We drove 2 hours to Friendship Ford of Lenoir for a truck we saw online not knowing what to expect from the staff. They were phenomenal. The atmosphere was very comfortable and they exude the friendship and caring mentality in all staff. Jonathan Williams went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we wanted. He put us at ease from the moment we stepped on the lot. He was knowledgeable about the truck and was able to answer all of our questions. He was personable and made sure we were comfortable with every step. I cannot say enough good things about Jonathan or the dealership. It was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. It was worth the drive! Their price was thousands below Kelley Blue Book and they gave me a fair deal on my trade. After having trouble finding a car that was right for me and having bad experiences with 2 other dealerships I was pointed towards Friendship Ford of Lenoir. I was wanting a 6 speed GT specifically and after looking through the vehicles they had in stock and at their other stores I made the decision to get a new 2021 Mustang GT moved from their Bristol store. Dylan and the rest of the team at Friendship Ford made the experience incredibly simple. If/when I need another vehicle in the future Friendship will be my first stop.

I was able to find the car that I wanted at Friendship. I saw a 2020 Dodge Charger online that was at the Bristol location. Jonathan Williams had the vehicle sent down to Lenoir for me to look at and test drive. I loved the way the dealership worked around my busy schedule. The purchase experience was easy and straightforward, and the added warranty is a big plus. Jonathan did a great job getting me exactly what I wanted and making it a great customer experience. There would have been no way I could have made the drive up to Bristol. I hope this vehicle is as reliable as my 2007 Dodge 2500 Truck with over 212 000miles that I have had since it was new.

After 8 months of searching all over North Carolina for the perfect F-350 Ford Lariat. My husband and I were headed to Hudson, NC to shop for furniture and I looked to my right, and there it was. The only reason Im giving them a 1 star is because there isnt a lower option. This place is by far the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. There is no way I would ever do business with them again. In April my truck, a Ford F150, wouldnt start and after replacing the battery and still having a problem I took it to them to fix on April 22. On April 26 they called me and told me it was fixed and I could pick it up. They charged me $ 2,800.90, which I paid. I brought the truck home and the very next day it wouldnt start. I called Friendship and they said to try to jump it and bring it back in. I took it back and on May 6th they called me and said it was ready. When I went to pick it up they charged me another $ 889.60. I paid them and went to the parking lot to get my truck and guess what, it wouldnt start! I left it there and on May 11th they called and said it was fixed. I went and got the truck, brought it home, and the very next day it would not start. By now I had paid them a total of $ 3,700.50 and they had not fixed anything! On their invoice they state Our mission is for your service experience to meet and hopefully exceed your expectation. If we have done so, please tell your friends. If we have not accomplished this goal, please call me. Thanks, Brandon Caldwell, Manager. So, I tried to call Brandon three times regarding my dissatisfaction and three times I left a message and asked him to call me. The first two times, he didnt return my phone call. Finally, a few days after my last call he called me, but it wasnt about addressing the problem I had called him about. Instead, he stated I saw you have racked up some high repair costs on your Ford F150 and as a result I was wondering if you thought it was about time to trade up or buy a new truck. I was staggered. I finally took my truck to another repair shop and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix the truck for $ 863.35. I inquired if any of the work done by Friendship Ford in any way improved the situation that enabled him to fix it and he responded no. You would think the dealership would have mechanics trained and experienced enough to diagnose and repair the problem.

It was not the experience anyone wants. At the recommendation of the sales team we had our old car valued for trade in and our mid gate window was damaged. Friendship Ford was contacted by phone at lease twice and once by internet for explanation of what happen. To-date we still have not received any explanation or apology or anything. We can not recommend this dealership.

Went in for a service, oil and tire rotation and inspection. Came out with a chipped drivers window on a new truck. I requested they examine what happened. They said the mechanic didnt do any damage. I found the chipped glass under my floor mat two months later. They said they would try to file it as a Ford claim and get back with me. They never did. I will not get back with them either.Friendship Ford, remove me from your mailer list.The dealers slogan is: We set a high standard for ourselves and are truly sorry to hear that standard was not met in your interaction with us. That is the dealers owner slated, general purpose response. The male workers in the vehicle service customer service department need to mirror that slogan or find a new job.Now they call me and want to see my truck again so they can complete the task they should have done a month ago. They want me to spend my time and resources again....no.They were too busy chatting with one another the first time apparently and forgot to render my request.Today, one month later, they read my review and decided to address my problem because reviews matter! I told them no thank you you already spent my time the first time around and wasted it.

My wife took my F-150 for an oil change and tire rotation. Ive taken my truck to Friendship several times. My information shouldve been in the computer as a returning customer. My wife brought my truck back and handed me the paperwork. Normally I get paperwork showing detailed information about belts, hoses, etc. All it was was an invoice showing where they put the WRONG OIL IN MY TRUCK! My window sticker even indicated Castrol oil. They drained my Castrol Synthetic oil for MotorCraft oil. Totally wrong on Friendship Fords Service Manager. Makes you never want another Ford or return to Friendship Ford because of the not knowing how it will be maintained while being serviced. Totally unacceptable!

