire, disguised as LIF WHL BAL. Tires were $69. each with attached installation fee (my term, not theirs) of $12. = $81.00 each plus tax. + a small tire disposal fee is ($2. & taxes?) about $164.00 before tax. After intial correction of bill because Id been charged for a more expensive tire, I was charged some change less than $200.00. I was frustrated & just wanted to check out & get on with my day. When reviewing my reciept details while having car inspected at another location I discovered Id been billed a 3rd LIF WHL BAL fee. Manager, Tim Coffey said he will reimburse my money. That is, of course, after this handicapped, disabled person has to drive quite a ways from their home & endure all the inconvienances associated with such a trip, just to get the refund. Hardly worth it & thats often what an unscrupulous employee counts on. Ill be getting my refund on my next trip to town. Its a matter of principle.Update: Tim Coffey, assistant manager, refunded the $12.00. He is a very professional & gracious man & his handling of this situation is the ONLY reason Ill return to this WalMart.

Didnt get tires went shopping in store returned in hour or mabe a little more they didnt touch truck now I got perishable groceries so must leave I wished they would have told me up front .

The last 2 times I went here to see about getting tires there is hardly anyone working. Takes more than 2 hours every time I ask how long it will be. Last time I went and there was a guy behind the counter and he just walked off while I was standing there! Terrible Customer Service and also dont buy the Goodyear Wrangled tire, I got 10 flats on 2 sets. Freaking nightmare!!
