My truck needed a battery they checked the alternator charging system had the battery put the battery in took the old battery out only charged me under $16 I was very pleased I was in there and out in less than 2 hours great place to buy a battery.

So I live in HKY. My parents live in WV. I was visiting and happened upon Hibriten Motors In Lenoir. I found a car that they liked and they called their bank at that point and got the $. I came home and looked at the vehicle. It was exactly what they were looking for. They came down a few days later and bought the car. When we got it home, I noticed a couple of things that I had not noticed before. I called Dustin. He was accommodating, empathetic and more than willing to make my parents happy. He did everything he promised after the sell, which is priceless. I would send my parents there again.. A+. BRAVO!!!!!!!

I went to Hibriten Auto with intentions of buying a truck I looked around and like other car lots, I was not swamped with salesmen. I went in and asked to test drive 2 trucks. Dustin gave me the keys to both and said take your time. I test drive both and made my choice. Had a couple issues with the truck but Dustin took care of the issues. Very good experience.*** UPDATE***Dont buy from this place. Bought truck in October. Asked if anything was wrong with it. Was told that nothing wrong with anything on this lot. So far I have spent about $5000 on this truck since I bought it!!!

I was interested in buying a vehicle test drove it and having issues ask them to fix it then they want me to pay up front before fixing it poor business.You may have let me drive truck but what dealer ask you to pay up front for a repair before even buying the truck. More less the dealer should take care of issue for good customer service.

Used cars are sold as is. Bought a LEMON here, after several thousand in repairs it only lasted me 3 years. It was a nice looking 04 jetta, only 90k miles. Check engine light came on within 1 week. Brought it back they cleared the light and told me it was just a dirty sensor and reminded me I bought it as is. Light came back on. Replaced sensors, found out there was a major oil and coolant leak. Repaired it. Timing belt went a year later. Repaired it. Had the car for 3 years now, transmission went today... mechanic told me the ignition coil, wires, and plugs were all completely rotted out as well. I spend over 9K buying and repairing this car which is now junk. Just reminding everyone used cars sold as is.

We are on our second car that we have purchased from HIBRITEN AUTO MART.We are getting ready to buy one for our daughter and we will definitely buy it from these guys. They have several in our price range that would be good for her.. We have enjoyed buying our cars there because of friendly low pressure and more than anything we always get a great deal!!!!!

Terrible customer service and very poor ethics! Put a deposit down on a truck, had insurance and loan complete...the salesman Dustin sold the truck right out from under us! Would not recommend this company to anyone! We contacted Dustin at 8:00am this morning to let him know we wanted the truck and the bank was processing the loan. At lunch time Dustin text my husband and told him someone else wanted to look at the truck...and ask us what we wanted him to do. My husband replied the bank has finished the loan and we wanted the truck. Five minutes later he text my husband back and said he was doing paperwork with someone else. Poor, poor ethics to sell a truck out from under someone that had a deposit to hold the truck and had already went thru insurance and the bank with everything finalized. Not a misunderstanding at all, just a bad deal with a dishonest company.

Disappointed with my service and over all experience... Drove 2.5 hours to look at vehicle they had posted online with great looking pictures and comments,when I finally arrived at there dealerahip, the vehicle in person looked nothing like the pictures they had posted!! Vehicle was dented and scratched in several places that they refused to show online or was failed to be mentioned to me while speaking with the salesman several times this week. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!

On Dec 16, 2014 we purchased an SUV from Hiberten Auto Mart. On the way home, a 2 hour drive, the check engine light came on. $1250 later (cracked radiator, oil pan leak, bad battery, bad rotors just to name a few problems), it is still in need of repairs. There are only two possibilities. Either they dont know how bad their cars are, or they do. I dont know which is worse. My advice, dont buy anything from Hibriten.

Terrible is only words to say. I wouldnt buy from these salesman if they was only dealer in nc. Dont even act like they wana earn your buissness. Must be for charging so much. they must be able to make it a while off one sale. What a hole.