Inquired about a vehicle and received a text the next day from Julius. We submitted the finance app and I was told it would only be ran through one bank. The app was ran through 6 banks!! After not getting approved for that vehicle, we were told to try to find one with lower miles. After letting Julius know of another vehicle, he said he would know the next day. Three days later, I still haven’t heard anything and my credit is impacted from being ran so many times after being lied to. I would not recommend this dealership!

Talk to Jonathan about a mustang on Saturday. Was told they would HOLD the car till Monday! Because we are 3 hours away. Never was told that someone was there looking at it. We have both taken today off to come with a check to get the car. We had agreed to numbers and all. He then text this MORNING and said he had no idea that someone was looking at the car and that it got sold. Then someone responded back to a previous review that he wasn’t able to take a deposit because someone was looking at the car while he and I talked about us coming today to pick it up. Yet he lied to us saying he had no clue. I would HIGHLY not suggest this dealership to anyone!

If you value your time consider another Ford dealership for service.I made a 10:00am appt for an oil change in my F250, I indicated that I had intended to wait for it to be serviced when making the appointment. I dropped my truck off at 9:30 and was going to grab a coffee while I waited. The service person informed me that they were running behind because they had a lot of walk-ins and that my truck wouldnt be ready until around noon.I had my wife pick me up, and reshuffled my days plans for a pickup after noon. I called at 1:00 and received no answer. I drove to the dealership at 1:30 and was told my truck wasnt done and it would still be a couple more hours. Absolutely unacceptable so I asked for the keys to take elsewhere.Not quite sure the purpose of allowing people to schedule service appointments, especially something as simple as an oil and filter change, if youre going to allow unscheduled walk-ins to be put to the front of the line.

If youre looking for a vehicle, this is the place to go! They have the best staff and you wont get a better deal anywhere else!

Poor communication bought two vehicles less than two weeks apart. The first experience was ok, the second was less than. In the end we had our daughter with expired temporary tags ( mind you they were paid for) no follow through. Just sad, you will get no management support or call back if you have a concern. Just dissatisfied and would have thought having purchased two vehicles would have meant more.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star if google didn’t require it. Made an appointment Friday morning to come down today, Monday August 24 to purchase a vehicle. Sales person, Jonathan Williams, sent me a deal sheet and we agreed upon a time for me to come pick up the vehicle. He stated that he would take the car off the lot and hold it for me. I even offered him a deposit to hold the vehicle and he declined. I live 3 hours away from here. First thing this morning I get a text from Jonathan saying that the car was sold to someone Saturday evening under another salesperson. This is one of the most unprofessional dealerships I’ve ever delt with. Save yourself some time and shop somewhere else.

I bought a black 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat in October of 2019. Was one of the smoothest transactions I had at a dealership UNTIL about a month later I got a new tag in the mail. The problem is I had a weighted personalized tag that transferred from my truck I sold to this new one. I have called and spoke to Allan on 4 different occasions so that he can get it corrected and promises to call back but never hear from anyone. Last week I left a message with a salesman because Allan was not there and I explained to him the situation and he said he would let Allan know and still to this day I have not received a call from anyone. Terrible customer service.

I had the same experience as Doc Bennett. The service department kept my corvette for multiple weeks for a rear main seal leak repair. Then called and said it needed a much simpler and cheaper repair. When it was time to pick it up the price on the paperwork was the same and still showed the more expensive repair as a line item. Service managers literally said “she can deal with it” and called the service rep back to work when she was gone for the day. She gave me a small discount which I was grateful for but the managers have no integrity or character. I didn’t have time to check it out because I had to drive the car six hours away and was already a week late. To my dismay the car still leaks oil, the air no longer works, and my check engine light miraculously came on during the six hour drive. They called me a month later to sell me a new F-250... no thanks I bought one in Hickory.

Purchased a used Nissan Rouge . Had some issues with rear hatch. Julius and entire team went above and beyond to take care and resolve the problem. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

I took my f250 in a while back to have it checked as to why the radio and windows would never lose power. I was told over the phone just to check into it would cost no more than $150. I took it in and the shop said it would be a new cluster at the cost of $1000-$2000 (somewhere in that range) to repair. They charged me over $400 just to check it out and said the reason was because they had to change the OBD2 fuse...... After all this I was upset and paid and left. Then I called back asking for a call back from management and someone said they would get in touch which they never did. I decided to look into the issue myself the next day and found my windshield wiper controller had som corrosion on the board. I got a new one on ebay for $30 and fixed it myself. Overall I didnt want to fix it myself and expected some trained mechanics to be able to figure it out faster than me, but this didnt work out and I wouldnt recommend anyone use this shop. Someone may have a better experience than myself but I wanted to leave my experience to say I wont be going back.
