Everything is too sweet and overly full of powders and flavoring syrups. If you like your coffee to taste like candy, Id highly recommend this place. Ordering black or iced coffee here, on the other hand, is a mistake. It was devoid of any actual character.

Line moved fairly quickly, Ordered then parked to wait for coffees! Short wait, coffee was great as expected! Excellent customer service...also employees were dressed up as elderly people!

The coffee is great. Curbside pickup is always late. The coffees were actually just sitting there and no one brought them out. Staff is very friendly.

GO TO STARBUCKS. Do not give this place your money. Overpriced and most of the time burnt coffee. Look at my picture on the left is the 2 blue moose drinks I ordered for $9! So I did an experiment and put them in a trenta Starbucks cup that cost me $4. And the TWO blue moose drinks do not even fill the Starbucks trenta cup. Do not support this place it is terrible price wise and you will regret it when you taste your coffee.

The girls that work here are incredibly sweet! They take their time to make your coffee exactly how YOU want it. Great customer service and great coffee!

I would have given blue moose a 5 star as every year I vacation here they have been wonderful! But this year not so welcoming and friendly and Im not overly impressed with them this year. The product hasnt been as wonderful as previous years....Ill try again next year.

Oh the blue moose iced latte was amazing! Staff friendly and very helpful in suggesting items as well as making it how you want it. Nice music playing whe you wait cause it does take a minute to make your order but they do it pretty fast. On hot days you cant beat iced coffees and frozen slush type drinks to cool your jets or give your tired self a boost of caffiene....love it!

Such a cute place! I love trying local places and I am a coffee lover these days. I got the uncle buck drink (16 oz, iced with no whip) and it was ammmaaazzzzing. 10/10 will return next time I come to the area! The prices were not that bad compared to Starbucks. To be honest, no one needs to be drinking a trenta iced white mocha on the daily.

Great coffee but not sure they make decaf like theyre supposed to. Everytime I take my husband coffee who has to have decaf he gets sick and ends up down for the night. Anyway it tastes great just none for the hubs.

Always has been my go to spot, support local owned businesses. but with the influx of new employees consistency of the drinks seem to change from one crew to the next new ppl the original crews. maybe needs set ways to make drinks and not eyeballing until new people get the hang of it

Absolutely the best little coffee shop around. They have a great selection of coffees as well as fresh fruit smoothies. If you’re in the area and want coffee, this is the place to go. Much better than the major chain coffee places. They have reasonable prices and the staff has always been so helpful and friendly. And the service is prompt as well.

My bonfire Mocha was legit Fire. Uncle Buck was just a buckshot of awesomeness to the face. Loved it 10/10. Good to have actual coffee shops instead of coffee franchises.

I absolutely love this place. I can do without the smug looks from some of the female staff..mind you not all are this way..and some should work on listening skills when told the order twice and still get it wrong..I dont mind the negatives bc the positives are much greater. One Love 💫

Is there a better coffee spot in Lenoir? Maybe. Do I care to find out? Six delicious shots of espresso in the Blue Moose Moonshine coffee tells me, no. Treat yourself right and take a stroll by their drive-thru.

Awesome Coffee Lodge on Morganton Blvd. in Lenoir. Owner (Kelly) and staff are A+. So many varieties to choose from.....but our favs are SF Chocolate Chai, SF blasted white chocolate and their Christmas in a Cup. Outdoor sitting area w/ fire pit too.

I made a drive thru order, and it took more than 20 minutes. There werent that many cars ahead of me. I wont repeat this experience

Good coffee but had gift card for 20$ and went 3 different times and got same response computer is down. 4th time tried using them they said oh we changed our whole system these are no longer valid. What a rip off.

Delicious coffee prepared by a team of 6+ in a room many would find small. Watching a team work together seamlessly in a controlled chaotic dance is inspiring. Not often does one get to witness, or work in an environment where you give orders- take orders-work together-and then turn around, smile, and thank a customer for coming by. Well done!

I live in Traphill, NC and it has always been a big treat for me to get drinks at Blue Moose but today was unreal. They have 2 drive-thrus and a place people can walk up to place orders. We drove right up to one of the windows and they took 4 car orders from the other side and took all the walk-ups. I finally asked if we needed to put to the other side since they were only taking orders from that side. We were then told they were training and still took another good 5 minutes before they finally took our order and then wanted us to pull over to wait on our order.Training is no excuse to take 4 car orders ahead of you not to mention the Walk-ups. Why does this place even accept walk-ups anyway when you have 2 drive-thru windows?Extremely disappointed in the service we received today. If you cant keep up with orders its crazy to keep taking more and more orders until you can fill what you have already took

Visiting the area and thought I would give it a try. The barista was super friendly and helpful. I ordered 2 specialty drinks and they were both delicious. The prices are definitely lower than the other chain coffee shop in town. If I lived in the area, I would definitely be a regular!

The best coffee in Caldwell County, and the surrounding counties for that matter. Not to mention the customer service you receive. If you ever visit and there is a line dont let that keep you from giving them a try, theyll have you on your way faster than you can imagine. I decided to pick up coffees and smoothies to treat family on my way to a paint class but they were extra busy and dealing with a new ordering system, long story short I had to leave and the owner ask where my class was and had them delivered 🥰❤. You wont get that from Starbucks, I guarantee! You cant beat local hometown businesses, theyll always have my support 💯%.

Good coffee bad customer service, took 15mins to get our coffee because they forgot about us. I had to flag one of the girls down to ask her whats going on and she lied and told me our coffee was being made, Like 12 other people got there coffee before my wife and I.
