Every drink I have ordered EXCEPT for plain black drip coffee, has been made wrong in some way. But there is a Starbucks in Lenoir. That fact alone gets 5 stars.I recently moved here from the Seattle area and Seriously! you need some Quality control.

I cant give it 5stars because Im anti Starbucks in real life but have nowhere else to go in this small town while only riding a bike..Workers are awesome at this one...Salute to the a.m. crew.They even crisp the bread on my breakfast sandwich, as well as triple that the bread to get that crispness on the cut side ..

Always good, always consistent. However they are getting rid of certain flavors that some people (myself included) get in their regular drink. Like the peppermint flavor. If this continues, Starbucks may no longer be my go-to coffee place!

I order a white hot chocolate and it was 1/4 full and filled with whip cream! 🤔 I noticed the weight of the cup immediately after receiving it! I had already sat in the drive-thru line 10 minutes, I definitely didnt wanna wait any longer! But I wasnt pleased with the half filled cup! If that is normal they definitely need to let customers know!

I dont like coffee or any drinks they sever. I went with my daughter. I love their Lemon Cake. I ask them keep it in the bag it came in. Its delicious

All I heard from my 9 year old Granddaughter was Cake pops. Well I finally had one, and what a treat. When it comes to sweets, kids know best!

It would be nice if for ONCE when I went here (I go daily), they arent out of something. No joke, when I go I NEVER get my full order because Were sorry but we are out of blank blank blank. Its annoying. Some like to say its because of the Texas snow storm. I call bs. Its was a good excuse the first 12 times, but youve worn out that excuse now. Time to come up with something new one. They were even out if venti and trenta cups a few weeks ago. 🤔 Wth. They are aware Dunkin and Kripsy Kreme are LITERALLY a hop and a skip away, right?

Coffee was like warm at best. Flavor was not what I expected.

They’re having a hard time staying open due to staff I believe, I’ve driven by atleast 3 times where they’ve just had a note on the pick up window saying they were closed today. Every time atleast 2 or 3 other cars were also driving thru confused why they are closed. So it’s not for lack of business. The last note said open Thurs-Sun but then Tues they were open in the morning. Luckily I discovered Dunkin does breakfast sandwiches and matcha latte while they were closed.

One of the best places to get coffee. Plus they have a collect points system to get free coffee and food.

I order a pretty complicated drink. Theyve only ever gotten it wrong once and they were super busy then. Staff is always friendly and will correct a mistake if you ask. I dont know who the manager is and there is no card to indicate who that is like every other Starbucks. They may not have a full time one yet. I know there were plenty of people from the Boone location down to help when they first opened. These guys are still trying to find their legs and it shows. My only complaints are that wait times are a little long, they seem to be out of things quite a bit (or forget to restock regularly), and that its usually pretty dirty inside. The tables, the floor, the coffee station, and the bathroom. It needs a good sweep. Fix those things and my 4 star will turn into a 5. Im a regular, so Ill be back!

Always great coffee! Even during COVID theyre still offering dine in which is great for me because I love doing work at the coffee shop.

Ordered the vanilla bean creme and found small pieces of plastic inside. Took it back inside and they looked at it like it wasnt a big deal. Manager ended up getting us some fresh ones, so thats a plus.

The first time I was there asked for no whip cream and of course they still put it on. Today they are out white mocha flavoring. Really most likely your top selling flavors, I understand this location is new but if management dont get it together it wont last long.

This is a great location logistically for those traveling 321like myself. So far, so-so. Its an average Starbucks experience, but with longer wait times. The staff is really friendly but in the chic-fil-a,try-hard, fakey way. I hope they dont choose to rest on the fact that they are the only one in the area. Worth a try.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this Starbucks, the baristas are super friendly and helpful. I went and the person working the drive thru dropped my card and immediately climbed out and picked it up, she didnt have to but she did anyway and then they made an extra drink on accident and gave it to us for free! If you want some really good coffee and some super friendly service,I highly recommend this Starbucks.

I’m already a fan of Starbucks because they rarely get my drink wrong like other places. Today, Amanda deserves a shout out. Every single time she talks to me in the drive thru, she is very pleasant and always asks how my day is going. Every. Single. Time. Consistency is what you look for in a stellar employee and Amanda is consistent.I called today because Dragonfruit drinks were sold out again as they are very popular this time of year. Amanda suggested to swap out the dragonfruit with blackberries instead. It was pretty good too. Almost as good as dragonfruit. She didn’t have to do that, she could have just said “yeah sorry we are sold out right now” and hung up, but she didn’t.Thanks Amanda. You make my experience at the Lenoir Starbucks better than all the others I have been to. :) Keep spreading kindness.

Just came from the one in Lenoir,ordered a small coffee, got home and it was only half full. I then called to let them know and they hung up on me, will never go back......its all over rated and priced anyway

Had a lovely experience at the drive-through this morning. SUPER fast, had my hot sandwich ready by the time we pulled around, and very friendly service.

Service was extremely slow. We were in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. The drive thru at this Starbucks took longer than a full meal in the drive thru at Hannah’s bbq!They also gave us the wrong order and charged us twice, the first time for the wrong order.AND they didn’t even give us straws for our drinks. We had to go in after the drive thru to get them! Don’t come here, go to Dunkin.

Been several times since opening. Not once has my Caramel Apple Spice been made correctly. Every single time it has tasted bland and unsweet. Most recent visit I waited a ridiculous amount of time considering I was the only car in the drive thru. I realize its a new store but it seems like they need some additional training on drinks. 🤷🏻‍♀️

10 min wait inside for a coffee. Dont go in and order unless you have time to waist. Drive through gets priority. Never again will I go inside to order if I even bother coming to this location again.

The drinks taste like water. They are so slow. Really they don’t know what they are doing. They got my drinks mixed up.

Our first couple of visits were great - - you can tell they still had guidance from experienced baristas.Unfortunately, our last few drinks were very watered down. My last 3 Chai tea lattes were very diluted and lacked flavor. Even after requesting a pump of vanilla, it was still so bland and flavorless. Three visits in a row of watered down drinks, and for a family of 3...thats a lot of wasted money!Ive emailed corporate to let them know, and hopefully this location improves. Ive been very excited for Starbucks to come to Lenoir, and really hope the baristas are retrained and are able to produce consistent quality drinks ASAP.

I ordered triple grande and it just tasted like chocolate milk. There wasnt any whipped cream either. I was the only one in the drive thru. I should have tried it before I left, and I wasnt given a receipt. I cant do much about it now that Im home.

Staff hates being at work. Only person that smiled and made us feel welcomed was Caleb. Not the normal ecperience we get at a starbucks.

A consistently slower drive thru than McDonalds

No seating allowed - inside accommodations gutted out. Ridiculous service protocols implemented indefinitely. Not able to complete transactions and not worth the trouble when there are two other coffee shops nearby which do provide service.

Guess they get in such a routine with the whip cream they add it when you don’t want it. It even says it on the label where you ordered it “No Whip”.

There is some serious disorganization in the way this store opened, and some serious under the table discrimination in the hiring process. Too much evidence to post here, someone should really step in and clean up the problems.

The people who work at Starbucks in Lenoir are the best humans on Earth. Everyone there is so nice! They really go above and beyond to be super kind to people! They even write happy messages on their window/in the parking lot. They’re genuinely nice, no matter how busy.
