I bought a 2003 Honda Element in July of 2019 it had 102,000 miles on it. This dealership was very knowledgeable on the elements and answered any and all questions that we had. They had several elements available and allowed me to test drive each one of them. This dealership is not pushy in selling their vehicles and they allow you to ask the questions. These people are great. Very kind and friendly. I was working with them from Boone and they worked with me over the phone answering every question. They retouched the leather on my interior before I took it home so it was perfect, and I had a problem with one of my tires after I purchased it (it had a nail in it but it was so small no one had any idea) and they were AMAZING working with me on getting it all fixed. I got a 2010 Subaru Legacy 2.5i Premium from them a few weeks ago for an amazing deal. It turned out my car battery was bad. At first I got pretty upset and regrettably left them an impulsive, angry voicemail about it. To my surprise, Joe Murphy called me back and very politely and professionally let me know that they were unaware of the battery being bad and offered to replace it for me at no charge. Keep in mind that they didnt even have to do this for me. They just care a lot about their customers. Again, this is definitely the place to go for your next used vehicle.

Went to these guys to get a used 2000 honda prelude, the car needed work done on the front and back end along with the leather seats. They repaint the car and fixed the seats, a couple days later I found out the Cadillac converter was bad they were nice enough to replace that. Seeing as its an older car it has some wear and tear but these guys have gone beyond any dealership Ive ever been to. I appreciate everything they have done for me, and Im very happy with my new car.

I just had a great experience purchasing my ideal used car from these guys! I did not feel pressured or watched like at some other used car dealers I had been at. Joe and Kody were both very helpful and kept a laid-back environment from start to finish. When I had decided on a car, but was too far to come by to pick it up, they offered to hold it for me for free! They were very honest about any problems with the car, and we settled for a great price after I got a pre-purchase inspection. I was really impressed by the Driven Pre-owned team, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car!

On the way home from the dealership my a light came on and the brake pads had to be replaced, after I had that taken care of I learned the car was involved in a front end collision and had to replace the fan that cools off the motor, had to replace the power steering pump, the alternator, and the battery. I have put over $1200 in this vehicle and the owner put $232 toward all of this. I hope and pray that no one else gets done like this.

Traded a perfectly good truck for a Outlander and now stranded 3 mo this later with the transmission out. Yeah not even a 1 star.
