This was the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had. I literally bought a car with two text messages and a phone call followed up by a quick test drive and 15 min signing the paperwork. I dealt with Jack Taylor and he was very responsive and made the experience as easy as it could be. Cars Plus has an excellent selection of vehicles and the prices are spot on. You can search online and try to find better deals but it’s nearly impossible. Most people hate the car buying experience and having to negotiate, sit in a dealership for 3 hours etc. This was different and just a great experience all around and what the car buying experience should be. Bought a Lexus RX450H from them at an auction and had it shipped to Knoxville,Tn. The shipping company ran late on delivering it and put us in a bind, because we had scheduled to drive it to Florida. It arrived about an hour before we were scheduled to leave and normally auction cars require service and cleaning when they arrive. This cars didnt need anything. We performed a quick check and ran it through the car wash to knock off the dust and drove it to Florida. Its good to see people taking pride in their business like this.

Great service! Extremely professional. My son and I found a car online and checked out the website, I noticed two things right away. An incredible Google review rating for a used car dealer, and secondly, the quality of nice cars on the lot. We called Barry and he was extremely helpful and responsive to any of my questions and even helped gain me better financing than my own bank! So I made the 3.5 hour trek to test drive and Barry had the car detailed, gassed up and ready to go. Car (BMW M4) was great as advertised. Financing went really well, the gentleman I worked with (sorry I forgot his name) was also excellent, had everything prepared and was very easy going and we hd a great conversation about the business. So many nice cars on the lot to chose from. Needless to say an overall great experience, I would highly recommend!

We had an incredible experience at Cars Plus. We live 3 hours away and found a vehicle we were very interested in. After a handful of calls and speaking with Bud, we came to an awesome price and drove down to see the car. When we arrived, the car was off site because they were putting brand new tires on it -- which we did not expect at all! They told us it was slated to have it done and they went ahead and did it. We were so thrilled. When the car came back from the shop they took it around back and washed it before pulling it around for us to see. When we were looking at the exterior/interior they were finishing up drying it by hand. Needless to say we took it on a 5 minute test drive and were absolutely sold. Dont waste time at big dealerships -- this place is worth the drive. I am happy to give my business to a place like Cars Plus. When the time comes for my fiance to get a new vehicle we will be doing business with them. I honestly dont know if Id go anywhere else. The car we purchased beat the price of the same car at big time dealerships in our area and was in pristine condition. Recently purchased a car from them and the service was excellent. From the moment we arrived, the car was waiting in front to be taken for a test drive. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to get us a good deal. We applied for financing online a couple days later and returned to finish the purchase. Most dealerships take 4 hours or more to buy a car but this one was done and done in about 2 hours total. They also have a wide variety of cars to choose from so no one goes home empty handed.

Great Experience!!! I have bought many cars in my life and never did so sight unseen until now. I found the car I was looking for online at Cars Plus, Lenoir, NC. at the right price. I emailed on a Saturday evening and on Monday morning I was contacted by Josh. I asked many questions and he was gracious enough to put up with me and even gave me his cell phone number. I called several times and he answered every time. After looking over their reviews I decided to take a leap of faith and buy the car. I wired over a $500 deposit even though I was hesitant. I was planning on flying down (600 miles away) to pick up the car and drive it back. After speaking to Josh a few more hundred times (lol) I decided to just have the car shipped back and took his word on condition. I had him take some extra pics which he immediately did and sent them over to me. Well, I just received the car and its absolutely beautiful and better than I expected. Josh is the most honest car salesman Ive ever dealt with and so is the dealership. I also told him to use me as a reference if any of his clients were on the fence. Let me just start by saying how much I was dreading going through the car buying process when I needed to get another car recently. My past experiences with car dealers have not been very pleasant, so I put on my thick skin and headed out to Cars Plus to check out a couple of cars that piqued my interest online. Wow, what a surprise when I was greeted with a salesman (Eric Holder) who wasnt pushy or obnoxious and who seemed to care about answering my questions and making me comfortable more than he cared about selling a car. I remained skeptical and kept my guard up during the negotiating and buying process, but there was no bad part to the entire process, and let me tell you Im not the easiest person to sell to! Start to finish I was very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely go back to Cars Plus for future car purchases.

I have purchased a LOT of vehicles in my day, all over the country. This was hands down the best dealership i have ever worked with. I dont know if its because its in a small town or if its that its not a chain manufacturers dealer or what, but they were great to work with. They offered me more than i expected on my trade, their price was already reasonable on a very rare car (1 of 500 made in the country) and they still came down slightly. Not only that, but they dont even have doc fees or admin fees!!The salesman (Jack Taylor) was extremely honest, very quick to respond, and has even text me on two separate occassions AFTER purchasing to make sure i made it home ok (I drove 3 hours from Raleigh to do business with them), and also a few days later to check up on the car. No dealer has EVER done that. Its the small things. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!! Thanks for the great vehicle, I love it!

We loved our experience with Cars Plus. We saw the RDX online contacted them and worked everything via phone and email. Went to our bank and obtained the loan. When we arrived we took the vehicle for a test drive by ourselves which was wonderful and we loved the car. Once done with the test drive we came back and they had the paperwork ready. We didnt have to stay hours to work out a deal they stuck to their word and are very fast and friendly. We still have the car three years later and plan on purchasing our next vehicle from them.
